Great service and friendly crew.I bought my 2023 rav4 there last year and it needed a routine check up. They found out I needed an wheel alignment and took care of it. When back again with a bolt in the side of the tire and they replaced it within 20 mins . Thank guys

We have been to many other service centers and this one is THE BEST. The manager, Paul, goes above and beyond to ensure customers are treated like family and get taken care of. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and don t try to push you on services that you don t need. We recently worked with Kaleb (Caleb?) in tires and were very impressed with his knowledge, service, and the options he shared with us. Very personable and friendly.

This was my first visit to Beaverton Toyota, just for an oil change on my 23 RAV4. I didn't have an appointment, so I brought my laptop and was hoping for the best, knowing how long dealers can take.My car was done in 35 minutes.They had quite a few cars when I pulled in too. And if you know dealers, I never expect anything under an hour. The service advisor was very pleasant, and they even washed my car before giving it back. While I can't speak to their pricing (this was covered under ToyotaCare) or other services, Beaverton Toyota will be my shop from now on.

Did not honor price quoted (it was quoted twice on the phone and I mentioned the agreed on price when checking the car in). Didn't care I had lost my job recently. Heavy and unneeded upselling including $47.99 to change a license plate bulb (took me 4 minutes), $175 to perform a diagnosis when they were already using that equipment to perform a different service, etc. Based suggested repairs on documented vehicle history vs. simply looking to see if the fluids or spark plugs look new (which they were, and they quoted $478.48 to replace them??). Many shops do not publish their repairs online and is why those repairs were not listed there. I worry for those customers that do not know about the mechanical state of their vehicle, that they may be misguided by this shop.

My experience started one way and ended on a hign note due to the help and assistance of Paul Gomez who is a cut above the rest. I was treated with respect and kindness from start to finish with him.. He resolved my issues in a way that I could handle and now my car is running as it should. Thanks Paul! You definitely earned 5 Stars with me. I will never forget how much you helped me that day, God bless you.

Honestly if I can give this place 0 i definitely will what a waste of time and the manager. What a joke so rude disrespectful didn't even help me solve my issue. And no wonder her team and the customer service. There sucks because they are under a management that sucks.I don't even believe they checked for the issue. I went in because the light is still on what did I just pay for what a joke this place is .SMHNow I don't even feel comfortable driving my car because the light is still on. But they're telling me oh it should be okay to drive Wow JUST WOW People should go in here knowing that it's comfortable to drive their car after that left their service department so so rude I'll never go here again because I can't trust them. The service Tech that helped me her is Kendall. Don't ever go to her cause she's gonna assume. The light will go off and let you leave their service station WOW.I HOPE SHE DON'T KILL ANYONE.PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN LEAVING THIS SERVICE STATION

Beaverton Toyota Service is exceptional! I just had a routine service done on my 4Runner and they were just the best. Gerson Rebolledo was my service advisor . I would recommend him to anyone. He was friendly and helpful. My service was completed quickly and professionally. Gerson even walked me out to my 4Runner to make sure that all my concerns were addressed. FIVE STARS!!!!

I wasn't familiar with the service area at this Toyota since I moved from out of state. The service bay is a drive up and in where the roll up door opens as you drive up. I made an appointment so they come out and look me up then I go to the desk to verify the services I scheduled. There's a cafe inside where I was waiting which is nice. Ordered a breakfast sandwich. They also have chocolate covered espresso beans which I will be buying on the way out. It's just an oil change this time so I'm sure it'll go just fine. Sandwich tasted just fine, thick pieces of bacon. Free internet and they have laptops to use if you don't have your own. There's complimentary coffee as well as fancy coffee you can purchase. I mainly only get oil changes here so until I can afford a newer vehicle this is the review you get. Haha

The level of service I've received in the service department since being a Toyota owner has been terrific. The team of reps over there do not disappoint. 10/10 rating, in my opinion

