Amazing service and unbeatable prices at Discount Tire. The staff was friendly, and I was in and out in less than an hour after booking an appointment. Their tire warranty, covering any flat, is a great bonus. Highly recommend! They also have complimentary water and WiFi. Make sure to ask for their 12 months 0% APR credit card as well as other promos tire manufacturers might have at that time. By applying the credit card, I got an additional 5% discount.

First of all I was visiting Beaverton OregonOn the day of my return flight I noticed my right rear tire was flat. I had 2 hours to spare to get to the airport. I immediately went to discount tire to get the spare tire switched out. I contacted one of the managers by the name of Chet and he immediately took care of me knowing that I had to be the at the airport in 2 hours. Their staff took less than 30 minutes and I was on my way and ready to head back to the airport. I want to thank Chet and discount tire Staff for all they did to get me back on the road!!! They were a lifesaver! Discount tire is my number one place to get tires and service! This is not the first time they have taken care of me when it comes to getting a flat tire! Thank you again!

Check your lug nuts and air pressure when you get home or you might get a surprise!This feels like a cliche review; the staff was helpful ordering my tires on the phone, making an appointment and setting my vehicle up to be serviced. They made sure to note some oddities about my vehicle.After this the service in the bay was not good. I had some maintenance to do on my van when I got home and couldn't remove the lug nuts from one wheel, even with my impact wrench.I eventually removed them with the help of a breaker bar, glad I wasn't trying to change a spare on the side of the highway. After that I checked the air pressures and all four were different.I'm happy with my purchase but only went with discount tire because they had the tire I needed.

Arthur was great. He greeted me right away and tested my tires. This was my very first time getting tires changed, so he told me about tires and told me what I needed and what would the best thing to do, so I chose to replace all 4 right away. He quoted me about 2 hours and my car was ready in less than 2 hours! The kid that changed my tires and brought me my keys was also very friendly and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left.

Normally pretty good service. This time was completely different. I took my van to have the tire pressure checked. The young kid said the pressure was 43PSI and he adjusted them accordingly. This morning I checked the pressure and one tire was 30PSI, two were 35 PSI and the last was 39PSI. I used two different gauges and they both agreed.In addition, the young man left off the caps on two of the tires. I am NOT happy.

I purchased a new tire for my new to me 2012 Sprinter due to an alignment issue from this store today. Unfortunately another customer backed into my van while the tech was pulling my van into the bay. While this is obviously a frustrating event it was out of their hands. I mostly dealt with Oliver (Senior Assistant Manager) and he was very apologetic and dealt with the situation tactfully. The tech, who unfortunately I can t remember his name, was also extremely apologetic. I am yet to find out how corporate will deal with my repairs but as far as customer service goes for this branch I was impressed. My right rear door is bent (shifted upward) due to the other customer backing into the custom made bike rack that is mounted to that door and my van is custom painted in Toyota Army Green so it s not such a simple fix. There is damage to the plastic bumper as well. I will update the review once the claim has been handled but the customer service of the team member should be recognized at this point.*Update: My experience with Fleet Response who handles all Discount Tire's claims was easy and efficient. I submitted a repair estimate from a local shop and my claim was quickly processed and approved. Thank you Discount Tire for taking a frustrating situation and making the best out of it. The level of customer service throughout the process was great and I'll continue to bring my vehicles here when I need tires!

Got a couple of new tires for my car. They were not pushy at all about trying to replace them. The staff member I interacted with offered new wipers but I didn't need them. Originally I hadn't selected the tire protection program for the new set I got, but he offered me a buy one get one free for it which was awesome, so I changed my mind

VERY quick and easy; Ryan greeted me outside before I even got out of my car and got me going immediately- he was direct and very helpful. Jerry was one of the techs (I believe) who fixed up my car; he pulled it up for me and did fantastic work repairing my tire after it got a shard of metal embedded in it. Plus, the service was free!! All in all, I m very pleased; I ll definitely be returning.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. I placed an order and appointment online but unfortunately the manufacturer stopped selling what I was after. I was called by the store to let me know, they were able to point me to a couple alternatives that they could have by the time my appointment came up. I was not a fan of spending more but the options were good to me. They got me in and adjusted the order and will still get me out the door as planned. I have been very pleased purchasing tires and rims for my cars here. The online ordering is so convenient especially when I like to tire shop late at night. Service is always outstanding and quick.

