I was searching for a white 4runner Limited and ended up finding exactly what I was looking for at Kuni. Alex was a great sales person to work with. It was late on Sunday night. He stayed late and helped with everything before I was ready to leave. He even helped take plates off my trade in when it was cold and dark outside. He went above and beyond. Very personable and easy to relate to.Trevyn in finance was straight to the point, did not push back when I declined his additional coverages and warranties. He answered all my questions and I left feeling as if I knew everything.

One of the easiest car buying experiences I ve ever had. Found a car online that I wanted to purchase, walked in for a test drive with no pressure at all. Chalen was amazingly helpful and very personable. I was in and out in 2 hours with a new car. Will be back for sure.

Spoke with Warren who was a nice sales Rep. They're professional and helpful but unfortunately the dealership has a very strange policy where they refuse to purchase a car if the sticker with the vin number inside of the door frame is even partially coming off of the frame. Why schedule a viewing for a 20 year old car if you can't handle something like that? As far as an old car can be mine is basically in perfect condition cosmetically inside and out and mechanically as well Warren also showed me that the vin can be found beneath the front windshield looking from the outside in. Well in that case why couldn't they just go off of that vin number?

I contacted Kuni Auto Center on Valentines Day via their website inquiring about a vehicle that appeared to be fully loaded for a great price. I noticed that the pictures didn't match the description and asked for more details fairly early in the morning. One of the web services employees responded right away before they were open to let me know she would get more details once she was in office. A short time later the build sheet for the vehicle popped up in my email. The listing was incorrect but the vehicle was still very reasonably priced. I replied that I would be in that afternoon to see the vehicle and I received an email shortly after from Gary letting me know he would be looking forward to seeing us. Now my girlfriend and I are on the younger side of people purchasing a higher end automobile but I never once got the feeling that I was being judged... if anything the opposite was true. Gary was very pleasant to deal with and I don't feel like he gave me the run around or lead me astray. I ended up buying the car and the financing was all handled quickly and they worked with my credit union so the approval was a snap. I am now driving my dream car and for less than I expected to pay. I am very pleased with my experience and would certainly shop with Kuni again.

When you go to Kuni do yourself a favor and ask for Marcus. If Marcus isn't around come back when he is.We went into our car buying experience with Kuni focused on exactly what we wanted, educated on what to look and ask for, and ready to make a deal. We walked in and Marcus greeted us right away. We told him the exact car that we had seen online that we would like to test drive. He jumped to grab the keys and took us out for a spin.We joked with Marcus that his reviews on Google were awesome and had to make sure that we contributed to that. All throughout this buying process Marcus provided us with any and all information about the car and the history that he had. He made sure to point out a scratch that was noted on the history report and walked through the inspection point my point with me.Marcus is awesome. He's a family man, he's a nice guy, he's a great salesman. All throughout the process with Marcus we felt like he had our best interests in mind.

Michael made our deal a pleasure, he was patient and kind. We had special circumstances that made for a complicated process but he and Judd met us with a pose and confidence that left us feeling great about our choice.We received top value on our trade and never felt pressure in any way. I am not sure what has changed at Kuni BMW. The Jetta is our third car that we bought from Kuni BMW and it will be the last. Over 4 hours waiting for the finance people to process our finance application, although there is only one customer ahead of us. Unpleasant experience. A review of processing papers and treating customers with respect to their time but evaluated and changes must be made accordingly. Best luck in running an efficient business.

The majority of the buying process was simple and straightforward. All of the sales associates were friendly and not pushy. They took their time with us and answered all of our questions. It was easy to do most of the process with my cell phone. The only suggestion we have relates to the final signatures and writing out the check. When it was time for this, we had to drive several miles to another site, then wait 45 minutes in the lounge. I understand that it s difficult to foresee how many people will be needed at each site on any given day, but when this has to happen, it feels like there needs to be some sort of small compensation for the inconvenience. For example, a simple apology for not having a person on-site and then because we have to add an extra hour for driving and wait time, we want to treat you to lattes and pastries at the nearby Starbucks while you wait, Something as simple as that goes a long way. Other than that, the experience was flawless and fair. Thank you!

This was by far the easiest and most relaxed car buying experience I ve ever had. I never felt pressured or like I was being jerked around like I have in the past at other dealerships. Plus Maia was amazing to work with. Very helpful and laid back and patient with me. And you could tell it seemed like she was genuinely happy that she could help me get into my dream car, the A91 Supra. And Beni in finance was awesome too. I would not hesitate to go back in the future. But hopefully that won t be for quite a while with this car. Thank you!