Scheduled my 35,000 mile maintenance the other day. Have been a customer of the service department since I got my car in 2018. I am a working mom with 2 kids and 2 jobs, needless to say, I value my time highly. I scheduled for 2 PM (using the online feature of course), and it prompted me to check off more issues that can be addressed during the appointment. No where on the service webpage warned me of the early closure.When I arrived the service advisor told me they have an employee event at 3 and not everything that needs to be done can be done. I expressed my frustration, she proceeded to tell me I would have known if I had called to schedule. She than asked me if I want to buy a 6 months service package from her!!! I have never met any customer service professionals as self righteous and insensitive as her! And when I gave up and walked to the waiting room a male coworker of hers walked up and said mockingly wow pointing at me, knowing full well I cam hear them!I have never been treated like this before as a customer Beaverton Toyota has lost me as a customer!

Writing this because I got an automated text asking me to leave a review after some recall service... Ok... If you guys are sure. This is a tough one because I had such a good buying experience on the sales side of this dealership back in 2018 when I bought my Camry. Service pricing isn't my gripe--but do pay attention to the other reviews that mention service costs, diagnostic charges, etc. Those are real here. You pay for convenience, and this Center's costs reflect that.My gripe is with being told I need a service that after additional inspection, was never needed at all. When I took my car in for a recall service, I was told I needed an alignment because my car failed their test. $180 after shop charges. It cost me $0 to have another independent shop to put my car on their alignment machine two days later and confirm it was all good. No need to perform the service. They could easily have taken me for a ride and said I needed the work, but they didn't--because my car didn't need it.What was this Service Center's plan if I'd approved the service? Would my car even have been put on an alignment machine at all? What adjustments are there to make on a car that didn't need an alignment in the first place? Either way, I'd have received a $180 bill.Ultimately, I went in for a recall repair. I was asked to authorize about $780 in additional services, three of which (totaling something like $600) were completely unnecessary given my mileage and vehicle age according to the independent shop I go to.The service they got right? Brake Flush. Their asking price? $170. Price I actually paid at my preferred local shop? $80.I'll come back here for warranty and recall work, but it's hard to stomach anything else now because I don't feel like I can trust the recommendations. With something as complex as a vehicle where I need to rely on the advisor to tell me where to spend my money, I want to be able to trust their recommendations, and with this Service Center, I just don't feel like I can do that anymore.

It's not often I get good service from a dealer, but this experience was actually a very good one. They got us in on a Saturday pretty quick and completed all service on time and were very thorough. I do miss the days when you would get a car washed after service, but other than that, I would highly recommend Beaverton Toyota Service.

Price gouging at its finest. I purchased an online oil change package for $119. While you are there, they text you some extra items they recommend at your visit. With it, there is a price that you pay for the service. I added air filter, cabin filter, and brake flush. What they don't tell you is that their packages and quotes don't include labor which more than doubles the cost.The filters were quoted at $49.95. They added an additional $50 in labor. They quoted $139 for the flush, they added another $40 in parts. In the end, an oil change, filter replacement, and brake flush came out to $430 ($260 labor, $150 parts, $15 supplies).Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I came in pretty late in the day for an issue with my towing harness. The manager was understanding and tried to help as much as he could. The shop Foreman was friendly and stayed over his scheduled time to resolve the issue.

This is the best place to purchase and service your car. Nice indoor atmosphere and accommodating customer service. I just took my car into service today. I left my ear phone in my car and a service representative went to the shop to pick it up for me. Thank you Beaverton Toyota for your great customer service.

Happy with the service advisors we worked with. Took in 3 of our cars over a 2 day span for oil changes. Eric did great with one, Tim did great with the others. My only struggle is the price of repairs these days. A simple $60 gasket requires removing the whole engine dnd $4500 total cost w/ labor to replace. This doesn't reflect on the dealership or service people, but on the auto industry as a whole. The car is only 11 years old, still in great shape - but this repair is almost more than the value of the whole car. It is creating a throw away mentality about cars. Environmentally, a prius is good...but not if you can't afford to keep it running. Something is going to have to give...

