The technicians were were explanatory and transparent about the things that could be wrong with my care when I had to do an emergency drop-off. They diagnosed and fixed everything quickly and at a reasonable cost.

I had an unfortunate experience at this establishment! I went in for just an oil change, but I was persuaded to buy more items that I didn't need. Unfortunately, I was charged 400 dollars in service's my car did not need, and I feel cheated I was informed by my husband that the antifreeze was recently changed on my car but was told by the employee I needed it changed and other services that was not needed I have no words I am truly disappointed on how they abused my trust I won't be going back anymore !

Came jn for an oil change/air filter this time around. The customer service here is great and they do a pretty good job taking care of people who don t like to do this work by themselves. They have coffee and tea in the lobby and the waiting area is clean.I guess this jiffy lube is going to start doing small scale maintenance work. Radiators, brakes, and stuff like that.

Hands down, the most efficient, friendly, professional service providers working here servicing vehicles. The Jiffy Lube owners of this location have 16 locations in the area and have their systems and culture dialed in.

Tldr; they tried to sell me a $230 service that was done 200 miles ago.I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because most of the staff was super professional and friendly, even after I freaked out.The reason I freaked out is because the older guy running the computer system/top end tried to sell me a coolant flush due to rust in my radiator. It was VERY CLEARLY done 2 months ago. Not even 500 miles on it. It's immaculate for a 103k mile 2013. I called him out, and he started arguing with me about it.. and then tried to sell me more stuff!!I double checked all their work, and it's good. Tamper seal is on the oil plug, filter was snug, oil level looks fine. But that guy tried to sell me a fraudulent coolant flush. Then, I was using hand signals and nods with the techs to complete the oil change while that guy was rabbling.Luckily I know to watch for pressure, and shut it off so they can double check before sending me off... This guy tried to sell me a fraudulent service, argued with me when I told him it was done, then tried to sell me more stuff. Then at the end, I HAD TO HAND THAT SAME PERSON MY CREDIT CARD. This was easily one of the most unprofessional, shady services I've ever gotten in my life. Still kind of upset about it a day later. If you're clueless about cars and engines, beware. If my engine oil wasn't already dropped, I'd have immediately canceled the service.

After a less than acceptable experience at this location a long time ago, I avoided it for years. More recently, I noted the reviews had turned around, which is common as management changes, so I thought I would give them a try again.A few months ago, I brought my Wrangler JK Rubicon in for oil. They were training a new guy, who decided to use my bumper as a shelf for his tools while changing the filter (top loader). He spilled oil all over my radiator in the process. Then, when the guy who seemed to be in charge was adding oil, he dripped all over my engine compartment. Nothing was cleaned up, but otherwise, the work was better than I have gotten at the previous location I used.Today, I went in to have the lube swapped in my differentials. The guy in charge has no idea what the difference is between limited slip and my factory full-locker Dana 44's, claiming I needed an additive. This is not the case for this type of differential, and they should know these things if they are going to service 4-wheel drive vehicles. There was no question about what grade of lube to use and the total price was 50% higher than when I had this same work done not long ago using the same grade lube on another Wrangler JK Rubicon. Oh, and this guy was just rude. The kid from a few months ago was much more personable.See ya!Service: Oil change

I checked my car after leaving this place. They failed to inflate my tires (the highest pressure was 22.5 PSI), they failed to fill my washer fluid, they overfilled the oil by about half a quart, and they failed to fill the power steering fluid. What's worse, all these were checked off as being okay in the report. It is worth noting that they do not fill anti freeze or brake fluid reservoir. On the plus side, when I called and spoke to the manager he agreed provide a free signature oil change...but how much do I want to go there again when I have to recheck and fix everything?

The experience at this location was not good the upsale on the higher price oil change is outrageous especially when you tell them what oil you want and they tell you that they cant put conventional oil in your truck it only takes synthetic witch is not true and the employee arguing with you about it they need more training on how to work in customer service if they are going to be dealing with people

Hi there, Mark Campbell! What a surprise to see youre active. I sent a few emails to you, even left a couple of voicemails on your phone actually- and contacted the BBB, to try and get in touch with no luck or response whatsoever. I thought we could talk like a couple of grown-ups and figure it out. Unfortunately, you did not want to do that. My review accurately reflects your business model.

