I absolutely love these humans that work here! Great customer service, was honest about the problem with my car, stayed late one night on a Saturday too finish working on my car! They're awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Ps. When you come here ask for Shelby she's wonderful!

Fun and friendly guys working today. My rig was a little worse for wear and they made good recommendations and educated fellow customers.The manager was trying to deescalate a situation, and the lady became belligerent, they calmly asked her to leave and patiently escorted her car away.I hope you keep these guys around, John is a treat and Cesar is so nice

This location has always treated me with respect and professionalism. They have always done a great job on every one of my vehicles. This location has never tried to sell me anything I don't need and has actually caught a couple of things and took my car to my mechanic before they became expensive issues. 100% recommend this location.

I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube on Canyon Rd. Only needed a brake light replaced, but they treated me as well as if they were performing full service. Jimmy the supervisor helped me out immediately and less than 10 minutes I was on my way. Thank you for solving my problem quickly and with great customer service. Most appreciated.

BEWARE! DISHONEST and will try to upsell you unnecessarily. Don t waste your time on services at this location.Oil change team replaced my oil pan plug with a butterfly plug without telling me until I was paying the bill. Their story was that plug and pan threads were stripped, and they couldn t put in a new threaded plug. Manager was unhelpful, quoted me $581 for a new oil pan, then told me to go back to the Jiffy Lube store that made the previous oil change. He said that it was their fault, that the other location is not part of the Beaverton store franchise, and so not his issue.I went back to the Jiffy Lube in NE PDX, Sandy & 33rd, that had changed the oil before. Manager and Asst. Mgr. were incredibly nice and helpful. They showed me there was some wear on the pan threads but a new plug was installed and is holding fine. No need for a new oil pan, and they did not charge me!

I have been to the Canyon Rd. Location in Beaverton 3 or 4 times now and they are always amazing! They take great care of you and your car. They're upfront about what you need and can make great recommendations for shops in the area if you have a big problem (which I did). Amazing service!

Got my DEQToo service done here by AGM John D. He was awesome incredibly helpful, kind, thorough, and fast! He even walked me through how to submit the documentation I d need to do at home. Really appreciate you, John! Give that guy a raise. :)

If visiting during a weekday, come early through midday. Got busier around 3pm. Was informed of the daily special when greeted and took advantage of it. Good, friendly service; great experience.

I can't say enough good things. They were busy, but got me in quickly with some friendly conversation. I was having some car issues and they talked me through the possibilities. Okiyang was perfect, and made me comfortable in a difficult situation. I'll be going back later this week for a spark plug change.

Annoying greeter who seemed like he liked bossing people around. Forgot to reset oil change reminder in car so had to go back in to remind them.

The team at this location was very professional and helpful. They identified a location under my vehicle where oil has been leaking that will require service beyond their shop's capability but were gracious enough to top off the oil level to keep the car operational until properly repaired. Come here for the speedy and expert car care, stay for the awesome techs! Daniel, Austin, Omar, and Benjamen know exactly what they are doing and they are also friendly and hilarious. When you have multiple options for adequately servicing your car, it's the customer care and sense of comradery that should have you coming back to this company, and especially this location. Austin the manager is very kind went in to get our ac checked out unfortunately it was a different issue but he was very helpful and patient glad to help us Vincent was also kind these 2 were very easy to communicate with and friendly would recommend this jiffy lube compared to other places.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Be careful if you need service from here, an employee on duty was on drugs and extremely rude, we immediately left the premises, who in their right mind would let a person in that state remove and then reinstall their tires.

Ariel and her team are the best In the business. Came to them not for an oil change but to replace an O2 sensor in my Honda. Not only did she re test the check engine light code to ensure it was the right fox, she gave me instructions on how to properly reset the check engine light to the manufacturer standard. Ariel and her team were prompt, courteous and FAST. Anthony there are several jiffy lube locations near me, this is my new Go-To from now on!

I was disappointed with my last service. They do a great job with oil change, but this time, they were trying to push up and sell way too much. Air cleaner wasn't bad, but they recommended a change. Cabin filter was dirty but went down the street to auto zone and bought one for 12 bucks.They also recommended new brakes front and back. Said they were wearing thin. Told them I had a recall appointment at KIA and will have them check the brakes. Kia said my pads were a 4 and 3. 5 is when they recommended replacement. They will also turn the discs, unlike Jif Lube. KIA said I could wait until the next oil change or 5k miles to replace them. IN SHORT DO NOT LISTEN TO JIFFY LUBE GO TO A DEALERSHIP OR PROFESIONAL BRAKE TEAM. Also, while sitting in the car waiting for the oil change, one of the employees told a new guy. Hey, your first day on the job, and you have a brake job. Another car was in another bay. Most likely, they did not need brakes

Absolutely dope service, I was expecting a half-hour wait for an oil change, but it took only 10 minutes, staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. They have done this time and time again, and it's now our go-to location.

I just paid 270$ for transmission oil change and they didn t change filter. They want another 200$ for this. So I need to go to another service and change it again and again pay for oil. I won t recommend this service to anyone because they are just money grabbing business. It s not honest behavior and it ruined my day. Thank you so much!

Jeff and his team are incredible! By far my favorite place to get my oil changed. They ran a free diagnostic on my lights, checked my tires and cleaned my windshield. Super helpful, friendly & funny folks working here. Definitely will be back <3

I stopped by because a signal on my dashboard indicated need for repair. I was on a short trip and didn't want to spend a lot of time. They checked the stats (I had forgotten how to do that), offered services, but also said I'd be good to go for a while with no service that day. Even so, they checked a bunch of stuff to make sure I was OK and sent me on my way, N/C. I'll go back to Jiffy for my next lube!

Great staff at this location. A very friendly gentleman explained his wife had the same car as me and told me some great tips about it. Another man was very witty, a trait I appreciate when doing a task that isn't the most fun. Seemed like the crew got along. Efficient and friendly service, A+!

Popped in to see if they could help with a skid plate that came loose on my undercarriage. They got us in, fixed, and out in about 5 mins. Absolutely amazing service on their part. They really took care of us, and wete grateful this wasnt an all day affair.I didnt catch the womans name who checked us in but shes phenomenal.
