Called them last week to schedule my 40k miles service. This included an oil change, tire rotation, and a new cabin air filter. When I asked what the cost was on the phone, they said 89.99.Go in for service today, and they have no idea why I am there. I tell them, and they say great. Service took just over an hour (they previously estimated 1-2 hours). When it's time to pay, it comes to $175. When I questioned it, they said "well they are wrong." Offered me a $10 discount if I wanted it... I had to say "yes, I want the $10 discount..." not sure why anyone would turn it down.Before going in for service, get their quotes in writing.Also, to their service team, I would suggest not setting appointments for when you open as people were still arriving as I was there and were not ready and still getting ready for the day. Suggest giving the first time 15 minutes after open to give your staff time to set up and be ready.

RIP, my lady... lolRobby went out of his way to get an Uber for my girlfriend and I to get a rental car.Dameron stored my car until I could arrange towing and assisted with moving/loading the vehicle upon pick-up.Thank you, Robby and team!

I have a 2014 Focus with just over 39,000 miles. It's been grinding for several months, intensifying at higher speeds. I thought it was the transmission. My friends who have been into high-tech cars for decades recommended Damerow Ford Service, since they have their cars serviced there. Robby Ben was my Service Advisor; I already knew him so it was a nice surprise to see him again. Despite being very busy Robby called me back shortly after I left a message for the Service team and invited me to come in the next morning. I left my car there so he could check it out; he did an excellent job, taking it out on the road to hear what I described, then checked with their sound-detection equipment to be sure my transmission was fine. Instead, it was a wheel bearing, so worn it was nearly ready to seize. That's why it got louder at higher speeds. Robby could just as easily have told me it was my transmission and charge my Extended Service Plan for a phony fix, but that's not who he is, and it's clearly not how Damerow Ford does business. He and Damerow Ford clearly treat their customers with integrity. Robby got to my car right away, fixed the problem, had a Lyft driver take me home so I could work while he managed the work on my car. It was a huge relief to know what the problem was. Robby Ben is an excellent Service Advisor - and has been since I've known him - and he's a credit to Damerow Ford. To put a bow on it, he even arranged to have my car delivered to me so I didn't have to arrange to go back to their shop to pick it up. It's a pleasure doing business with Robby and Damerow Ford.

They scheduled me an appointment without checking if the part was in stock. Then waited 9 hours after I dropped my car off to let me know. Jose is either totally oblivious or just genuinely does not care. Really, when I tried to get an accommodation to have it done while my daughter is at school on my day off (so I wouldn t miss work AGAIN) he made it sound like it was all taken care of. But then I m the one who had to call back over and over to facilitate things because he bailed for lunch and apparently didn t mention it to anyone else. I really wanted to complaint to his supervisor, but you can barely get ahold of Jose, much less a manager. The only person that EVER answers the phone can only transfer you to various voicemails. So frustrating, and not even a hint that the people working there have any idea how bad it is or care at all.

Carlos Martinez, service manager, doesn't return his phone calls. Had 3 work trucks have transmission fluid changed and they don't drop the pan to replace filters. May be industry standard but from a logic standpoint this makes no sense. Would discuss with service department but can't get a call back.

My daughter and I were shown a used vehicle by a salesperson. We were asked to sign a document saying we would buy the vehicle if they met all our deal points. As was our right, we changed our mind. The aggressive sale tactics, and the several assistant managers cycling in and out of the deal was overwhelming and, I imagine intentionally, intimidating. When we asked for the keys to our vehicle (they had inspected it for possible trade) we were told to wait a moment . That moment became 20 minutes which included more high pressure and finally a manager who was best described as apoplectic. My daughter was almost in tears. The WORST treatment of a customer ever. Be advised-these people are totally unethical.

They never meet service promises or deadlines. The service coordinators rarely call with details and ofter has to be chased for days for answers. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was told their are no managers, of any kind, on the property on the weekends so there s nothing that can be done until Monday. Don t choose Damerow Ford, you ll be sorry!!!!

Ian over at Damerow is very thorough. Calls me ahead of time on recalls or quickly back if I have a question. Then sends someone directly to the house to get things worked on. Service departments can be really lousy lately, but Damerow is lucky to have Ian.

2nd attempt at scheduling a basic routine oil change. Wasn t busy 2 hours later I try to find someone to give me an update. I see this person in an office on there phone and gives me the one min finger finally I talk to him when HES DONE with his text. And he tells me they haven t even looked at my car yet. I made a scheduled appointment for 10 am, no updates, no estimated completion time at drop off, nothing . And two hours later I m given a shrug and empty apology. Im done trying to give them a chance it s one thing to be busy it s another to offer zero updates or anything on the wait.Service: Oil change