Just bought an expensive car. Tires were bad. Not ok. I should have at least three months of peace. At least three Months. And then I was there for tire thing a month ago and before that they had to fix a broken Bluetooth. Sorry unacceptable. No one is helpful more a sorry about your luck. The advisor that helped me literally yelled at me or scolded me rolled his eyes had awful customer service . I left crying. I spent 35k in September on overpriced car.

I went there today, and my problem was clearly visual antenna need replacement, that why I went to there. The customer service told me there is about 165$ charge to inspect it before even touch anything, this charge he didnt even told me it will go toward the full charge, its just to start looking at it.Why I need to pay inspected for something exterior and visual.they should change there policy if they going to charge inspecting they should add this charge to full total amount, other wise its kind of ripping off. This is my mistake before I buy my new car I should ask all service hidden charges, they will not tell you anyway they will make you feel everything in cover and sell you a fake peace of mind. lets see my second visit how its going to look like.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Had a great experience today with service advisor Alex Schenbeck for an oil change. Was easy to work with and made things go smoothly.Note: If you need repairs, be aware that this is a dealership and they charge crazy prices for everything so it's best to get them done elsewhere. An example: my car needed a new cabin air filter. Toyota charges $49.95 but I bought one on Amazon for about $10 and easily installed it.

I took my new car here for the 5,000 mile Toyota Care inspection. They returned my car with the maintenance light still on and didn t bother to refill the fluids that were low. I also told them that I was having issues with my touchscreen. They said they would make a note of that and look at it. When I came in to get my car, the guy seemed like he completely forgot that I told him about the touchscreen. He made some excuse as to why they couldn t do it and then made me make a new appointment. They also scratched the door of my car.I would recommend a different dealer if you actually need something done.

I had a great experience. I was met in the serviced and promptly taken to Sevastian the service writer. Sevastian took my information and checked me in. You could not ask for better service. Before i got home I got a texted update telling me the status of my service. I've used this shop before but now I cant afford to. I received a service coupon that was rather upsetting. $548 with coupon for 6 basic oil changes for my 4 cyl tacoma that takes regular oil. That's $91.33 each. What is the price without coupon $300? What is unsettling is that the toyota oil filter and 5 qts of quality oil is still only about $28. So I'm doing it myself. Can't spend my whole paycheck on oil changes. Ridiculous. Also, they cant even keep their car wash running.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been their costumer for 5 years and unfortunately, this place has gone down a lot recently. Last year it took them more than 3 hours for just a multi point inspection. And today after taking my car for a service appointment and sitting there for more than two hours, they tell me that their shop is extremely busy and they haven't touched my car yet. The simple solution is to not give appointments you can't keep! Even if I was told upfront that the shop is busy, I wouldn't waste two hours there. Won't be going back to this service center, certainly rather go to a place that they respect their costumers' time.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Just moved to the area, so I've only been there once so far , for a standard service. The staff was friendly and the waiting area is very accommodating. They have a small deli area and also a room specifically for kids. Very spacious and clean.

Had to replace two tires because of a nail in the side of a tire, and they gave me a quote of one price, then tried charging me $200 extra when I came to pick my car up. They apparently didn't remember that my car was under warranty, and it took an hour for them to figure it out and get it into the system.I also originally went because all 4 tires were low on pressure, and they didn't fill up the back tires, making my tires misaligned.

Missing out on a good experience here.Now on my second time of being misquoted wait times, both with having an appointment.The first experience was an oil change, not a busy day, was never told my vehicle was finished, and the plastic seat covers were still in the vehicle when I got the car back. Took a little over 2 hrs.This time I am in for a wheel flair swap out and was quoted an hour, which is a long time for such a small job. Now going on 120 minutes, as they didn t anticipate cleaning up an adhesive under the flair. Then was approached with a bill, when all the work and parts are under warranty.The staff is nice, I applaud them for always being polite, but that doesn t make up for a total wiff on an experience. It would help if making appointments meant they would be working on your car at that time. Or at the least, just quote a decent time for the work so expectations can be kept instead of broke.I am disappointed with my experiences thus far.
