My Kia 2016 Sportage engine died at 65k miles. I called Kia Tuesday, was able to get my car towed in Thursday. At first Carlos the technician told me it would take 5 business days to diagnose my car. BUT then he called me back a couple hours later letting me know I would need a new engine, Kia would supply me with a rental, and the labor + new engine would all be paid for because of the recall/lawsuit Kia had with certain make/models. It only took 6 days for my car to be fixed, Carlos was in constant communication with me via text which I really appreciate. It sucks that my engine died, but overall I am happy with how Kia and their employees handled it, and my car was taken car of in a timely manner. Thank you!

I brought my car in for a safety recall. It was quick and painless so they get 5 stars. I did get a rather long text afterwards asking for the best possible review on the survey they send out. I hate when places do that.They got a great review because of performance, but I would feel better about it if they wouldn t have sent the text trying to guilt me.

I ve taken my car for service here twice now, and the employee s here are so kind. Both times I ve been in, they were *very* busy, but were so friendly and provided great, fast service nonetheless.Shout out to Alex, he s taken care of my car both times I ve been here. I usually dread taking my car in for service because I am a simple fool, and don t know as much about cars as I should as a car owner. And in the past I ve gone to some very rude mechanics - some that have even tried to scam me - but gosh darn, this kid is *so* nice; top notch customer service. And he explains everything so simply; in a way thats easy to understand.Also, I m uncertain the name of the girl(s?) that answer calls and do scheduling, but they are always very kind as well. I ve been a bit under the weather the last few weeks and have had to cancel and reschedule a service like a million times and they were very helpful and accommodating.

I would give this service department zero stars if I could. We brought in a 2022 Telluride to get an oil change, replace a seat cover, and check into why we had all of our traction control/lane-keep lights flashing. We were told this would take a maximum of 6 hours. 7 hours later we received our car back after they seemingly were unable to find it in the lot. We were told that our seat cover was not replaced because they could not find the issue even though our service advisor was the one who had originally seen the problem and ordered the replacement. Immediately after receiving the car we were able to easily show the problem (which both my wife and I had explained over the phone). Upon seeing the issue our service advisor then said they would call us at a later date to deal with the problem. We paid for our oil change and left. After my wife got home I began to wonder if our car had been looked at at all, the oil change sticker had not been updated, our tires had a low air pressure warning, and the car was clearly not washed. I then checked the oil to find that it had not been changed, it was at just below half on the dipstick with clear evidence that it had not even been checked. We are so beyond disappointed with this service.

Excellent service, an unbeatable price for an oil change that even includes a tire rotation and car wash. Kia Beaverton goes above and beyond in delivering a remarkable customer experience. They're not just ultra-friendly and knowledgeable, but they also ensure fairness in all their interactions.Nevertheless, with the recent opening of Kia Portland, I'm seriously contemplating switching to them because they provide complimentary Lyft rides to and from the dealership, unlike Beaverton, even though every other car dealership in Beaverton offers this service.

They put my car back together wrong and my engine nearly burned up while I was heading out for a trip. Had to cancel my trip. Took car to another shop and they fixed it quickly and actually said it looked like sabotage... took it in to kia another time and they charged me a bunch for something that didn't fix the car then wanted to charge me twice as much for something else that also wouldn't have fixed it.

I would give a 0, if available. My partner called them today, and was met with attitude, and a lack of empathy. We had a busy week prior to needing service. One of our beloved pets (family) passed this week, our other car broke down (fixed at Multnomah Chevron Auto . . . superbly awesome place), and then our Kia was broken into outside our residence (ugly enough of an experience per se). Our insurance had us call Kia to do the repairs, for vandalism. The window and steering wheel were out of order. Kia was rude, and out of line, repeatedly. They said we needed a drug cleaning, and adamantly refused to speak with our insurance representative, who was befuddled at their requests. We are taking it to another shop because that's what our insurance representative suggested. I'm pretty saddened by their lack of empathy, especially within a service department.

My experience at this service center was the biggest reason I decided to turn in my otherwise perfectly running Kia Niro Ev leased car. A 12v battery issue should not take 6 months to troubleshoot and still not resolve.

Sam Bongiorno was a huge help getting this deal secured before the truck was gone. I live in Auburn, WA, and was on vacation in Eastern Washington when I found this truck. The experience at the dealership was just as pleasant as doing business over the phone. Even though it was a long drive, I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Made an appointment to get my car looked at. They said they would get back to me the next day and never did. After I called three different times they never got back to me. They had my car for 4 more days without ever looking at it. What s the point of making an appointment two weeks ahead if you can t even get to the service in the same week. Had to go get my car without getting serviced. Never going back

I took my car here a couple months ago. They took 3 days to do a diagnostic which I don t understand why they even had to have my car there for 3 days when they did it on the last day. Then they couldn t even find the problem with my car, which is still happening and has gotten worse. I would never go back here or recommend anyone to go here.Edit: I finally found out the problem with my car, the transmission which they did not check during my diagnostic. Now I need a new one, a 5K repair. If they had maybe I wouldn t need a new one and now I m out of warranty. Thanks for nothing Kia

Consistently excellent service. Mornings are packed as heck.Waiting area is nice. Was able to mostly get work done when my reception didn't cut out in that signal tomb.I hope my recall doesn't take too long to finish or inspect.Jun-2023Carlos and Eric took good care of my baby, even though for a 15k mile service, the car wash was terrible. Cost about 1k and 6 hours but hey, what is money for.

