I love this shop, it s one of the only shops in this area that I trust. I go to this shop for all my maintenance needs and recommend them to all my friends and anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and reliable shop! They constantly have maintenance service discounts and have an excellent selection of tires. Don t forget, if you need a quality oil change, you can get an oil change and free tire rotation for free with approval of the Midas Credit Card!

Had a very positive experience today getting my oil changed. Noah was very helpful and courteous and had great customer service! Lonnie was also very helpful and answered all my questions without judgement. Definitely recommend this location!

The advice guy at the counter was very knowledgeable. They replaced my struts, brake rotors and pads, and a new battery for way cheaper that Les Schwab's. Aannnddd I got my fluids changed, so it's a one stop shop to get your services done in a timely manner.

This shop does great work at low rates. I had a full set of tires installed (they even price matched Costco with a better warranty), hub assembly replaced and an alignment done and they had my car back to me in a few hours. Their financing program made it possible to have my car safe for me and my family on the road.

My family has been going here for years and it has always been great. Ive been looking for a new car and took it to midas to get a pre purchase check and thank goodness i did! Saved me from getting a car with transmission issues. They got me in last minute and were super helpful!

The collective team (Manager, Customer Service agents, mechanics) are all clearly focused on making customers happy at competitive prices. They take the time to answer your questions and get the job done on time as promised. Probably my 11th trip here with our 4 European cars. They can do it!

I took a car I was interested in buying to Beaverton Midas for a pre-purchase inspection. I don t know the technician s name but he was very thorough. Saxon, the store manager, discussed the findings with me. Thank you to all at Beaverton Midas for helping me make an informed decision. I highly recommend them!

The guys at Midas get an A+ from me. From service to service(from the rep at the desk to the mechanics in the shop) the guys were professional and courteous. I highly recommend Midas. They'll be the first I'll call.

A simple oil change turned into a 3-hour ordeal which included my tire picking up a large screw from the messy shop floor/parking area and having to wait for them to fix it - topped off by the shop reporting the wrong mileage of the vehicle to CarFax - listing it as 182729 instead of 68867 - I failed to double-check the sloppy, illegible report before leaving after the 3+ hour wait. Now I'm in the process of trying to get the CarFax corrected.

I took my car in because my dash lights were on. They decided swapping the brakes would solve the problem. Once I got my car back, the lights were still on. The very next day, my front bumper fell off my car WHEN I WAS DRIVING on the Hawthorne bridge. The wheel well liner got caught in my rotating tires and I was forced to stop the vehicle. If I was on the freeway I would probably have died. I will not go back to Midas again.

My daughter went to midas got an oil change and only an oil change and they rotated her tires without balancing the wheels and she hot a vibration in her front end I called them and they said that the rotation was a no charge service but if you don't balance the front tires you'll get a vibration which they shouldn't have touched the tires at all

I really appreciate these guys. My brakes were in really bad shape when I brought my car in. They not only fixed the brakes, but they pointed out and fixed two more issues. And these weren't minute problems, they were actual issues that needed to be taken care of to keep my car running safely. And they took care of them for me all while keeping me up to date over the phone. Big thanks, my car feels new.

I came in hour early for my oil change. Still didn't get to my car till 20mins after my schedule appointment. After the oil change, they did their inspection found I had a tail light out, replaced the light and then left it without fixing their mess in the trunk. Now I'm missing clip to put my trunk by together. They also forgot to give me a new mileage sticker. Poor customer service and communication, won't be going to midas ever again

Dilan and Saxon are great workers. They both make the work place look very professionally. They both have knowledge and skill about car.. The service they offer are fantastic. Will go go there again? Definitely! They both deserve a bonus or promotion.

They saved me before my 4 hour trip home! Everyone was very patient and worked with me, getting me in AND out the same day. They all had great customer service. Saxon-the manager- was very easy to work with and accommodating. He explained the issues very clearly and then he even Ubered me home and back. They were all professional- the manager, the mechanic, and the employee who made sure to test drive my car before returning it to me. Even better was that most of the parts that needed to be fixed/changed come with a lifetime warranty so if anything happens I know I can count on them to help me out again!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Lonnie and the crew are always super helpful. It s rare these days to find a mechanic shop you can trust, but I know with Lonnie we will always get the best price and that he will not throw random charges or repairs that are unnecessary.

I appreciate their honesty and them standing by their work - a rarity with most mechanic shops these days. I took my car in to have the brake pads and rotors replaced and when they were putting the lug nuts back on with the compression wrench, they accidently cross threaded one which resulted in one of my wheel studs breaking off when I later had my tires replaced. I brought it back in and the manager Lonnie ensured it was fixed at no cost. Will keep coming back because of how they handled.

I had my wife s Jeeps brakes done two weeks ago great job. So I made an appointment for my son in laws Jeep told them I d cover Brakes and and Oil Change . Was told they would call me after inspections and go over costs so both axles if needed with oil change $600 give or take a little $1100 later rear brakes and rotors did. Oil change in both axles air cleaner and some other crap (no oil change by the way)they called for payment i was traveling and they told my son in law this is what we were asked to do . Not until I got a call asking for me my Credit Card did I have any idea of cost .up sell up sell up sell. A shame. I thought I found a good place based on my first experience. Don t go here!
