I bring my wife's car in for new tires. $800 later I find that the driver side window won't roll up completely. Unfortunately, it's going to cost a lot of money to fix this problem. If not done soon it could risk mold, and someone trying to break in. I realize that mistakes happen, and I should express that I usually trust them to do good work, and the people are often kind.I call up the corporate headquarters to resolve this issue. First time I get transferred to multiple lines and finally directed to an answering machine. Second time a guy named Joe (not sure if that's his real name) hangs up on me. It was evident that he was not having a good day so I don't blame him for working customer service.It's very disappointing to walk away with an $800 bill, and a broken window. In today's world customer service is king. I can get tires anywhere. When you don't value me then you lose the goodwill you're known for. I hope that the company headquarters takes this into consideration. In the meantime I have to worry about mold or worse, and there's no resolution in sight thanks to Les Schwab headquarters.To the response: Please check the security footage, and provide me with proof that the window was broken before hand. Watch the video footage to observe someone messing with the driver side window, and the attempt by your team to fix the damage they caused by getting the window to fully roll up. In addition, I have called multiple times, and left multiple messages. Still there is no response. Please review what I stated about customer service. Once again, be careful to avoid this company.

Customer service was ok but I got two different phone calls, one telling me everything was fine and another saying I needed an alignment. They also left grease all over my door. Not very satisfactory.

Always on the ball and never skipped a beat in my 10 year experience with them. They put the pedal to the metal in getting you in and out quickly and doing reputable work. Purchase your tires there and rotation is complimentary thereafter amongst other perks. Professional, helpful and courteous. Walk-ins get done surprisingly quick too!I know this sounds like a review one of their employees wrote but it s not. Never had a bad experience with them.

I am so impressed with Les Schwab. They just patched one of my tires for free, and I am now a customer for life. In a world were everybody tries to squeeze every penny out of you, Les Schwab focuses on great service with the knowledge that they create repeat customers by being good at what they do. I wish more companies operated like they do.

I just had an amazing experience here today. I came in with a flat tire, got the assessment and left with a fixed situation in less than an hour. The service provided is unparraleled to any other service I have received ever in my memory. Would highly recommend Les Schwab and will definitely be coming back to my neighborhood tire center! 5 stars for an excellent service team.

I have always been a huge fan and loyal customer, however, the last time I was in for a tire rotation I was told that my CV Boots were torn and I was quoted $1700 for the fix and asked if I wanted to schedule the service. Imagine my surprise when my long time mechanic told me today that there is nothing at all wrong with my CV Boots. I have never posted a negative review about any business, but seriously Les Schwab??? You just lost a customer.

If you want to have to go in several times right after buying $1000 set of tires this place is for you. They won't discuss tire replacements and do "patch jobs" that seem to not last. Their customer service is lacking and it's clear they want to only deal with men who don't ask questions . Had to ask for a receipt because they didn't want to print one out. When buying a brand new set of tires, a person shouldn't have to come back several times for things to be fixed within the first 4 months. Defective tires and bad customer service. I'll go elsewhere. If I wanted patched up tires I would have gone to a used tire shop.

I just moved to Beaverton. I went to this tire shop yesterday morning. I went to this tire shop to get my wheels repaired. Mainly speaking, the service lady at the front desk was very good. She was very patient. I don't speak English well. The young lady is very smart. She understood everything I said. Thank you very much. Thank you very much . I will definitely be back for a tire change

Today, in Les Schwab Something very exciting happened to me, which no one can believe that.They did a general check up and fixed the tire at no cost, nice stuff and hard working people. I do recommend % this is the right place for any kind of CAR or TRUCK.Thank you so much for the amaizing work. Noh Gebrihiwet Tzighe.

I went in to get 4 new tires. This was my first and last time I buy from this place. It was fine getting info on the tires. But when I picked up the car 1) I was warned about the wear on my rear breaks which was a total scam because my breaks had just been replaced probably 500 miles ago at the most. I was told they were at the halfway point. I probably really have 2 years left on my breaks. 2) I discovered that the alignment wasn t done on the car even though it failed their test. They said alignment is an extra charge which is fine but they didn t even give me the option to request the alignment given they had my car for several hours. Now I have to be inconvenienced and take the car back for an alignment. I can t believe they didn t call me and mention the alignment before I picked up my car. I spent $1500 on new tires and they still tried to be weasels about the breaks and didn t mention the alignment would not be done. Who on earth would invest $1500 on tires and not get an alignment to protect their investment?!!! My mechanic told me much better options with Firestone. Will go their next time. Les Schwab s famous reputation is a joke.