I needed my front brakes replaced, rotors and pads, as I was experiencing brake shudder at 45 mph or higher. The manager on site was able to take care of this quickly and helped me out extremely. I waited the 2 weeks to see how they settle in as he instructed, and I'm very happy to say that braking is no longer a worry for me. This location has been nothing but fast, helpful, and reliable. Thank you!Services: Brakes, Oil change

While visiting from St. Louis, I brought my daughter s car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Logan caught that the car had been in five months earlier for an oil change, but oil life indicator had not been reset and old sticker was not removed from windshield. Really appreciated his honesty! Did get me in for a quick tire rotation and fully explained previous error (tech no longer works there).Services: Tires, Oil change

Gone are the days of $20, $30 or even $50 oil changes. The oil change cost $110.He brings me over to show me all of the scammy upsells, and then gets to the synthetic oil, $110, and you can't say no because we already did it.Jiffy in the name used to refer to quick, but it wasn't quick because they want more opportunities to upsell you.

I went to get my brakes done and replaced windshield wipers. They felt the same and the next time I drove my car the wipers flew off. I needed the more work done so I went back to let them know my complaints. They fixed it all plus did the work I needed in cleaning the fuel system. It doesn't die on me anymore and they fixed and apologized for the work prior.I get it. Everyone has their days. Giving them another chance wasn't a huge deal and I'm glad I did. I try to be more understanding than upset. I appreciate the time and work they did.I know some things about cars, no expert, but I don't have tools anymore so it's nice having somewhere I can go and tell them my concerns without anymore problems.

Super fast, extras were offered but not pushed hard like I've experienced at other similar type shops. It was very much appreciated.

Went to this jiffy lube a couple weeks ago for an oil change on my 2018 Nissan Rogue. They suggested I get a coolant flush because I had rust in my coolant and my car was at risk of overheating , also that I needed new rear brake pads because they were worn down to the metal and if I didn t get that done in the next couple days I would ruin my rotors. I was suspicious of both since my car was so new, however I opted for the coolant flush and declined the new brakes as I can do that on my own. I replaced my brakes a week later, which had 25-50% the pads left. No where near metal and probably didn t even need to be replaced. Also they put in the wrong coolant, which appeared blue. My car takes a red coolant which might explain why they thought there was rust in it. Not saying they are liars, however really unprofessional and don t know what they are talking about.Service: Oil change

My brakes I had just had done at a diffrent jiffy lube started to have some issues on my way to work. So I called and asked if they could take a look not only where they able to do this minutes before they closed but also went so far as to write out what what going on so I explain what was going on to the orginal place. While it turns out they were a little over zelase with how unsafe my car was to drive I much profer this then under selling the danger.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Quick service with a smile. Hard to find anyplace that does any kind of maintenance etc on a vehicle that doesnt treat you like an idiot simply because you are female but i was treated good here. I would recommend them to anyone needing an oil change for sure.

These guys have no clue what they are doing. If you do, go make sure to step out of your vehicle and look at their monitor. Verify it is your vehicle that have up. I have a nissan xterra and they had up a honda Odyssey trying to put in the wrong oil. I stopped them and they got worried about it the odyssey payed. Then he said the correct oil and I looked again to verify. He had a nissan titan pulled up. That is a V8 and I have a V6, same oil but a lot less. The entire thing was a disaster. He spilled the correct oil all over my engine and didn't even clean it up. Do it yourself or go somewhere else. I've always had good service at Jiffy Lube in Salem, but this one is terrible. I would highly advise everyone to go somewhere else.

I was greeted as soon as I pulled in the driveway. I was asked which service I was needing and they told me immediately which line to pull in to and how long it would be. They not only did my usual oil change, but as I inquired about another possible service, a manager came and examined my vehicle to see if they could do that service. He immediately told me that unfortunately, they could not for my particular vehicle and then referred me to an auto service that could. Their service was done very quickly, professionally and they were very nice to work with. I would go back to this particular Jiffy Lube again. I also get good service closer to home at my usual Jiffy Lube. Thank you!

Very kind and considerate staff. I felt like all services and suggestions were reasonable and well explained. The service prices seem fair and they gave me a significant discount, which really helped. I will be returning to this specific Jiffy Lube because their staff are truly amazing. Thanks a bunch!
