This is the most reliable place in the area for any Auto Service.. besides my work place :) Xtreme AutoI have my 2016 GMC Sierra truck with alignment issues and needed a second opinion to fix it, they have expert and honest technicians who helped me with the possible causes of the problem.previously I have already brought another's cars for alignment and repairsprices are fair and do not overcharge for servicesIt is the first time that I come after they remodeled and I like it The waiting area has a lot of space, wifi coffee and clean bathroom

Had 2 tires installed here and service was quick and folks were very honest and transparent!Made sure I understood what was being installed and showed the excessive wear on old tires.Highly recommend them for any one looking for a reliable honest shop.

This place rocks. My service person was Dan. He is the man to talk too. Love this place it totally changed my whole attitude today. Tires I got were continental extreme contact DWS06 96 Y. Amzing tire and amazing staff would recommend to everyone forget les swhab forget discount tire. Les shwab was gonna charge me $1152 for their own carp brand reputation tire. Discount tire system was down and I wasted 30 minutes before they said anything. Dan hooked me up $882 out the door that is for 235/45/18. Jim bacon is my number 1 tire place now. Keep it up. Called on a Thursday, appointment Friday and they replaced both front CV axles same day. Great cost, service and who doesn't love the smell of tires they have! Very happy

Jim Bacon's has been my go to place for fourteen years.Quick, no-fuss service.I am very specific about the brand I like and if they don't have it in stock, they order it for me. I love that they are not pushy trying to sell me "other" services. They do let me know of other things that need my attention and that's is it. The car is ready on time, right when they said it would be ready.Now that I think about it, I am due for new tires... ;)

EXCELLENT AND HONEST! I had been given a $5600 repair estimate from the Subaru dealership in Wilsonville on my daughters Subaru. I did not think it was honest. So I went looking for a second opinion that was honest. Brandon drove the car, inspected the car and came back saying there was nothing wrong with the car! And I had been told the entire front end needed to be rebuilt! And they were so kind as to not even charge me.I would recommend this business for people. They are honest people here! And that is refreshing in the times we live.Service: Auto maintenance

I had an accident right in front of your establishment, I asked if you could check the cameras and they refused giving excuses, honestly that does not speak well of you and your establishment because nothing illegal is being done, it makes me sad, that you for not losing a few minutes of your time and that lack of empathy affects the people who were involved in this unfortunate accident.

We will only use Jim Bacons Tire Pros for all our automotive needs. We had a BMW that we had taken in for an oil change several years ago at a BMW center. We were told that we needed all kinds of very expensive things done mechanically to the car. The car only had 30K miles on it so we took it to Jim Bacons for a second opinion. We found out nothing was wrong with the car. Since then we have taken all our cars in and we only trust Jim Bacons Tire Pros for all our cars needs. They are Honest, Thorough and Trustworthy. Plus you get the absolute best Customer Service! We absolutely love Jenny.

I do not normally write reviews, ever, however, this is a great place to ALWAYS go to, for all your automotive needs. In December 2022 I started having major issues with one of my tires, called them up, as I was driving, at almost 5pm on a Friday. They got me in, right away and Jenny got me a super good quote. Got everything fixed the next day.Have been going to them for the last, almost 5 years now, and the staff has been exceptional, especially Brandon. Great guys. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They worked with me to get back on the road when my engine threw a rod and have again and again proven every penny with them is well spent. I would definitely recommend them and I have!

WARNING TO WOMEN: I rarely submit reviews for companies online, but I felt a need to warn people, especially women, about Jim Bacon Tire & Auto. I recently took my car in for a tire inspection in preparation for a long road trip. I ve purchased tires from here before, and had a fairly good experience, not this time however. After my inspection , I was told that my brake pads were worn down and that it s URGENT to get my front brake pads replaced. The service manager refused to look me in the eye while telling me everything that was wrong and urgent, and feeling somewhat pressured and my gut instinct telling me that something didn t feel right, I took my vehicle elsewhere to get a second opinion the same day. Accurate Auto - just down the street, gave me a full personalized inspection report that included photos in which front brake pads were not urgent as Jim Bacon made it seem to be. See here ladies, new brake pads for my SUV is 11 mm thick, 2 mm is the lowest before brake pads absolutely need to be replaced. Mine was at 6 to 7 mm which is about 50%. Jim Bacon has absolutely lost my trust, and therefore my business.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

