We have completed full testing and diagnostics at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. As a result, technicians discovered that the water pump bolt, which was also supposed to be attached to the engine cover, was missing. It was also discovered that my car's alternator and belt, which you changed before you broke my car, had failed. Before I handed over my vehicle to you, it was in good working order without any of the problems mentioned above. The engine oil level was good, without leaks, not to mention the fact that two weeks ago your service did all the work of changing the oil, alternator, belt and all filters, as proof of which I have all the receipts and documentation from your service.

Experience started out nice, but shop uses cheap materials. Got brakes done here and then they started squeaking. I ve been to this place nearly weekly in the last month because the work was under warranty and they have been awful to deal with. They denied hearing the squeaking at my first visit back then claimed to fix it my second time back in, but here we are almost a week after and still hearing the squeaking. Ended up taking car to two other places to get an honest answer of what this place did to my brakes and was told from both the materials are cheap and causing extra brake dust to come up causing squeaking. All this to say, this place doesn t do good quality work, or is honest about the work your car needs and the work they ve done. And despite using cheap parts this place is not cheap $$$$, I d recommend looking elsewhere.

Excellent customer service! They answered all my questions and did a great job on my not so new, but new to me 2010 HHR. Fast service, itemized job with photos, made it easy to understand! The entire experience made me feel valued as customer, and everyone was nice and trustworthy! I will definitely be back for future services on my car!

I had an emergency with my car and called Pete and his team at Meineke and they were so accommodating! They told me to bring the car right over and they will get a chance to look at it the next morning. I barely made it to the lot and my car died. They were able to diagnose and fix the car while I was out of town and have it ready when I got back. They are very efficient, nice and explained things very well. Pete and his team will be the only people working on my car go forward. They are a place you can trust.

Got muffler replacement with section of pipe. Asked if I could bring in early AM and they would get it done. I did and had new parts installed shortly thereafter. Nice welding.

I needed my front breaks done, along with rotors, and I was quoted $570 from another company. I went in to the Meinike on 132nd and Canyon, and explained what I needed, and asked him f they could beat the price. They saved me OVER $100! That s a lot in the times we find ourselves living in. Not only did the replace my breaks, they came with a Life Time Warranty, so I will only need to replace the pads in the future. They also replaced both front rotors, AND included an oil change! They saved me money, time and gas. The Staff at this location was Professional, kind, thoughtful, and didn t once try to sell me on work that didn t need to be done. My Husband can also take his Work Van here! Thank you again for the wonderful service, great conversation, and care shown for our vehicle. All of our future repairs, and oil changes will come to you. Thanks guys!!!

Pete and his crew are the best! I popped in without an appointment crossing my fingers they would have time to look at my car. There was no hesitation at all. The team is meticulous and suggested ways for me to save money on the fix. It s the kind of experience you hope for every time you frequent a business, but seems so elusive these days. I had a problem with my Toyota and Pete and his staff diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed parts and installed the parts. They knew exactly what to do and the Toyota is back to running excellently! The price for the work and parts was very reasonable. I can highly recommend Pete Rolland and Meineke Beaverton.

The service at this Beaverton Meineke location is FANTASTIC! I have been taking my cars there for brakes, belts, oil changes, etc. During the past few years and have never been disappointed. The manager (i think), Pete, is first rate!! He has been great to deal with - and a decent human being. Out of all of the car service individuals I have dealt with over the past 40 years, he is the best!!

I went to Meineke in Beaverton on Canyon Boulevard to get an estimate on my truck. They gave me a lower estimate than anyone else, so I had them fix my truck. They did a good timely jobwith great service. If any further repairs are needed I would go there first. Highly recommended.

My go to car repair shop since moving to Beaverton 1.5 years ago. Pete and his employees have always been so kind, helpful, and accommodating. As a woman I am always hesitant of getting taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs, but the meineke guys are honest and don t try to swindle you. You will be in wonderful hands if you come here!

We ve gone to meineke in Beaverton for multiple issues on multiple vehicles recently an in the past. They have not only fixed the problems but been super honest, informative and don t make you feel like you are getting taken advantage of.Through out my time there Pete has been super helpful in keeping me and my husband in the loop on what s going on with our vehicles. Would totally recommend this place if you have any car troubles!!

I went to two different locations , and was told two very different things about my vehicle. The first quote seemed high to me , and my buddy had a buddy at the other location, where I got a quote for over double the first one . Both locations claimed I needed all 4 breaks done , and much much more . With the price of what they said I decided to take it yet another shop , where I was told my back breaks were at a 8MM and didn t need replacing.Needless to say I will NEVER go to any Meineke !!!! Don t trust these guys .

Honest people. They do honest work & are good people. In a world that is hard to know who to trust, this is a place to good for valuable work with trustworthy individuals to back it up. They have a good way of showing you what needs to be repaired & getting your input, as needed. They share costs upfront so there's no price shock after the fact. Have yet to run into one bad apple at this location. As a widow who is sometimes wary of auto shops, I feel safe in their business. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a reasonably priced place to get an oil change, and Meineke came up. I made an appointment, got my oil changed, and found out they do a whole lot more. I ve since had them do my brakes, belts and other maintenance on my 20-year old Ranger. I appreciate Pete making me feel like a valued customer and am happy to report that Meineke is now one of my main mechanics. In order to protect my Prius from thieves, I installed a cover over my catalytic converter. Beaverton Meineke was great! They not only had the best price, they were quick - and friendly.I went back to Meineke this week and found them to be very honest in their evaluation of my Prius and its needs. Prices were fair. Service was quick.

Would not go here. They may lie, overcharge and damage other components of your car. And then they became aggressive and bullying and deny everything, a lot of shady stuff going on behind the scene in this shop
