Provided excellent customer service & care for my Cayenne. Our advisor Marissa was wonderful. She addressed any questions we had & accommodated our schedule to make service as easy as it could be. Love the car and the exceptional level of service provided at Porsche Beaverton.

I am blown away by how great the customer service is at this Porsche service shop! It s nerve wracking having to take your expensive baby & leave it with people you don t know, but this team makes you feel at ease, keeping you informed every step of the way.I especially appreciate how Jonathan went above & beyond for our service and warranty work. We live an hour and a half from the shop and left the car there while we went out of town. He was in touch the whole time and when our flight came in after hours, he came in on his day off to be sure we had our loaner car and were able to get home.Thank you thank you! Keep up the great work:)

Porsche Beaverton provided excellent service for my 2017 Cayman. My service advisor, Maritza Silva, answered all of my questions and provided clear explanations of the service that was provided by the technician.

Our overall experience from the receptionist to the technicians was one of "How can we help?". Callum was our service manager, he is knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. When we got our car serviced he let us know how things were going and when the car was finished. We drove the car 75 miles when it began acting up. We contacted Callum and he arranged for the tow truck, an Uber for us and had our car working and returned to us within 24 hours. THANK YOU!

I ve been getting my 911 serviced at Porsche Beaverton for a few years now (with great service!), and recently traded up for a newer 911 from a different dealership. I had some questions about the new car, and Amy was extremely helpful with my questions. Their staff and techs are top notch and leave nothing unresolved. Highly recommended.