I WILL BE BACK!!!!! Staff and services were EXCELLENT!!!!I am a person who is on a limited income. Jayden promised to take care of me and get the wheels and tires that would best suit the car and got me a competitive price with costco. Discount Tires had excellent service, fast knowledgeable staff, and looks like they have a great time doing their jobs.

These guys are awesome. Had an appointment for a different day, weather changing fast, they said if I was there by 6 they would take care of the car tonight. They are jokesters, very friendly and comfortable to work with. I really like this place, and this is not my first set of tires.

Overall: Not Pleased Got new studded tires and wheels. Multiple studs were installed upside down, studs were not properly installed, and many studs were never even installed. I paid for studded tires and started with about 75% of the studs for 100% of the price. Then had to wait for them to take them off, fix the studs, and put them back on. Also know these pictures were before I even drove the car away from the parking lot.

I've been using Discount Tire for twenty years and they continue to be very good. Free flat repair, speedy work and reasonable prices. Not sure if they still offer a warranty but I've purchased it and used it, it was well worth the price.

This is my go-to tire shop. I had my maintenance done at Beaverton Toyota and they found a puncture on my tire claiming that it s not repairable. Toyota asked me to replace all my tires for almost $1000 and I decided to go to Discount Tire to get a second option. They repaired my tire at no cost in a timely manner. I will definitely come back to replace all my tires at this store when it s time.

Couldn't be bothered to wipe off the new tires. However I saw others leaving the bay with freshly applied tire shine...They installed the tires and did the bare minimum that's why they get 3 stars. C- work.

These guys are awesome.I usually set an appointment, and come in to get my tires rotated.They're friendly and courteous.I walk away, and come back when I get a text. Car is ready to go.

Art Lindquist helped me today when I brought in a flat tire. My experience was so positive, I had to write a review. It was nearly closing time and there were several people in the lobby, so I wouldn t have been surprised if they turned me away. Instead, Art greeted me right as I walked in and gave me his full attention. It felt like I was the only person there. He kept me updated throughout the process, fixed my tire, put my spare tire back in its place, and only charged me for the sensor I broke (totally my fault). Such great customer service! I saw Art interact with several other people while I was there and it was obvious that he genuinely cared about the wellbeing of each of them. I knew I got a good deal at Discount Tire, but today I realized I also got exceptional customer service. Thank you Discount Tire! With people like Art Lindquist, it s no wonder you re growing so rapidly. Congrats and thanks again!

Terrible experience with this incompetent store. They installed a back wiper blade on my vehicle and upcharged me for this specialty blade . Turns out the installed the wrong one that was too long and now it s damaged my car. The blade is wedged into my back window frame. Additionally I have brought my car in three times in the last two months because a sensor in my rear driver side tire doesn t work. They refuse to replace it even though they sold it to me when I bought $1000 worth of tires recently. They just continue to play games with the dashboard lights to get it to go off. Just to come back on a day or two later. I ve realized that their goal is to do the bare minimum every time. What is the point of purchasing the warranty from discount tire? They don t back up their work and make rookie mistakes. When you return to try to get the issues fixed they act like it s your problem when they don t want to fix it. Shame on this store!!!

I was shocked at how much everything had gone up - certification for refund/replacement- +$14/tire, waste fee +$.75/tire (obviously this one wasn't so bad),installing +$3.00/tire.No to mention the identical tires were $33.00/tire more 2 years 10 months later. That's +$40.75/tire - or $163.00 more, or a 23% increase in less than 3 years.

The staff and their customer service here has been excellent. We bought a full set of tires here and later on (3 months down the road) we had a problem with one due to our own error.I brought it in and Associate Chad and the Manager Art were able to help us get on the road safe that day; when they really did not have to. Prices here are always competitive as well.We will be coming back for a long time, if just for the excellent service. Beaverton location in Oregon.