I would be careful of taking your car here. i have a ford f150, 60k miles, that was making a clattering noise. took it to damerow, was told it would need 5k+ repair, nothing on warranty and it would be an out of pocket cost. i took it to an independent mechanic. he advised me to take it to landmark ford as he has not had the best experience with damerow. took it to landmark three weeks later. was told it was a similar but not same problem, costing about the same amount but that they found warranty that it would fall under. it was all covered. it is fixed now. this left me with serious doubts about damerow. normally i do not leave comments like this as nothing ever is perfect and i hate people that complain but every time i go the to dealer they always ask for one to leave good reviews. thus, i think it is only fair to point out when things don't go so well. i will not be returning to damerow for car service.Service: Transmission

I set up an appt. on February 18th 2022, to get the modem replaced / upgraded in my 2018 ford focus electric, and lets just say I still have not received the upgrade nor the $700 refund that I have requested multiple times over the last year. I discussed this issue in detail with Ryan Lenz (service Manager) and a group of people from Damerow Ford, on a conference call in April 2022, after leaving a bad review for this service. I was assured that my deposit would be refunded and they would work to get the Modem installed in my car free of charge, neither of which have happened. I began calling the service department again in Feb. 2023, asking for my $700 deposit to be refunded, I was transferred each time to Ryan Lenz voice mail after being told "he is the only one that can do/authorize this". I have since left 5 voice mails, with no return calls from Ryan. What a true waste of my time and lack of commitment to customer relationships.I actually purchased this Ford Focus from Damerow Ford in 2018, which makes it all the more disappointing, receiving ZERO customer service or ownership of this issue.

We have 2 Ford vehicles we purchased from Damerow and we have been taking them for routine service there for the last 10 years or so. Overall have been fairly satisfied with their work, however, in the last year, an issue has arisen and this will mainly be focused against one of their service advisors named Isaiah. This guy has tried to push 30K service for both of our vehicles, first time quoting me $800 for my truck and then $1400 for my wife's SUV. I called around to other Ford dealerships to see if I could get a consensus on this considering I felt the price was really high and every other local Ford service department said there was really nothing extra to do at 30K beyond a standard oil change/tire rotation/filter replacement, which normally runs us around $70-90. Fords national customer service confirmed this with me. I let it go that time, however, next oil change, he tells me my truck needs a 30k service AGAIN after I told him what I found out and this time he quoted me $1200 for the same thing (was $800 earlier). Keep in mind, there was nothing special that needed to be done to our vehicles (brakes, transmission, differentials, etc.) at these routine service appointments, just a standard oil change. I then proceeded to tell him that I felt like he was straight up trying to rip us off and that there was no such thing as a 30K service, coming all the way down from Ford customer service. He kept arguing with me, without any basis for what he was trying to quote me so I told him no and left it at that. We had already had a scheduled appt with them to replace the battery in my wifes SUV that same week, however, he decided, unilaterally, to just cancel that appt altogether even though I never told him to do such a thing. I can't even begin to tell you how immature and unprofessional this guy is, over the phone and in person. I can only imagine how many other unsuspecting people have been duped into this "30K" service (or other higher mileage service for that matter) by Damerow's service dept and for this alone, I am beyond ever recommending their service department for anything. Service depts at both Hillsboro Ford and Tigard Ford were much better and more helpful. This is my story, do with it what you will.

As OEM dealer service goes, this place was great. In and out for an oil change quickly. Larger work we had planned they were upfront in letting us know it would likely take more time than we had, which was appreciated so we didn t get in a bind later in the day.

I picked Damerow because it was close to my work and a friend recommended it.I didn't find the people friendly at all although Bryant was decent. For example, I've never been to this place of business before and wasn't sure where to go, how to check in etc. No one cared.They changed the oil and replaced something else the oil light was coming on and oil was leaking. It cost 100's of dollars.Unfortunately when I left, the engine light came on as I was driving to Hillsboro. It was dark (of course) and it had started hailing. I also smelled something burning! It absolutely freaked me out. What did Damerow Ford do to my car?!It turns out, they cracked a hose/PVC pipe? when they did the work on my car. I had to bring it back right away and they (hopefully) fixed it.This was a very stressful experience and I am reluctant to recommend this place of service to anyone.Service: Oil change

I had a good experience with the service team before but I called 3 times and could not get a simple price on an automatic transmission fluid service. They promised a call back but I never got one. I gave up and will go to a different Ford dealer.

Definitely do not recommend buying a Ford car and even more doing service at Damerow. My car (Ford Explorer) was dropped for service 3 weeks ago and they still don t know what is the issue, and no estimated date of solution , which they think will take another 2-3 weeks.Even worst that they mentioned that thanks normal process..

I'm grateful that the Damerow service dept. performed exactly what was asked without trying to upsell. Couple things though, the first is extremely minor, not even worth a 1-star deduction. The cap to my OBD port wasn't put back on . . . who cares, right? Second, pretty careless and a safety hazard. They forgot to close my hood fully. After making it onto the highway, I noticed my hood bouncing and pulled over immediately to shut it properly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work performed, but the two issues together don't make me feel the tech treated my car as if it was their own.

Called to get my purge valve replaced and was told that it would cost me 900 without even looking at my car took it to a mechanic and 250 later my car runs like new I will not be dealing robby there anymore
