Every time I stopped by here I was in a tricky situation and every single time they took great care of my car and me! Mindy was quick and to the point today and saved me a big headache. I owe her lots for peace of mind on my 50 minute ride home on the highways, with the usual Friday traffic. Thank you!!

Very bad experience with this place after inspection performed. After 3 HOURS of waiting They returned the car with loose pieces not even care about the other party comfort seller and they love to mention small imperfections with normal maintenance giving the very high prices so they can scare the buyer for a 12 years old car. Totally unreasonable person and robotics at every aspect.

The salesman Jay Jordan provided excellent customer service. He was extremely nice and informative on all the questions that I had. I would recommend anyone who goes to HM Motorsports to work with Jay Jordan if you get the chance. I guarantee you will be more than satisfied with whatever you need.

HM Motorsports came highly recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy that I took his advice and went to HM Motorsports for my new tires. I've been there multiple times and John and Mindy are both extremely helpful, professional and generous with their expertise with someone like me who knows very little about cars and especially tires so I had a lot of questions! It's great when you find a business that you can trust and know will give you the best service and price!Service: Tires

Was referred to H&M and couldn t be happier with the results! Purchased a set of tires, which were on a staggered setup and John the manager did some detailed research for the best options. He also checked my alignment and found some odd issues. He explained what was found in detail and provided before and after results. Thanks to his due diligence, my car drives and rides so much better. Thank you John and H&M, I will be sending you customers!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

My new best friends. Took forever to start modifying my cx-5 because my old dealership (let's just say they definitely did not give MOORE) made everything such a hastle. They wouldn't even touch my brakes to do a tire rotate and brake check during regular service just because I had aftermarket wheels. They wouldn't even install my oem parts that I bought through them. Blew my mind. Finally found HM Motorsports. It's like a breath of fresh air. They installed my lowering springs, and they painted a couple of my oem parts I purchased through Herzog to replace the white. Fantastic job, with a quick turnaround. Fair pricing, and really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mindy answered every question I had, and the guy that cashed me out the next day upon pickup was real friendly. Can't wait to come back for the rest of the stuff I have lined up.

I recently chose HM Motorsports for a major repair after I crashed my car during the recent winter storm. As usual when I bring my car here I was welcomed by Mindy the FACE of HM Motorsports, where she was able to take my car in as soon as it got to them and diagnosed my issues to report to my insurance. I had to have rear sub-frame, RR Knee assembly, and FR Knee assembly all replaced. Drew one of the hands down best technicians I have ever had the pleasure working with was able to take care of every single issue within 2 weeks (of course having to deal with getting parts and everything this is a small amount of time) I picked up my car and I was happy. I drove off their lot feeling like I just dropped off for an oil change, the car drove as if nothing happened. Now come to about 3 days later my RR brakes started making a terrible noise, I pulled over and inspected the rotor myself and determined the rotor had cracked! I called Mindy in a fuss because I can't be out a car anymore, I have a lot of things I need to get done. Mindy let me know to come on in, mind you this is 4:15pm on a Thursday and HM closes at 6PM. I got the HM Motorsports at around 5:15pm and Mindy got my keys to Drew and they got my car back. I waited for about ~30 minutes? and Mindy came back to confirm what I had seen was right and let me know that they were able to swap out the rotor for me. We came to the conclusion that from my accident there must have been a hairline fracture in the rotor that caused the break over time. Thank you Mindy and Drew! And Herzog-Meier, get these two some support as they have provided a far better experience then your VW dealership has ever given me.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection

