Brought my car in due to a coolant leak, they charged $100 for diagnostic and said if I use them to replace the hoses they would credit the $100 toward the repair. I agreed and they ordered the hoses. They inspected my heater core and said that they believed it only needed the hoses replaced. They did give me an estimate for the cost if I did want to replace the core and the thermostat. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fix my issue and did not recommend unnecessary parts. I was in at 11am and out by 2pm on the day of the fix. They did not go over the estimate and deducted the $100 diagnostic fee. Honest mechanics. I will return

Brought my old car to these guys after a big-name mechanic made some mistakes and left me in an unsafe car with a huge bill.The parts for this car are not easy to find and the car is so old and obsolete, it wouldn't be worth it to fix it, to anyone but me.But these guys did it anyways. Didn't say anything about "this car is a bit old to fix" there have been some snags to fixing the car, given it is an old car, but considering the circumstances, they did a good job and they might be the only mechanics out of 5 groups who didn't try to take me for a fool for being a woman. They told me flat out the problems I was going to run into and didn't add repairs just to make a buck.It's nice to have my car back.

I had to take my car here as it was the only shop in the area on a Sunday when my check engine light came on. They fixed the issue, until 3 months and a few hundred miles of driving (I'm a very infrequent driver) and the check engine came on while 3 hours away in Washington. A local shop up there diagnosed the issue by code as old beat up ignition parts, which they were shocked when I told them this was the same "new" part Diamond had replaced months prior.The local shop urged me to call Diamond from their phone right then and tell them I need a refund. The owner of Diamond repeatedly told me to bring the car in and they'll replace the part, which I repeatedly told him is not possible because I was 3 hours away and the car couldn't drive. He told me he didn't know what he wanted me to do about this then. I requested a refund, which he agreed to, but only for the part if I bring it back, not the "labor" they performed. I begrudgingly agreed, deciding that being out $300 rather than $500 was going to have to be fine and replaced the part in Washington and got home.When I took the morning off from work to bring the part in (a 40 minute drive from home), what the owner neglected to tell me was he specifically needed to be there as no one else can perform a return. The employee called the owner and he said he won't be in for four hours and I should wait for him. Obviously, I could not so I had to return once again, at which point I finally got back $200 of my $500 "service" and the joy of never have to deal with this business again.The optimist in me wouldn't describe any of these interactions or individuals as intentionally malevolent or deceptive, but when there was an issue the willingness to be transparent and helpful was lousy to the point of feeling willfully obtuse.Service: Engine repair

Took my ford f-150 into the shop regarding a misfire on cylinder 8. Got a phone call that it was my coils & plugs that needed replacing. 750$. Okay, the boys did those for me.Get the vehicle back. Still misfiring. Bring it back and they redo the diagnosis. Of course free (earning their second star).Instead of accurately assessing and running multiple test. I was told that due to the single pressure test and the 8th cylinder holding less pressure. I would need a new engine, or need to use fuel injector cleaner. Those are two very different things, especially in terms of cost (haha).I took it down to Mac s automotive for a second opinion. No need for a new engine! It is a head gasket issue. Still expensive, but very different from jumping the gun and saying the vehicle needs a new engine. This difference is 5000$ opposed to 15,000$.In my eyes, they simply didn t want to put in the work required to accurately diagnose the issue.Very nice guys, but I can t give em more than a 2 star review after they quite literally cost me 750$ and didn t even accurately diagnose the issue with my truck.

Really wonderful men, they took in my Toyota matrix 5 minutes before closing and had it ready by 11 am the next day for hundreds of dollars less than I was anticipating on paying. I can t recommend these guys more!

Promised myself I'd leave a review after coming here a 3rd time.Haider and his crew are tremendous. I've always been shocked that they've been able to get my car in and out same day, for a fair and affordable price to boot. They stand by their work, and it's quality to begin with. I'm pleased to be a regular at this point and will continue to return.

