Takes at least a few months to get your car in, but once it s there they do an excellent job. The work was perfect, the communication was great, Danielle in the office is very friendly, and they worked easily with my insurance carrier (Liberty Mutual).They even went above and beyond, dropping my car off at VW to recalibrate it, handling all communication with them, then picking it back up and having it all ready for me at the shop. Saved me a huge hassle!They also helped me out when I first brought my car in for the estimate for insurance. One of my front sensors was going bonkers thanks to the fender bender and it was driving me crazy, so they got down on the ground in the parking lot and carefully removed the sensor for me so I could drive in peace until I could get in. Very helpful!Very highly recommend, best body shop I ve ever worked with!

They repaired body damage from a hit and run on my ram 3500. The finished product is absolutely flawless and looks as good as factory. When I picked up my truck it had been cleaned inside and outside. Despite the snowstorm during the time of the repair they worked hard to get my truck back to me on time. (it is my work truck). I would highly recommend this shop if you value quality work and customer service.

I am not a trusting person, especially when it comes to my car. But Danielle and the Heitzman team are AMAZING! Danielle spent an hr and a half with my husband and I answering all of our questions, taking all the pictures of the damage; the inspection alone was 30 minutes of pictures! I cannot speak highly enough or loud enough of Heitzman and their work. My car looks better than the day I bought it. I am forever grateful to them and their patience with me. God forbid I hope I'm never in another accident, but I know I'm trusting Heitzman; for life.

Heitzman s was the 3rd of 3 places I went for a quote to repair dents in my side fender and door. Danielle (a Heitzman herself), on looking at the white paint by the dents immediately got a spray bottle with cleaner and cleaned off the white paint and made the nasty dents look less obvious! She gave me a comparable quote to the other places, but as we talked about my goal to have the 11 year old car look better, but not perfect, she recommended James at Dent Ninja as an option. As a result, I was able to get my car looking quite good, but not perfect, for $600 with James instead of perfect for $3,500 at Heitzman s. Thank you Danielle! I am glad I discovered Heitzman s, i will be coming back to Heitzman Body and Paint for any autobody work in the future( tho I hope I will never need too ). This is a truly honest, reliable family-owned business!

The people at Heitzman are down-to-earth and family-oriented. Even though there were a few unavoidable starts and stops, I was kept informed during the entire process. The team attempted to speed the repair knowing I did not have a rental. I trust Heitzman to tell the truth and have integrity to take care of my auto body needs.

The entire staff were very helpful. I was able to get an estimate without making an appointment and they were very clear in what was involved and how much it was going to cost. I would highly reccomend this place for anyone needing to do body work on their car.

Heitzman did a great job repairing my car after it was hit when parked in the snow. They had to replace the bumper on my new car. It took a little longer than I would have liked and I had to call several times to check on the progress rather then waiting for them to call me. But the end result was very good. They even advocated for me to get a comparable rental to my car when Enterprise was going to rent me a cheaper one.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had a couple of smaller issues with a bumper and also a scratch on the side panel of the car. Heitzman had always been very responsive and on top of things. They are also very helpful with suggestions and quick turnaround. This latest side panel scratch was taken care of quickly and expertly. I believe excellent service isn t just about the quality of work that s provided, but also the connection with the people. There s a small window of opportunity in body shop to make these kinds of connections, but at Heitzman, Taryn makes a point to go above and beyond to build that connection, to establish a sense of trust. The calmness in her voice as we discussed the totality of the repairs I needed was comforting. The whole team here is friendly and make you feel like family. I know Taryn couldn t deliver on those promises without the hard work of those unseen faces in the shop doing all their beautiful work. I called Heitzman today feeling lost about the tangled web of the auto insurance industry after my car was involved in an accident yesterday. Although they are booked out further than what my life can handle at the moment (which is great and means they are reputable!), Danielle offered amazing advice and helped me navigate what I can do next. Wow! Exceptional customer service!I've been calling around to MANY body shops after being in a horrible accident needing a pretty quick service to get the ball rolling with my insurance. Every place I called said that I wouldn't be able to get in until March. I talked to Chad about my situation and he really went out of his way to help me get this done super quick (and when I say quick, I mean quick!) Huge load of stress off my back! Chad and the other woman I spoke with on the phone were both so friendly and accommodating. I can't thank them enough for the amazing customer service. Highly recommend these folks! I will be coming here for future services.

Heitzman Body & Paint was incredible. Their customer service is the best. I went to several auto body shops to take a look at a dent in the front bumper. None of the other auto body shops in the area was willing to take a look at it. They all treated me like I was a nuisance. The lady at the front desk at Heitzman Body & Paint not only took the time to take a look at the dent, she also advised me on how to fix it. I took her advise and was able to fix the dent on my own.

Exceptional work, timely, kind and thoughtful!!! I would highly recommend them.I had my grandchildren with me when dropping off my car. So I had to deal with them, rain, car 2 seats and transferring them to rent a car. They were so kind in bringing the rent a car to me. This helped me a tremendous amount!!! Heitzman is the only place for your car needs. They are a great and reliable shop. And exceptional treatment from the staff has made me a loyal and continuous customer. They went above and beyond for all my car needs. An extra thank you to their employee, Taryn. She kept me updated on my car claim and she always treated me with the upmost respect and listened to my concerns.