H&M MOTOSPORTS ROCKS!!!! Mindy and her crew always take great care of my car and me. Today while driving my splash shield underneath my engine came loose, and I could not drive the car, I was able to tape it up temporarily, so I called H&M MOTOSPORTS hoping they could help me out and as usual they said bring her in. I showed Mindy what was going on and before I knew it my car was on the rack, repaired and off the rack.I was back on the road in 15mins. This is a testament to H&M MOTOSPORTS dedication to customer service and their professionalism as a premier auto repair business. Mindy "Thank You and your crew so much for always taking care of me". You will always have my business.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Got initial estimate of $1200-$1500 over the phone to replace clutch slave cylinder / TO bearing. Was OK with that. When I towed the car into the shop, the work estimate went to $2700 for some additional work. This did not sound right to me, so took the car to another shop which did the work for basically the initial estimate, no additional work was needed.Would NOT recommend this shop.(responding to shop response) The price increase was due to the shop adding a flywheel replacement. The only way to determine if flywheel needed replacement would be to pull off transmission and clutch and inspect it. Pretty sure that wasn't done, no way $135 inspection fee I paid would cover that much work. There was nothing wrong with it, other shop did not replace it, and car drives just fine.Service: Transmission repair

Nov 9th I went in for burning 1qt of oil per 500 miles. Was told my pcv was bad with no evidence when asked. I asked about rings since it's the most common problem for 2.0t if this model. I was told that was not the case from john mindy and from them speaking for the tech that compression was good witch ment rings were good and I was wrong.Nov 21 they get me back in for a oil consumption test they didn't want to even do. In 220 miles I came back losing 1.5 qts of oil. Again telling me it's not rings it has good compression "master tech certified" - John and MindyNov 29th I had to call John and get the invoice for that visit so I could send it to the warranty company since they couldn't figure out how? When I explained to the warranty company what had been going on and what I've been dealing with they were very quick to okay the fix since they were missing all the evidence of the issue from HM.12/9 car dropped off. Was told 1 to 1.5 weeks12/22 mindy said car would be done 12/23 weather depending we got bad weather a d holidays12/27 waiting on a part ( cv boot ) to show up. Should be done tomorrow-mindy12-29 mindy- car is being finished was running road tested and was back on the lift giving it a look over, waiting on payment from warranty company. I personally called the warranty company and was told HM has not sent over anything since 12/9. Mindy amd John were confused saying they had.John was very rude stating it had been faxed and I had to wait.12/30 warranty company put me on hold to call to confirm payment when she had said who she was she said she was hung up on. Mindy and John's reaction to my accusation of that showed how true it was. When I arrived John had explained that he had lied and that since 12/29 the car was being worked on for a leaking crank seal after reassembly. Infront of another customer mindy walked outside and began to talk badly on me. She didn't know my mother was outside. John was angry and very rude about having to admit to lying about the car being finished and awaiting payment that clearly was all lies. Was told I could be done that day MAYBE. Never received a call.12/2 I call at 12 and mindy said cars finished and I can come get it. When I arrived my car was covered in hand prints, I paid signed and left.John and Mindy and very unprofessional.I will give the mechanic the benefit as I know his work isn't there actions.

Last few times I have been Herzog Meier, I have been more impressed since my last review. I was skeptical about getting my tune done on my car there but the overall experience was good, and the staff was very knowledgeable. I unfortunately had a small issue after my. Tune but they stayed open to diagnose the problem for me and I was back on the road. It was much appreciated. I will be going back. Keep it up HM.

HM Motorsports has worked on my cars for three years now. In the past month they refinished two badly scratched wheels to like-new condition for a very reasonable price, and then quickly fixed a custom wheel fitment issue (on another car) that other shops couldn't handle. Ben and Mindy are super knowledgeable and provide amazing customer service.

These guys were fantastic with my car! Helped me out with a whole lot of patience and willingness to work with my budget and scheduling. I'd like to especially highlight Matthew Palmer and Matthew Moyer for being the two who worked with me most. Both Matthews helped me with some necessities with my car, and took less than three hours total to get my car up and running. They replaced my tires, did alignments, did an oil change, and all that fun-stuff without me having to wait too long. Not to mention their generally friendly and mindful demeanor. Thanks so much for helping me with my car, y'all! 100/10 would come back again.

Bruce, Mindy, and the team over at HM Motorsports went above and beyond to help me out with a car I recently purchased at Herzog-Meier. What ever your tire, lube, engine, body or suspension needs are, the guys and gals over at HM will treat you right. Good job on getting the repairs done in a timely manner and being very professional about how it was handled.

My hubs and I worked with Mindy at HM Motorsports to get the protective covering on the seats/paint and to install a roof rack on our brand new Golf. Mindy was the best! She is honest, kind, and overall a great human. She is super knowledgeable and LOVES VWs. It was a fun experience and looking forward to working with Mindy in the future.