I called last Thursday, talking to Brandon, about trading in my wheels and tires from my 2010 Toyota Corolla S on a set of USED continental tires he had. Brandon said the used tires were valued at $400 (despite a new set of NEW generics tires for $300 elsewhere). Brandon said they would trade me straight across for my wheels and tires, for mounting/balancing/install of his USED set, with possibly cash on their end for my wheels (as they were factory OEM wheels and tires from the dealership with approximately 4 months of use, still at 10/32nds, brand new.I even wiped the wheels with a microfiber cloth before the appointment, Monday by 9am- where Brandon told me a man named Diego would assist me and have knowledge of our deal.When I arrived this morning at 9am (as agreed), Diego had no knowledge of the previous deal that Brandon and I had struck. He went into the shop and came out with another LatinX guy, and after speaking in Spanish for approximately 3 mins while looking at the stock wheels and tires, he tried to sell his used set to me for $600!!! THAT IS A RIP OFF FOR USED TIRES WHEN NEW ONES COST LESS.When I explained that Brandon valued their exact USED tires at $400, and said he would mount/balance/and install them straight across if I traded the OEM wheels and tires w/tpms sensors- Diego refused- but then offered me $150. When I accepted his offer, just to get the deal completed+$150 from them, Diego then refused his own deal, and said he was going to charge me $350 for the job!Diego is a racist scammer!The Caucasian male, Brandon and I had an agreement, and he even had the tires set aside for me for the appointment. But the 2 LatinX guys, tried to rip me off and scam me for hundreds of dollars.They should be in jail.Where are the Bacon's?...the owners should see how their employees treat customers. Unless they already know and simply don't respect the paying customers...? Either way, they're being reported, and hopefully will be investigated by the BBB and/or DA for this behavior.I will call the Better Business Beauru (BBB) and report this FRAUDULENT AND SCAM BEHAVIOR TO RIP OFF THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH JIM BACONS TIRE PROS SHOP EVER AGAIN, AND WILL EVEN SPEND MORE ELSEWHERE TO ENSURE THAT.I do not appreciate or respect a company that makes an arrangement and agreement, just to attempt to RIP ME OFF at the agreed upon appointment for install.WORST FRAUDULENT TIRE COMPANY IN BEAVERTON- bc of Diego, and Brandon (Ryan or Bryan?).

Jim Bacon never fails to help me out when life throws a wrench or a nail or screw into my day. Thank you for always getting me back on the road even when I didn't have an appointment. Their customer service is amazing which is unheard of these days. I'd recommended them to anyone.

They were amazing! My first using their service. I saw they had good ratings on Google Maps so I thought I would give the a try. They charges less for oil change than their original estimate. They rotated my tires for no additional charge. They even replaced a missing lug nut for no additional charge. Free wifi in their nice clean waiting room. Friendly and helpful staff. I will for sure be back. Convenient location flight off TV Hwy and 217. You guys know how to make someone trust you and want to come back. Thanks!

I have nothing but great things to say about this business! When I had a slow leak in one of my tires and the dealership didn't have an opening for over a week and a half (new-ish, 2021 vehicle), Tire Pros squeezed me in the next day at 9a. Checking in was easy, the associate was friendly and the waiting room was clean with a few seats. Sure, the waiting room is small and workers are in and out grabbing tires from the racks you're sharing the space with, but in all honesty - nothing terrible. After about a half hour, an associate called my name to provide me with the status of my tire - which had an irreparable leak (due to its location). And although I decided not to replace my tire, Tire Pro did provide me with a very reasonable quote for a brand new tire with labor included. They did not pressure me into buying a tire and honored my decision. They also didn't charge me for their time, but ensured me that if I decided to come back it would be the same price they quoted me. Excellent business with true Tire Professionals!

I got work done here twice and was very disappointed with pretty much everything. Every time I'd get a quote for service it would be double or triple the amount when I would show up to pay. There was a rattling noise coming from the front right tire and they acted like they didn't believe me when I told them about it because they "couldn't replicate the noise on their test drive". When my friend came with me to pick up my car and validated what I was saying about the noise the guy acted shocked that I wasn't lying. It was very demeaning! Meanwhile Les Schwab figured it out after one day and provided warranties for labor and parts!I also ordered tires from here and was promised they would show up in a couple days. Didn't hear anything after about 4 days, called and asked and was told they hadn't even been ordered. They apologized and swore they would order them, said they would show up in a couple days. Repeat of the same, they literally didn't call me until over a week later after I had already gotten the work done elsewhere. Not worth the time or money, won't be returning.