HEITZMAN'S, I LOVE YOU! REAL SERVICE STARTS HERE! After having managed general automotive service for more than 20 years I had to take a couple days to find the right words to describe my experience. They understand when your primary vehicle is down, and will no doubt do their best to absolutely floor you with the best service you've ever had. They work with genuine passion for their art and that's exactly what autobody is called... ART. BUT their customer service is on a completely new level like I've never experienced anywhere. Heard about them for a while until a friend suggested them when my truck's hood got stuck. Everyone was booked out until 2023. They realized my situation and, in whatever precious spare time they might've had, were somehow able to pull off what I call a miracle in less than a week. I was treated like family from the first phone call and was shown every bit of empathy throughout. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER BODY REPAIR SHOP IN ALL OF OREGON. (FYI, Leif's isn't even in my top twenty after broken promises, was yelled at when we found loose rear axle to frame bolts and billed for parts that didn't go on the Tahoe)Service: Body & Trim

I inquired about rock chip repair/paint touch up for my Subaru Crosstrek (silver) and had a great experience. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and communicated very clearly what my options were. I ended up running over to CARR Subaru (4 mins away from the shop) for a paint touch up pen and came back to schedule a time. They were able to help me right away and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be returning for anything else that comes up in the future! Thank you for the fantastic service!

This place is incredible! I drove up without an appointment and they were gracious and took care of me right away. The technician was knowledgeable and very honest. Instead of charging me for a new paint job, he removed the paint I had on my bumper from hitting something and buffed out the scratches and didn't even charge me. I would definitely go back if I need more work done and would completely trust them not to overcharge me.

A friend recommended Heitzman when my car appeared to have been backed into at one point while I was parked and away from my car. The ladies who are at the front desk and answer the phone were super friendly, professional, and helpful. I checked Heitzman out first, before contacting my insurance, which did take them. I was a bit embarrassed by how dirty my car was when I dropped it off, but it was all clean and looked shiny and new when I picked it up. I am very happy with them.Service: Body & Trim

Super friendly staff no doubt! I have had my car done here before and I was impressed by their work of making my car look like it did prior to accident. Danielle & Taryn were eager to help me out with resetting my check engine light . I stopped in real quick on my way to work and I was out in two minutes. Both ladies represent the company well and are courteous ! 10 stars in my book !

Having worked with 3 other local body shops in the past few years, I'm thrilled to finally feel like I found a shop and team that I can 100% trust. Seriously the whole team is just great to work with, they treat you like old friends and family, they go above and beyond in service and communication, the quality of work is exceptional, and just an incredible experience. And that's not something I ever thought I'd say about a paint and body shop. The whole team is proud of their work and it shows in the quality of my car's repairs and service. Shout out to Danielle and Ryan especially for being understanding of my attention to detail. Finally a shop that appreciates and can relate to taking time to just getting things right, and going the extra mile, it really shows and I couldn't help but want to share a glowing recommendation. I had a man rear end me and his insurance suggested Heitzman first when I called to make an appointment the lady said I can just bring it in. When I did they said I needed an appointment. The woman checked out my car for 20+ minutes and said it ll be 600 to fix. I know my car is totaled and she obviously did not do her job right. I took my car to laif s and this woman took 5 minutes to point out a lot more issues. Heitzman rips you off and hires people who have zero training. 10/10 would NOT recommend.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

Few month ago I had a rear ended accident in Portland. I live in Beaverton and i needed an auto body shop near me to bring in my Escape Ford. The first day I walk in to Heitzman Body & Paint, inc Taryn greeted me with a friendly hello and right away she checked the damaged of my car and printed an estimate for it. She help me with everything like calling for a rental, emailing the insurance company, dealing with the insurance company parts ( the insurance company wanted to use universal part than ford parts and i wanted ford parts) and setting up everything. She was so amazing with her customer service. Danielle and Lisa was so helpful too.Danielle updated me thru email every step of the way and Lisa gave me a call for some reminder before my car got fixed.The other guys i talked to were really helpful as well.I tried asking for an estimate from other auto body shop but some of them doesn't really care if you decide to go with them or not. I didn't feel comfortable with them.Heitzman Body & Paint doesn't force you or make you feel that you need to decide right away.They also promise a lifetime warranty which is so awesome.I am so happy that i went to Heitzman and if ever i need some other repair i will definitely come back to them.-Dorothy EsperalService: Body & Trim

We have had our vehicles repaired here several times over the last 20+ years. They do an excellent job. The employees are honest and will try to help you in the least costly way possible.Once I brought my car in because my daughter backed out of the garage with the passenger door still open. The door hinge was bent. The owner came out and helped bend the door so it would close properly and didn't charge me a penny!They'll work directly with your insurance company and even help set up a rental for you.They've earned our business for life!