Went in for my first oil change on my BRAND NEW car and received my car after 2 hours of waiting. About another 2 hours later after receiving my car, I lost power while driving on the highway. I had to have my car towed back to the shop the same day.The next day, I was informed that the tech who was in charge of my oil change never put the oil filter back on and my car lost all of its oil... need I say more?The service people were kind enough, but what a miserable experience. I would go somewhere else, but I have a 5 year service contract. Here's hoping next time goes better.Service: Oil change

Fast friendly service. I bought my Sorento used from a dealership in Salem. This was my first time in. Zach was great. Texted me to give me a contact. I was there to get the anti-theft software upgrade. Was told an hour and a half, and it was less than an hour. Was glad I hadn't recently paid for a car wash as that was included. Nice touch!Had a little glitch where the car temperature guage was stuck at 75. Called was told to come back since I was still close. Was within a block, and it updated and back to normal. It was really nice, though, that I was told just to go back.

We have owned 4 brand new top of the line KIAs for 12 years and had them serviced at all the dealers within 25 miles of Portland. Beaverton is by far the best, most thorough, and dependable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Update Oct 2023. Dealer no longer provides loaners and not even shuttle .. since we are a one car family that means staying at dealer for hours while car is being serviced or taking expensive uber home and back or, as in this instance, spending $170 to get a three day rental while our car is being looked at. Spent $48k on a car and if I want them to look at something they charge $180 PER ISSUE to do so and only refund it if it's a covered warranty issue. Very displeased.

I called here hoping to get the recall done on my Kia Soul EV that I just received a recall letter about, and I was told on the phone that they "weren't aware of any recalls on my model year", even though I had in my hand the recall letter with its recall code. I wasn't even given the opportunity to give them that code over the phone. I had the distinct impression that I was being told these words to set up the dealership to charge me for any work they potentially did on my car if I brought it in to them. Beaverton Kia needs to do better to earn the business of its customers. They shouldn't be immediately discounting legitimate recall claims to customers on the phone and then give the impression that they're doing so, so they can make money off of services that should be free. There are far too many dealerships in the area to play such games, which is why Beaverton Kia isn't getting my business, now or going forward. Do better.

As with most things these days, service took forever. No blame on their part, just prepare to wait patiently for repairs. The tech went above and beyond to ensure our car was repaired under warranty (we weren't even aware we had on the used car we purchased). That ended costing us nothing, but he did fine some additional issues that they repaired quickly. We were impressed.

Can't believe that I just called about getting a issue correct to my heater/AC blower. They told me the earliest they can get me in is July 24th. This is ridiculous. My vechile just went over 40K this week. I shouldn't be having a issue with this in the first place. Not sure I want to purchase another KIA if this is the type of service and reliability of their vehicles.

Love this place. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. It's a little pricey, but because it's a dealership. I know that when I have my Kia's serviced, they are receiving good work.

I didn't buy my Kia here, but Kia sent me a notice, offering an ECU software update to solve an issue with the knock sensor, which included a 150k mile, 15 year engine warranty, plus a promise of a $60 prepaid Visa card in the mail in a couple months. I called them, made an appointment, where they asked for the VIN, which I had handy in my insurance app, and when I came in, though was told it would take three hours, Cole, the service advisor who helped me, said it would take under an hour, and sent me a text only about 10 minutes later to let me know it was done. Super easy, very friendly, very quick. I didn't even have enough time to finish the complimentary Seattle's Best cup of coffee! Definitely will be coming back when I need service in the future!Thanks guys! You are awesome!

Quick service. The service entry door auto opens as you drive up to it. Had to get a tire replaced due to nail in the sidewall. They even washed my car! Free coffee and Hot chocolate in the lounge

I brought my brand new 2022 KIA sorento in about 1 1/2 months ago. It kept dying, every time I drove it I had to jump start. The screen would turn on randomly. They had it for 4 weeks before telling me that it was the battery and they were waiting for one, but didn t know how long it would be! So they gave me a loner battery, that was great! I drove it home and the next day I had to jump it again. So, my husband called this time and they took it the same day. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven t heard anything. So I called and they said the only thing they had in there system was that they are waiting for the battery!! I will never take my car here again. I need my car and they don t seem to be in any kind of hurry to help me with my issue! I have seen other reviews that say not to bring your car here if your a women. So my husband will deal with them until I get my car back, and then we will never come back! I loved buying my car from Beaverton KIA but not the service department!

Second time now I got the $65 oil change package, was told my brakes were at 5 and they are really between 1-2 and grinding. I love my soul but don t trust the Lanphere brand to do service any more. They just pretended to check my brakes and it makes me wonder if they even checked fluids or actually used full synthetic oil. Zero integrity.Service: Auto maintenance

So I was one of the many that had their Kia broken into a destroyed. So I called the service center and the main manager (I forget her name) said to bring it on in that same day. When I arrive with the car on the tow truck and explain what happened, a man behind the desk (some guy with a beard that people referred to as boss) was incredibly rude and un empathetic of my situation. He was complaining in front of me about my car coming in. Oh great another break in that I get to deal with. Oh just my luck, I have to deal with insurance He was treating me like I am doing him a personal disservice, like it was my fault the car you all sold me got broken into and destroyed and showed zero empathy of my situation (having to pay to fix my car / being without transportation for months) he acted like he couldn t care less.A few weeks later, I find out that they transferred it to canyon auto body to repair, which they did a good job and were very responsive.That being the case, after the ride encounter with that guy at Beaverton Kia service, I will definitely not be going back. A customer of 5 years lost for how I was treated.

While I had no issues with buying my Stinger here, service has been lackluster so far. I have asked for a couple of components to be ordered and both times the service rep did not order the part for me. They were then hesitant to offer to mail me out the part (most recently a cable for my trunk privacy lid, tiny) until I insisted due to the commute ( I am on the east side). While I prefer to take my car to the dealership it was purchased at, I think I will have to try a different service center moving forward.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs
