MS Glass provided outstanding service when I brought my car to their shop for windshield replacement. Upon arrival, their team promptly assessed the damage and provided a clear explanation of the replacement process. They were courteous and professional throughout, answering all my questions with expertise. The replacement itself was done with precision and attention to detail. Their shop was well-equipped, clean, and organized, creating a professional atmosphere. The new windshield they installed fits perfectly and looks impeccable. Overall, I'm highly impressed with MS Glass's shop service and would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of windshield replacement.

If you value your time or vehicle, I would steer clear of this place. I went to pick my car up after hours and found the inside door panel sitting in the back seat and the inside of the door full of broken glass and rattling. They had called be just before they closed and said it was all good to go and took my payment over the phone. When I went back the next day because of the incomplete work, they refused to refund my money or even give me a discount for the terrible job they did. At least they fixed it right the second time after I had to remind them to get the broken glass out of the door.

Looks good as new! Sam and team were super diligent and transparent with their communication/effort to get a new back window replaced in less than 24 hours. Very impressed with the experience overall. A little bit of glass still left in the car that was missed from the clean up but nothing that I wasn t able to clear out.

No need to look further. Not only are these guys kind, but they do amazing work. They swapped out the front windshield on my car in the time they said it would take, and the best part is they were $75 less expensive than the next lowest bid. Definitely going to visit again if I need to.

Before and after- Fixed the broken back window in under two hours with a same day appointment. It was cost effective, and super kind service! Everyone was nice from Renne at the front desk to Sam and Jason who worked on the car was great.

Had my jeep broken into, rear window, completely smashed. M.S. Glass got me in and out in the same day. Only took a couple hours.Great service, and even better pricing!

If only I had the before picture! But man -having a jeep it s a known fact that you ll need to replace your front windshield multiple times. I had two terrible cracks in it and kept putting off replacing jt because I didn t want to go through the hassle of it anll and the cost. But my experience was amazing from the second I called and Sam helped me out. Great pricing and it took them no time to get me in and out! Thank you so much! I know I ll keep going back to them with my jeep!

Called around and had to order my OEM window vent myself. Didn t want to deal with the headache. Went to M s and they got me right in less then 24 hours. Only place I ll be coming to in the future. Thanks Sam!

My car was broken into on a Friday. I called around and MS glass was able to get me in the next day. By noon on Saturday a new window installed, albeit not usable as an additional - not easy to get - part was needed. But, within a couple weeks Sam found the part and Jose installed it. Window works great. All in all an easy experience. Sam and this place are great.

Sam was able to patch up the main visible rock chip, he did such a great job that even with a cleaned windshield, I have to look for it to still find the little tiny speck that was left. Worth the $89!Also after I got back home and cleaned all of my windshield, I noticed another in the ceramic section of the upper part of the wind, was able to swing by again and get that patched for free! Fantastic service! My family has been using MS glass for 30 years, and I plan to for years to come!

Thanks to Sam at MS Glass who was able to get me in within 20 mins of calling in to schedule and appointment and having my windshield rock chip removed within the first 5 mins I showed up to MS Glass.5/5 Highly Recommend!

Sam, Renee, Sue, Mike, and Casi were fantastic. My window was broken last night and I was extremely distraught Sam was very kind over the phone and Renee recommended a great spot to stop for coffee while they worked on my car! I appreciate the kindness and reasonable price for good work so much. Y all rock :)

I went to their website and sent an inquiry about a repair. Sam emailed me back, called and help me from start to finish! They really lucked out getting such a stellar employee. He deserves a raise. Love MS glass for all glass needs. I ve used them for my house windows and the back glass for my car! Thanks again.

Highly recommend! Had a crack in my windshield from a rogue rock on the freeway and was getting timelines from other vendors of 1 month plus to fix it. Called MS Glass based on the reviews and they scheduled me for the very next day. They worked well with my insurance and the whole issue was taken care of in less than 24 hours. Will definitely go here again for any of my glass needs!

I ve used MS Glass twice now for rock chips and I will continue to go to them in the future. Their prices are reasonable, but the best part of MS glass is their customer service. Sam in particular who does the rock chip repair is super easy to work with and very personable. He is the best!

called about getting a window repaired and they were able to give me a quote and get me an appointment within an hour! friendly staff and great service! was my first time going here and definitely won t be the last. would also add that they were pretty speedy only having to wait about 2 hours for it to be done. overall very satisfied with this business. would recommend.

This was an interesting and great experience. Who wakes up and wants to get their windshield replaced MS Glass was able to source the windshield, provide me with multiple times to have it done. I opted to wait in their lobby.You can use their wi fi do a lil work .....The windshield was finished within the time frame. They have great craftmanship.Check them out..#tke75 #juggernautklass

We drive a lot due to making deliveries around town so our Tan Tan Van often takes a lot of rock chips and needs repair. MS is right down the street from us and Sam is fast (less than 10 minutes) and the work holds up. Pricing is fair and they take insurance for larger windshield repairs/replacements!

Fantastic experience with MS Glass Outlet in Beaverton. Gave me several options for replacing my glass then negotiated with my insurance company to get full coverage of my preferred option. Install was incredibly quick and they correctly calibrated my car's camera that looks out the windshield so I didn't even have to take it to a dealer afterward to get that done. Everyone I talked to there was very warm and professional. New glass has no imperfections or rattles.I don't write many reviews for good service but here's what compelled me here: On the drive home from MS, my car started showing a code that my front adaptive lighting system was malfunctioning, which I assumed was related to a bad calibration when they installed the new windshield. So I called MS, explained the code my car was showing, and asked if it was related to the windshield install and calibration; they said they'd call me back. They returned my call about twenty minutes later and said that they looked up the error and it wasn't related to the calibration but that it probably had to do with a bad bulb in my adaptive headlamps. They had spent the thirty minutes checking with their calibration tech and then, incredibly, doing a Google search for me on the problem and watching a repair video for this issue on YouTube in order to be able to make a recommendation for me. I popped open my hood, checked the bulbs, and I'll be darned if there wasn't a burned-out filament in one of them. So it was a total coincidence. In summary though, they not only got full-coverage for the windshield from my insurance but saved me probably $150 and a month and a half of waiting to get Herzog Meier to change a $15 bulb. They really went out of their way for me, so that's a five-star review from me and some time out of my day to write a review for them. Would return to them again and would recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks a bunch.

Great staff and great prices. They told me it would take about 3 hours to replace my windshield but they called me about 1.5 hours after I dropped my car off and it was ready. Will definitely use them again

Back in June I visited Portland overnight and, of course, my car was broken into- two windows shattered. MS Glass was the only place I ever found that had same-day appointments (important, considering I was on a 7500 mile road trip and really wanted to lose as little time as possible). They got me in there a couple hours later and replaced both windows in half the time they estimated. Plus, they vacuumed up all of the little bits of shattered glass, something I did not expect them to do. Overall it was a really great experience.

After calling around for windshield replacement quotes, this was the least expensive place, they helped me file my claim with my insurance company and fixed it for me same day.