These guys are very honest! I went in for what I thought was a major problem and they took care of it for next to nothing! I was prepared to pay quite a bit, but they just did what was needed, and did not take advantage of me.I went In again once, as I was told I needed a battery and alternator, by Les Schwab. I went here because me engine light came on. They checked it right away and told me the gas cap was bad and I should get a new one from the dealership, and sent me on my way. Very pleased.One thing is that parking is a little tricky, just park behind the other cars in the front (any of the green parts on my attached pic)

The most honest mechanic I ever worked with.I took my 2003 sl500 Mercedes to different mechanic because my car was making a terrible noise and they quoted me $800 to fix it. I brought the car to Diamond Auto Repair It took the mechanic hour and a half to find out exactly the problem and he charged me $175 . Something to do with the hydraulic . I really recommend this shop to everybody . Give it a try and you will be happy.

I had a decent mechanic before but he ghosted me and my knock sensor came on. I brought into Diamond Auto and they were really friendly, fast and efficient, and called before repairing my brakes and changing my oil (which both needed done badly). I had left for Seattle for the weekend and they had it ready for me on Monday morning. They offer a discount if you pay cash and they sent me an invoice with a receipt over text and email. They are AWESOME and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of work on their car.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Zero stars. If you value honesty then don't come here. This business is owned by a criminal. My husband and I brought a car here in October 2021 to have it inspected prior to purchase. He blatantly hid information that would have impacted the sale. They failed to inform us that they didn't have equipment to check the transmission which ended up costing us $2,300 in repairs. We took them to small claims court where a Washington County Judge found them liable and ordered them to pay a settlement for damages. The judge even called the owner out for his lies during the hearing. They have repeatedly ignored our efforts to collect on the settlement they were legally ordered to pay. They ignored the Better Business Bureau, as such they have an F grading from the BBB. The owner refuses to accept the consequences of his actions. We will now be sending them to collections. The owner does not care about doing right by his customers. He was found legally responsible for damages by our court system. They don't care about the law and they shouldn't be trusted.

My alternator just stopped working and they were able to get me in the very same day and assist with repairs late that evening. I picked my car up the same day I dropped it off. Service was very efficient and now I haven t had any issues with my vehicle since.

I ve had three separate experiences with this shop and all have been so good. This is definitely my go to repair shop. They are fast, keep you informed, and are fair with prices. This most recent time I had my car towed here (they even answered the phone before open time) and got it out the same day. The noise I thought would never go away is gone. Found this place by accident and was super lucky! They fixed a big issue same day! They also have fair pricing and great customer service also the only place open 7 days a week! Bonus is the mechanic is cute lol

Took my car to this place for the first time today for an oil change and new spark plugs. Excellent communication and affordable prices. The gentlemen here are honest and friendly. They took the time to explain a couple of other things they noticed that I should take a look at, but they didn't push it on me or try to up sell in anyway. That right there was great in itself. Thank you Haider and the rest of the guys! You have earned my business and I will be happy to bring my car back for all future services.

My car is getting old and needed a ton of love. This place is amazing! They have fabulous customer service, quality work, and great prices. They went above and beyond to provide me with the best service when my car was having a ton of issues. They were understandable to my needs and concerns and delivered with excellent care. I've been going to Diamond Auto for a few years and won't go anywhere else. Haider and his crew did a fantastic job fixing my exhaust pipe. My car sounds and runs great! My boyfriend and I are very pleased with their service. They are really nice and easy to work with. They are also honest and straightforward about what needs to be fixed. I highly recommend Diamond Repair and will definitely will be returning.

Great people, they replaced my CV axle the same day I called and had my car ready in an hour and a half. They were honest about the oil seal not being broken like I thought it might be, and they did it for a great price that I thought was 100% fair. I've been here twice. Once for a power steering leak and again for a broken brake booster in my truck. Both times they were quick and I received my car quickly. If I had any extra questions they were gone over. The second time I came in they told me one or two days (a normal time) and they called me by the end of the first day with my car! Great service and good work!

This review is way overdue! Haider and his team provide top-notch service! I have had my starter replaced and my fuel line on separate occasions and was very pleased with the efficiency and price. Unlike other auto shops Diamond Auto will inspect your car for the suspected problem before charging you any money. Haider is straight to the point and honest. He has never tried to upsell me on anything which I greatly appreciate. And when no other auto shops were open on Christmas day they took my car in and fixed it no problem. I have been living in the area for 6 months and I am happy to have found a reliable auto shop I can go to in the future!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Haider is very honest guy. My car brake light is on and I'm super worried. When I brought the car in, he took a look, pushed the hand brake down and the light is off lol.
