Great service, quality parts and reasonable prices. They go out of their way to get what you need in a timely matter. Special orders are no problem. Staff is top notch and very professional and knowledgeable. They also have a rewards program on their app that can help you save some money. Usually don't have to wait for service. Easy in and easy out.

Juliana or Julie went above and beyond to assist me finding the right visor for my car type also helped me find my tail lights and installing them! Literally the best customer service I have ever received at this location! Will definitely come back ! She deserves a raise ;)!

I bought a new car battery today. It was a reasonable price, less than half what a mechanic quoted me. After installing it, took my old battery in and got a little money back. Easy! The folks there were friendly without being fake and didn't try selling me anything I didn't need or want which I appreciate.

I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts for a 2000 Jeep Wrangler to get a thermostat housing cover because i cracked the old one. I was shocked that they had that part in stock, I thought I would have to order it and wait a day or two. Also they have a great and knowledgeable staff.

I got the K&N filter cleaner, a new cabin air filter and an ac recharge kit from Victor and man it made a difference. My engine air filter was black as sin and now it looks brand new. My ac was mildly chilled and now it s ice cold. He s a solid guy and I m happy I got to work with him!

Every server I have had has been very pleasant and helpful. And I have not had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get served. Different to my experience at another car parts retailer ending in "zone".

Victor was SUPER helpful and helped us get the right replacement battery after we had gotten the wrong one previously, and gave us some excellent advise of maintaining our electric car's battery. He's was so knowledgeable and helpful! 10/10, great experience. This will definitely be our go-to auto parts store for the future!

I just want to say how AMAZING Jiliana is to work with. I come In usually last minute in need of some random part for a car and every time I come in and she is there we always get some type of speedy resolution. Today I got a old school exhaust hanger and I needed a few more items that weren t in stock so she has them ordered for arrival tomorrow for me and then when I left only to come right back because I forgot some things she was quick to help me out after she finished with her other customers. I patiently waited my turn unfortunately what I needed wasn t at any store so she ordered it for me and had it shipped UOS. Her customer service is impeccable, she is knowledgeable, friendly and she is willing to listen and learn about new parts she hasn t dealt with before. She is one of the best parts advisor I have had the pleasure of working with. Thanks for all your help

I was trying to buy to bumper prying tool but this store didn t have it, so they told me to buy this and it will work just fine. I was in a hurry and tired because I just got out of work so I went through with it. I was shocked to find out the next morning that these tools are not even brand new (as you can see the images below). You can see the tip of the orange wedge already used. These guys literally just taped up these tools and resell it at full price ($12.99 to be exact).Beware of this store because I would not recommend it.

The guy helping me was super friendly and knowledgeable. He let me use their tools twice and then double checked that everything worked for me. I even gave him a tip he was so helpful. 6/28 at 8pm

Always got what I need in stocks and at a reasonable price sometimes autozone had them beat but with their price match option you can't go wrong! O'reillys is one of my top 3 choices of auto parts stores.

Best Staff and Service in Pdx metropolitan area by far. Being a small business owner in the Automotive industry can be challenging to say the least but with these guys by your side you have a WINNING TEAM!!! I m in the Automotive industry and getting parts is essential to my business. This is the ONLY parts store that I make time to go in to get my parts. Juliana and Viktor have gone above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. They went out of their way to prep my last minute order, and get me cashed out with 3 minutes to close which gave me the opportunity to get my customer taken care of first off in the morning and not have to hold up a bay waiting on parts

I hope a manager or supervisor sees this so they can know of their exceptional customer service and genuine employees!I came in a little frantic, I was across the street and had locked my keys in my car! Not wanting to pay $125 for someone to come unlock my car I walked over to see if there was something I could purchase to open my doors. After figuring out that the only tool that was in stock would not work for my electric locks in my car I felt defeated. The lady working helped me think of ideas and other things I could use. As she was looking in the back in the over stock the guy at the desk was asking me a few questions and when he realized I said my sunroof was open a little he came up with a great plan. He found and old metal piece and gave me some directions on how I could do it. I was optimistic. Went over to my car and had it open within 10 minutes!I just really appreciated how they actually listened and came up with ideas for me, instead of just brushing me off. I felt as if they really cared. Honestly their compassion and customer service made my day. Lately I ve been to a lot of places and customer service is lacking due to the world that we are living in. I just want to say thank you to you guys and keep up the good work!You guys will always be my go to place when I need anything for my car!Thanks again!

After a windshield wiper randomly snapped off my car I stopped here to grab a new one since, of course, it was pouring rain that day. I brought the broken one inside, explained what happened, and an employee happily picked out a couple new ones for me offering different price options. Once I picked one they were happy to help me install it outside despite the rain which I really appreciated.

Needed a new headlight and was super confused which one I was installing .thought I had the wrong part LeGrande checked my lightbulb, said that one was good, then followed me outside and helped me change the correct bulb. I think if my dad was still around he would have treated the situation the same way. I really appreciate that, the extra customer service really means a lot. My new go-to auto part location

Didn't actually make a purchase or have an auto parts need but impressed enough with these folks that it's worth a minute to express their quality of care and service. Details aren't important, but the effort and time they put into helping and doin' us a solid on an issue they had no reason or gain from by doing so is the type of customer service I'd pay higher prices for in trade and gladly recommend to others in need. Judge people by how they handle their mistakes.They accidentally sold me the wrong battery, and even though I had opened, filled, and charged it, they promptly exchanged it for the right one, which resulted in a price adjustment meaning I got a refund.Professional, personable, affordable, convenient. Look no further.

Bad policy on this paint which is I paid $14 and I can t use this because if you press the spay paint supposed to be will go out on the sprayer but it doesn t work well and a huge leaking on Sprayer nick this tall white lady with the bad attitude wearing oreilly uniform says no return on Defective spay paint! Only orielly customer service

Had a great experience here recently. My car broke down a few blocks away and the employee was super helpful. He ran all around the store getting all the items I needed to fix it, plus he let us borrow some tools to do the job. (Dear, O'Reilly, I want that employee to get some kudos - he was working on Friday June 5th in the afternoon. He helped with a radiator hose. I wish I remembered his name).

Helpful parts staff. Adequately stocked with behind the counter as well as on the floor shelves. My last visit had a nice staff person help me with headlight bulbs so I didn't "have to use the manual". Also they explained the various levels available.