Been buying tires from Les Schwab for about 30 years now . They've done my brakes and shocks too . I won't waste my money on any other tire-dealership ( tried it and I keep coming back ) .

Never have I made an appointment and am always treated excellent. Their work and products have always been top notch and I am picky. Thanks guys for running a great shop! It feels good to know my car is safe on the roads.

I have to unfortunately change my review to a 2 star from 5. Les schwab to my understanding will not let you bring your own tires to put on your own car unless it was bought from them. Shame. It was convenient for me and i have been bringing my fleet of vehicles here for the tire needs.

The customer service at the front desk is really not so serious and don t care about the customer satisfaction at least the team was the day I requested the service, for sure I ll don t recommend this place to any friend or person I know, I recommend the general manager to check the way the front desk people work, good luck in the way you are doing business

Excellent customer service and very fast turn around make this the best place in Beaverton to get new tires.I was quoted 1 hour for an alignment, they said it could take longer, but after 40 minutes I was on the road again.The waiting area is very clean, has lots of seats, and they have a TV and snacks.Thanks again, I'll be back soon.

I went to Les Schwab today hoping to get the world class service they are known for. Unfortunately, In a tough situation I was met by a team reluctant to offer solutions. At minimum, I was hoping that it would be a positive atmosphere which wasn t the case. Because of the lack of service, I took my business to Discount Tires and was incredibly impressed withe the professionalism, urgency, and enthusiasm their team exuded at every moment during my tire shopping. Incredibly happy that I didn t give my business to Les Schwab after the way I was treated. Hopefully, this feedback helps the teamImprove.

Amazing costumer customer service I got tires for my 4Runner and the set of tires I got didn t really fit my driving les Schwab ended up changing them now I love my new set thanks for the amazing service.

Today, I paid $1200 for new wheels. After a marathon wait, I was handed my keys and left with my baby, stroller, and two bags. I see my truck nowhere and ask a guy in the bay, who gets an attitude and tells me to look around. It was in the side park and positioned so I could barely see it or inspect my new wheels. Already not happy with this experience I go to pull off and a kid runs my tire caps out to me that they forgot. I get down the road and think about it and pull over to see if I have the stock wheels in the back. Of course not! I call and go back and they just throw them in with no apologies or drizzle of accountability. They still have my lug nuts/covers and it s almost not worth dealing with these people to get them back. I didn t buy a pack of bubble gum. The level of service I received was below sub par.

I got off a 12 hour shift with Nike Air found i had a flat tire with a screw down in it. I got spare temporary tire on and just barely got to nearest Les Shwab 3minutes before closing. So again thats 5:30 off work got temp tire on Zippped nearest Les shwab 3minutes left they had no problem helping me. Thought I'd get a locked door or come back tomorrow which I also have another 12 hr shift but they heard me and pulled my Suv in bay. They fixed my tire and threw it back on and temp tire in trunk. All for Free! Totally happy , Only place I will ever by tires or batteries for reasons just like this!. Granted they did not run out to my car like the silly ads show. But they heard and served even though about to close in 3minutes Thank you Les Shwab,Randy Arnett

Took my new Tesla Model Y here to repair a tire puncture. Service was good. I was told that they don't need to use the jacking pucks for Tesla vehicles at this location because they have newer lifts here. They can repair tires with the foam at this location as well. There is popcorn, coffee with espresso option, water fill station, big screen TV, and bathroom here while you wait.Been going to this location for 13 years and Les Schwab in general for 25+ years. For the most part, it has always been good service.

I feel like Les schwab took good care of me. I had an appointment for a new battery and tires. Guy had trouble installing the battery due to the compartment being messed up. But he got it in. And now when my subs are up full blast my headlights don't dim which is nice. My battery was ten years old from the factory. I love my back country at2s. Been going to Les Schwab all my adult life and will continue to do so. Solid company still.

I went in to only have my tires inflated and they could not have been nicer about providing this free service. I'm impressed to know about what they call (something like) "Trip Check", a free assessment of your car's roadworthiness which can help keep you safe and informed as you venture out on your journeys. That's definitely on my To Do list! They were so kind and it was a really nice start to my day. Thank you Les Schwab... I will come spend my money at your store because of how welcome you made me feel today.
