Riley and Landon were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made our first new car buying experience better than expected. The price was fair, and I appreciate that they didn t automatically add packages/accessories that don t matter to me, unlike many dealerships. I love my CX5!!

We got ourselves a CX-50 here. Absolutely loved the whole buying process. Listened to our specific needs and got us the exact car we wanted; without any sales push for add-ons. Riley was an awesome person throughout the whole process and gave us a great price on the car. I would surely refer my friends and family over here.

Had a fantastic buying experience with Andrew Reid and Carmen Lukowski! Andrew was super knowledgeable and helped us test drive the car and trim we were looking at. It was super easy and we had a great time driving around with him. The color and trim we really wanted wasn t on the lot at the time, so Carmen was able to find it elsewhere and have Andrew bring it within the next day. They made the buying experience enjoyable and it never felt pushy. We were having a great time with them and the time flew by. We would definitely buy from this dealership again and highly recommend them!

My experience at Beaverton Mazda was absolutely outstanding, and I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Renze, a fantastic employee, and Carmen, an exceptional manager. Even though there's a dealership just a stone's throw away from my home in Vancouver, I willingly make the trip to Beaverton because of the incredible people there. Searching for a new CX-50, I explored other options like Allen Web and Ron Tonkin (which I'd advise against), but none could compare to the warm, personable, and caring service I found at Herzog Meier Beaverton Mazda. I was in a really bad car accident and was without a car for a few months. I went into Mazda to see what they had as I had a Mazda prior for about 15 years. I was introduced to Riley Lidel and he was by far the best rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He stood by my side the entire process of me shopping for cars. In the end, he was able to get me my dream car at the price I was looking for. I truly felt taken care of and valued not just as a customer but as a person. I am forever blessed and grateful for all he did to help me. Ask for Riley!

I just bought a Mazda CX5. The inventory and the sales experience was the best I had after visiting 6 other dealerships in search of a car. Zach was a great sales person, went above and beyond and was super knowledgeable and patient. He made what could be a painful experience very easy and pleasant.

I always have a great experience at Herzog-Meier Mazda (when I rarely need service on my Mazda), especially working with Dayton Wong. He is just so nice, welcoming and friendly! I don t need service very often, which is really great, and I just paid off my Mazda3, so I am not in the market for a new car for now. However, I always have a pleasant, professional and speedy service when I need it. Dayton is especially nice and it is clear that he enjoys his job which is rare and appreciated. Thank you to all of the staff of service and sales, you guys are doing a great job!

My husband and I bought a new CX-5 this Holiday season after my husband was in an accident and his car totaled. The Herzog-Meier team was flawless. We primary met with Zach Jones, Justin Jeffers and Ammon (I apologize, I did not catch the spelling) in financing. Each individual was genuine, patient, thorough, knowledgeable and it was incredibly refreshing compared to past experiences I have had with places like Beaverton Toyota that had very pushy and rude salesmen.Zach Jones was a major help and just overall a kind, fun, happy, positive person. We really just enjoyed his overall energy. He showed every aspect of the car and explained each feature in detail. This guy has a lot of potential and I hope Herzog-Meier sees that as a company. Justin Jeffers helped us break down several cost sheets and really helped us out with the vehicle we wanted even though we were dealing with financial delays. He had great suggestions and was open and honest about the procedure of things. Calm and collected guy with really awesome stories.The gentleman that helped us in financing was quick but informative and really helped us out when it came to our warranty, thank you so much! By the time he was helping us he had already been doing paperwork for 11 hours and I was told her had been with the company for 26 years or so, incredible commitment.When we need another car we look to Herzog-Meier and I will recommend this business to others if they are looking. They will take care of you here.Thank you to the entire team and good luck in the new year!

Jeff was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful as we test drove, then purchased our beautiful CX90.There is always stress associated with a major purchase, but Jeff did whatever he could to answer our questions and address our concerns. He and the rest of the staff were great.I bought my first Mazda almost 40 years ago at Meier Mazda, and if I ever need another (an RX-9 maybe?) I know where I will go.

I worked with Nix Nguyen and she was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, very communicative and quick to address questions, very personable, honest and down to earth and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, informative but not pushy about making a sale- it really felt like she cared and listened to understand exactly what I was looking for and found the right deal. I have family in the market for a new car soon and we ll gladly work with her again.