Even though she wasn't able to sell me the car I wanted, Chalen wasted no time in connecting me with the person who could. While working with her, she was friendly and did not pressure me at all. While going through the buying process, she stopped by to see how things were going and congratulate me on my purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone to Chalen if they're looking to purchase a used car.

Maia was absolutely fantastic! She was kind, quick witted, transparent, and really made the experience enjoyable! She was super approachable and way better than some of the other sales people we encountered at other dealerships!! The whole process was super smooth and Maia stayed with us until we completed all the documents, even though we kept her late on a Friday evening!! Thank you so much Maia, you re absolutely fabulous! If you re looking for a place to buy a used car, go to Kuni and ask for Maia!

I purchased a Porsche from here and within a week it had issues that weren't detected before as it had no codes. That led to the car slowly having electrical issues and almost catching fire with my kids in the car. Chalen though was amazing. Update 10/10/22 Judd has reached out and has been working with me and updating me and it will be fully covered hopefully by the warranty company who fixed the car before it was sold. Update 10/23/22. Kuni Auto Center is covering the full repairs when the warranty company wouldn t do so. And they ll help me purchase the car back as well.

Mike Davis was so awesome to work with, and made the process of purchasing a vehicle enjoyable and seamless. I really appreciated how honest Mike was, you can tell he truly cares about his customers. I would definitely recommend Kuni Auto Center for a friendly and not-pushy experience when searching for a car. I stopped at dealerships all around the Portland and Vancouver area and this was by far the most comfortable experience.

My husband and I came to test drive a vehicle. The salesperson was nice, but that was where the pleasant experience ended. After repeatedly asking our lending institution to be indicated on the loan paperwork, we were turned off by the fact that the person in the office didn't want to accommodate our request to have our financial institution listed on said paperwork. He first said that he couldn't do it, then said he couldn't even reach our lender (total lie), then said that he was following the paperwork from the state, then said that never in his 26 years in the business had he had people ask for such things. Well, never in the last 28 years of purchasing vehicles, have I met such a manipulative person (who was trying to get my husband to sign something while I was on the phone with my lender, who is a LARGE local credit union) and is so unwilling to make a sale. I hope you enjoy making interest off buyers who are not paying attention to their paperwork and loans. I have purchased many vehicles and the lender (title holder) is always listed. So please take your outrage at my request elsewhere. I will be sure to share far and wide with my friends and family, my experience with Kuni Auto Center.

Nick Uaje was awesome to work with. Very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. It took me about 3-4 weeks to 1. get my finances in order and 2. to pick out something I wanted. Nick was patient and never made me feel pressured. It was a very welcome experience.

I was an out of state buyer. My wife totaled our old Ford Expedition, so we had to replace it. The title transfer is a mess. They require the customer to do all the legwork, but charge a fee as if they are doing it.The 2 remote control units were not fully functional so I had to purchase new ones ($240.00) later.They won't take care of the customer.They should be shut down.

Theres alot I can say about Chalen and Kuni Auto Center. Last week we went and got a trade on our older vehicle for something newer that fit our needs. We went to 4 different dealers over two days and ended up coming back to work with Chalen.She made the process easy, kept us informed and most importantly wasn't "harassing" compared to other sales people I've interacted with in the past. She understood we needed to think, she gave us as much time as we needed which brought us back.I even appreciate the fact that while my wife and I were signing documents, she interacted with our kids.Thank you Chalen and thank you Kuni for a very smooth experience.

I recently saw an Audi S5 that Kuni had listed online, and to be honest it looked too good to be true. I visited the dealership to see how it looked in person, was immediately greeted by Shane and we took the Audi for a test drive. I immediately fell in love. There wasn't a dent or scratch on the car. It was beautifully modified from head to toe and had every option available. I work in sales, so I know I can be a hard person to sell to, but Shane worked hard to be flexible and accommodate my needs. Ive owned a lot of nice cars, have worked at a high end mechanic shop and have a good general knowledge about the automotive industry, and I would happily purchase from them again. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Came to check out a car. I was greeted by Gary. One of the nices salesman I worked with. He wasn t pushy in the sell (like some) and I felt as if he was looking for my best interest the whole process. They take good car of the cars they sell. They don t sell cars that will ruin their reputation. And I saw that in the condition of the vehicle I test drove. I recommend doing business with this company as they mean well for their costumes!