My experiences at Discount Tire have only been positive. Somehow I have gotten a screw in my tire twice in the past year and they removed it quickly and FREE of charge both times. The staff is super friendly. I do recommend making an appointment ahead of time if possible. I was not able to make an appointment this time and came at 5pm during the week, so it was very busy. My wait was still only 1 hour! However, I believe that for the employees it's better if you're able to make an appointment. I highly recommend their services!

First time purchase and will be the last!I called and placed an order and got an appointment for tires that weren t in stock. My appointment was at 3:45pm and noticed after 45 minutes my car wasn t in the shop yet and 2-3 other cars were going in about the time mine was supposed be. When asked when my car would be in the clerk/advisor (Chet) had a weird look on his face and said that the car should ve been in a while ago. Not a big deal. The car got in quickly and had 4 new tires put on fairly quick. At 5:15pm we paid the clerk/advisor a majority in cash and the remainder on credit/debit. At 6:20 I get a call from a guy named Oliver saying that their till was $200 short and that we were the only ones who paid cash that afternoon. Seems kinda strange when the clerk counted the cash before putting the money in the till and then told us the remaining balance due which was paid via credit/debit card. All amounts were shown on the receipt including the $25 deposit to order/hold the tires.After having to wait well beyond my appointment and then to be called an hour after paying stating they are missing cash, I will not go back. I will stay with Point S Tires.

"Dishonest" Tire is my first thought now. My recent experience compared to past 40 years of buying tires and wheels. I ordered / paid for new tires 5 days prior. Here's summary of last minute call I received on actual day of appointment:Bvrtn location: "We haven't ordered. Sometime next week. Maybe longer. What do you want to do? [ he asked, placing problem on me, all said unapologetically - red flags of "bait n switch" sales]."Me: What can you do for me? I tow an RV. I've researched your available all-terrain tires for my specific needs, like load capacity, deep siping, road noise, and handling performance in all conditions. I don't need to pay the high price for your "best selling" tire for the same quality, performance, and warranty.Bvrtn: I'll see and call you back.A few minutes later I received c/b fromBvrtn. I listened as he offered a lesser performance tire, in a bigger size, at a higher price, unavailable for my scheduled appointment, wait time 3+ days.Me: Hmm, I'll go shopping for tires then. Please cancel my order, thank you.Bvrtn: Okay, bye.

My recent visit to Discount Tire's 18643 NW, NE Eider Ct, Beaverton, OR 97006 location was great. All of the employees were very helpful and professional. They did a fantastic job. Everyone had a good attitude, were busy, and focused on teamwork. I know how hard it can be, during these difficult times. I love having a place I can trust, to always out perform the competition, in quality, price and service. Thank you all!

Yesterday I went to discount tire to get tire rotation and balance done. After they completed the work. Driving home I felt my tires feeling misbalanced so afterwards I decided to change out my brakes and rotors. Tried to take off my right front tire and broke 3 studs because of cross threading. I was in the vehicle while they were doing the repair and noticed they were struggling to put the wheel back on and using power tools to send it to mars. I m very unhappy and this is very inconvenient. It s costing me money to get it repaired, also my wheel could have flown off the vehicle while driving which would have been a hazard. Hoping someone can own up to their mistake.

Easily best experience I've had dealing with my vehicle. They stayed open late when I stopped in an hour before close with a flat tire. I was more than happy to leave my car overnight and they said it was not an issue, fitted me in new tires, and I could not have had a better experience.

November 5th 10:30. When you make an appointment, you want to believe you are saving the organization and yourself time. Wrong. I have plenty of time to write this review while I'm waiting in line and it's now 10:45 while folks are ahead of me. I pulled up to the garage for check in and a 5'8" blonde thin young man named Chris looked at me like I was crazy for asking if I could check in there and told me I had to go wait in this line. The efficiency of this location is clearly lost. I'll drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location moving forward

I'm a Les Schwab convert. The service was incredibly professional, and their tire delivery was cheap and quick. They provided a better experience for a better price than I ever received at their competition. They earned my repeat business for sure.