We worked with Riley, who was knowledgeable and great at helping us figure out the right car for us. He listened to us, brought around different cars to test drive without hesitation, and explained each of the different trims. He was a great facilitator, easy to work with, not pushy, and made it a great experience all the way through. The dealership as a whole was way nicer than others we had visited - very comfortable and again, not pushy at all. I was expecting the worst in the whole car buying experience in general but this was the best.

Renze and the staff Herzog-Meier made my buying experience amazing. After an extensive search I knew right away that these were the people that I wanted do business with. They were knowledgeable, courteous, presented the options on hand, and then gave me some space to consider my decision. I slept on it over night and when I called the next day they got the whole purchases done in about an hour without any back and forth. Just good people, with a good deal on the CX5 I really really wanted.

A few weeks ago I walked into HM Mazda wanting to make a deal on a trade in and up from my 2016 CX-5 into a brand new 2024 CX-5. The sales rep Adrian worked really hard with Carmen on getting me the color and package at the price point I was approved for. They did a great job navigating the CUDL system with my bank and personally brought down one of the few Eternal blue premium plus CX-5 delivered from the seattle area. I am in love with this car, it's everything I want and need. This is the second Mazda I've purchased here at Herzog Meier Mazda and if I ever need another I'll be asking for Adrian, he worked so hard for me and I could tell he works just as hard for other customers. The day I took delivery he was hustling all over the lot prepping cars and answering questions for other customers while my new ride was getting finalized. Thank you so much everyone at Herzog Meier!

TLDR: Reasonable pricing, transparent, the staffs were patient, thoughtful, and helpful.Do you homework and you'll have a great experience here.Got a new CX-30 Carbon Edition with 0 APR with the help of Riley and Carmen. After a bad experience at Honda, I was not hoping to get a better deal. But to my surprise the pricing was reasonable and I was qualified for the 0 APR special offer. I asked a lot of questions every step of the way but Riley was very patient, straightforward, and helpful. Don't know about others but definitely recommend talking to him if you're interested in buying a new car.Will update this review to share my future experience such as servicing and (hopefully not) repairs :)

We were in the market for a new vehicle and test drove a few. The Mazda CX-30 was the only one I actually enjoyed driving. When we we went to Herzog-Meier, we were immediately greeted by Andrew Reid. He was friendly and took a genuine interest in our specific needs. He worked to make sure we would get the vehicle we really wanted at a price we were comfortable with.

We got in a car accident and needed a new car but didn t really want to go through the whole process. We are classic over-thinking millennials who are afraid to spend large amounts of money.Luckily, we had Zach help us and make the process easy. He was genuine, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and excited to buy our perfect car within a price range we could handle. We can t thank him enough! I recently had the best experience at the HM Mazda dealership working with Riley Lidel. He is extremely knowledgeable and took time to help me figure out which vehicle and trim level would work best for me. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, even after multiple visits and test drives. He treated me like a person and not just another transaction. Once I made a decision, took delivery, and finalized paperwork he went over all the features of my car before I drove away. For the first time ever buying a car I didn t have to go home and figure it all out myself! I would highly recommend asking for Riley at this dealership if you are in the market for a new car!

This was the best car purchasing experience I ve had thus far. Working with Renze on finding the right vehicle for me was enjoyable and easy going. I didn t feel any pressure whatsoever, and I was able to explore all of my curiosities in a supportive way. Thanks to this process and Renze s patience, knowledge and helpful attitude, I found the perfect car and am I really, really happy with it. I m so happy, Renze was the best, he listened to me and delivered what I wanted 100% and now I know exactly what to do. Can pay the instalments for 2/3 years then pay off everything. I can give the car to my son, he will be 15/16 by then and I can get a new one. Best idea ever. I will forever be thankful for your suggestion and for trying until we got something. God bless you

I worked with Renze when purchasing my vehicle. It was a great experience, first time that I didn t feel pressured, overwhelmed, or influenced by a sales person. Renze made the process of looking at the inventory and talking numbers very easy (well, as easy as car shopping can be!). Renze was kind, professional, and most importantly relatable. If you are in the market for a Mazda and at this dealership would definitely suggest working with Renze.

We met with Zach to test drive a few vehicles, although we didn t end up purchasing a Mazda (wanted a hybrid SUV) the customer service that Zach gave to us with knowledge and patience would lead me to definitely go back and see him!