I've had my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Sportwagon there a few times for various services (oil changes and trans service). Their prices are great and everyone that works there was amazing. I dealt with Mindy for scheduling, drop off, and pickup. She was very pleasant and kept fantastic communication. They fit me in last minute and put my mind at ease as i was headed to California the very next day. They will be doing all of my future services!

Excellent and very professional customer service from everyone we worked with at H-M Motorsports, especially Mindy. Clear communication while work was being completed, fast service, and very competitive prices (including tires and alignment). This is a shop we trust and recommend to friends and family if there's a project we don't have time to do on our own. ABG

John is straight up rude. He immediately denied my extended warranty through Herzog, then after using the computer for 1 min confirmed it. He repeatedly told me can't get me in today, when I didn't ask or expect that, and not until late December. John refused to give me his boss's name, phone, and email. Anyone else with this guy? His boss is Andy, I think. Not cool, not made for customer service.

The Staff at H&M installed my sons transmission and did an amazing job. Ben the service technician is top notch, and very detailed. Darrin and James handled all the parts ordering, scheduling to get the repairs done as quickly as possible. Bruce the service manager kept me and my son posted through the whole process. Great team, and I will use them in the future. Ben took care of some small items he saw that could be a potential problem down the road as well. Thanks H&M team.

David and the team at HM were great. Highly recommend. Compensated me for my rental and dropped my car off to dealership for a recall. They then completed an upgraded ECU tune and completed intake install. Completed as promised and have zero issues.

Not the most glamorous-looking shop in town, but arguably the best. Went in with a question about a headlight conversion for my Volvo C30, got some good answers and a good solution. Jim, in the parts room, did some deep research on an HID system that I originally had and found a good LED replacement. Mindy at the front desk (and who makes up for most of the shop's lack of general glamour) had a lot of knowledge and experience and was willing to share it without making me feel like an idiot. These folks work very hard for customer satisfaction and seem to love what they do.

Update: The manager called me back and apologized for the experience. Since has refunded me the price difference, and even offered to refund the entire alignment (I didn't accept as that doesn't seem fair to me). Thanks HM Motorsports for coming back and making the situation right.TL;DR - A volume shop that's capable of mistakes, but knows how to make them right.I wanted to get an alignment on 2015 GTI because I had some increased tire wear. This was to be expected, as was running a race alignment on my street car. I've always taken my cars to race shops in the past for alignments, and have always found that spending the extra few dollars is worth it. The techs will generally converse with you, go into detail about the pros and cons of some fine tuning options and work to get the car dialed. This shop was very different. I called ahead to make an appointment, as the reviews seemed overall positive. When I spoke on the phone, I mentioned that I wanted one spec different from stock -- the rear camber set at -2.0 (I believe the stock spec is -0.7). Any easy change, and no additional work over a basic 4-wheel alignment. The man on the phone mentioned since this wasn't any extra work, he would only charge the cost of a basic alignment, so I went ahead with setting up the appointment.Upon arrival to the shop at 7:05am, (5 minutes late for my 7:00am appointment), I was greeted by ... no one. In fact , 10 minutes later when an employee did pass through the garage, he made no attempt to talk to me even though it was obvious I was looking around. I asked him if anyone is coming to the front and he said "yeah, probably soon." and walked off. Finally at about 7:20am, someone came to man the front desk. I mentioned again that I wanted the camber set a -2.0 in the rear. He now told me to do this it would be performance alignment, and $40 more. I was super tired that morning and didn't have the energy to argue. Reluctantly, I agreed.About 45 minutes later, a tech came out to tell me "we can't set the camber to 0 degrees, it beyond the limit and it won't drive well." I was shocked -- the one thing I had specified, and they had gotten it completely wrong. I told the tech I wanted -2 degrees, and about 20 minutes later my alignment was complete. While the work done was overall good, the customer service was garbage. If you want a race shop that is open and honest and has your best interests, look else where. HM Motorsports doesn't respect their customers, and doesn't make an effort to be personal at all.