Great locally owned tire shop. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They remodeled last year in the showroom and the front of the store and it looks very nice. Their prices are extremely competitive and offer different financing options which is a great benefit. They also do auto repair work now as well. Jim Bacon's has been there as long as I can remember and it's nice to have an independently owned store in Beaverton. Easy access and they have a great web site where you can check out all the different brands of tires they carry and can get a price quote sent to your email. Thanks for the great work and service you provide

Not all alignments are equal, very happy... I've had several alignments done at other shops and had to have them redone. This one was perfect.

Brandon helped guide me through getting tires and some needed repairs. I haven't ever had to do it by myself before and he was honest and patient. Everyone I had contact with there was friendly. The cost was reasonable and the work was done efficiently.

Good place to get special tires like Finnish Nokian. When you get here, try to deal with Jenny Bacon. Others seem to be confused and disorganized, or just may enjoy chatting with you for extensive time about all kinds of automotive topics you may not care for too much.

I bought a car for my daughter; it needed tires and a few other things. We originally came to Jim s shop for tires and had an appointment scheduled with the dealership to handle other repairs. After a thorough evaluation by his tech, I was quoted for repairs + some other items of safety concern. Craig, at the front desk, was very knowledgeable and helped us get a great deal. I cancelled with the dealership and my daughter s car was fully repaired, safe to drive in just a couple days. The work was more extensive than I anticipated but all justifiable and far more reasonably priced than the dealership. They are very clear about what products they re using and how much time it will take. Their mechanics are well-experienced and if they can bundle things into the labor to save you $$, they will. If you re a nice person who doesn t want to be taken advantage of, I recommend this shop, but I also suggest you not be naive; auto work is expensive. Kindness is mutually enjoyed here. Thanks Jim Bacon Team, we found our shop.

I'm a Vanlifer working the Beaverton area. On Christmas Eve 2022, during the ice an snow, I got stuck. I broke my brake line frantically trying to put on chains and get out. I end up eventually getting out(without chains or fully functional brakes), and made it to a safe spot to ride out Christmas. I called Jim Bacon's the morning of December 26th. They were able to schedule me for the 27th. They had my brake line fixed good as new in about 2 1/2 hours and charged me less than $300 for parts and labor. That kind of work and cost is invaluable to a Vanlifer. I even offered to pay an $50 as a tip, help buy the shop lunch, the clerk declined.....classy move. I hope somebody reads this review and decides to give them a call.Service: Brakes

Once again I was in need of new tires, Jim Bacon's has always treated me well. I have multiple times had to stop in and get a nail removed, never an issue. So when it is time to purchase tires, which I have done twice this year for my SUV and Truck , it's never a second thought of where I will buy. Jenny was awesome and got my tires ordered and installed within a day. Thank you to the entire team as I know you were running short staffed today. Recently had a tire go flat after a dealership appointment where they left the valve core loose. After two hours of runaround from others, I called Jim Bacon's. Jenny immediately offered support and solutions. She sent a technician to my location with some tools to help me put a spare tire on my vehicle. He was quick, efficient, and professional. When we returned to the store, they replaced all four tires - which only took about 30 minutes. The team stayed a little past closing to complete the job so I wouldn't have to come back another day. After the awful experience with the dealer, I ended up coming home on a positive note and singing the praises of this location and staff. THANK YOU so much! Seriously stellar customer service at totally reasonable prices.

Following an accident our truck sustained significant damage to the wheels, tires and underbody of the vehicle. We contacted several shops that either told us the vehicle was not worth repairing or the wait for service would be weeks. We had recently put in a new engine so the vehicle had a lot of value to us. We are also a one car family and relying on a rental for weeks was going to cost us more than we could afford. On a referral from the body shop I contactacted Jim Bacon Auto Service. The mechanic we spoke to offered to take our vehicle the same day we could get it towed to the shop to make a repair assessment. Within an hour we had the truck towed to the shop. By the end of the day we were called with the damages and cost to repair. The Mechanic assured us the vehicle could be repaired and set a very fair price. They also told us it would only take 4 days. The service was so good we asked them to take over some other maintenance we had scheduled with another shop prior to the accident. Jim Bacon was very fair and honest. They pointed out that an expensive repair another shop had recommended was not necessary, which saved us hundreds of dollars. They were prompt and patient in answering our many questions. They also completely repaired the vehicle in 4 days at a price far below than what we were expecting. Our truck is like a new vehicle and the quality of the work done is evident inside and out. We only wish we had used Jim Bacon Auto for all our other auto service over the years.
