I took my manual 2015 Fit in for an oil change. I left with more lights activated on the dash than when I went in. As I drove away from the service center, the clutch kept dropping, almost killing the car every time I accelerated. When I brought it back, they told me mice chewed through the wires and that the air compression was causing my car to malfunction. Why wasn t it malfunctioning on my drive in? The mice chewed through the wires in the short time it took to change my oil? I won t be back for service. I am considering getting a Toyota after receiving phenomenal service at Beaverton Toyota on my partner s vehicle.I m giving the experience two stars because they didn t charge me to fix the alleged mouse issue and they tried their best to fix the problem.

I have been a customer of Beaverton Honda since 1988 as I bought over the years at least 4 different cars from them. The service used to be prompt and thorough. But not the last two service visits for my Ridgeline 2022. In both instances the service seemed to be rushed and incomplete. On both occasions I complained about the breaks and on both occasions they claimed that all was fine. But it was not. Only after my rather aggressive insistence during the recent visit they checked the breaks again to find that quit a bit of work had to be done. Moreover, no one was willing to admit that it was the service fault that the problem was not resolved months ago.It was probably my last visit at this dealership.

Came for an airbag recall , but the staff were friendly and able to help me out! For flexible scheduling, evening drop off for next day pick up is available. A+ service and an even better interior, with relaxing music, a small coffee shop and free Wi-Fi.

Had been going here for years but recently the service department has really dropped the ball by missing things and/or ordering incorrect parts, etc. It s the attention to detail that just isn t consistent anymore. Also, when getting call backs, the phone number is from a weird non-Beaverton number that hangs up on answer so it s confusing to know if it s legitimate. I had to call the reception every time to get ahold of my service advisor. They make a great reason to go to a different service center.

Used two services from this place: a wiper reservoir replace/install and oil change. Both services required a return to fix correction; the oil change in particular required me to get a tow since all the oil leaked out.Cashier people are incredibly friendly, but that's not what I look for when I service my vehicle.I will be making the extra drive to Vancouver's Honda for any other fixes.

Took my car in for a routine oil change today. I had an appointment and they quoted me 1-1.5 hours. After 3 hours, there was still no sign of my car. I went to check with Lance and he said my car had been having battery issues and died 4-5 times. He asked if I had any issues with it and I said it had never died or had issues in 9 years and I had a relatively new battery. He continued to try to blame it on me and say I must have a bad battery. Eventually, he called the techs and they admitted to leaving the hazards and lights on for hours which killed it. He said he would give me the oil change for free because of this. Then he told me to sit down and wait until they could get my car back and running. As I was leaving to sit down, he yelled at me by the way your car needs a lot of work, it failed almost every test and you need to take better care of it. I said there s no way I always take it in for routine care. He said sit down and he would explain later. When they finally got my car back to me over 3.5 hours later, I asked how it failed all the tests. He laughed at me and said what are you talking about it only failed a few. He then said the filters and tires needed replacement, which I know are brand new and tried to charge me for a ton of service I know my car doesn t need. Ultimately, he admitted my car has way less miles than normal and they are just guessing what needs to be fixed and it s up to me to confirm it. I did not appreciate being treated so disrespectfully, blatantly lied to, and blamed for their own mistakes. DO NOT go here if you are a young woman. They will try to take advantage of you and charge you for unnecessary service and treat you like you re stupid. I will never be back to this location.Service: Oil change

Connor in the service department really helped me out today. I had no appointment, but he quickly aired my tires up and I was on my way. Connor, you are awesome!

DO NOT GET SERVICE DONE HERE! Went in for a simple oil change. Quoted me 1000 dollars worth of repairs that did not need to be done! Took 3.5 hours for a simple oil change despite being quoted no more than 90 minutes. They are out to get every dollar from you they can. DO NOT GET SERVICE DONE HERE!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Took my moms car to get detailed for her birthday. They promised it was a one day thing. They called my mom at 2:30 on Saturday and said it was still wet, pick it up Monday. This was 0 for 3 in getting things done when they said they would. Now I have to take time off work to drive to pick up the car!No respect for customers or our time.

Bought a car few years back and have had it serviced and repaired here and they always do it right! Much better than other dealer I have to deal with (our other car is not a Honda)

I was very disappointed with my recent service at Beaverton Honda. To be fair, they were friendly and responsive, but I'm not at all happy with their pricing and transparency. I rarely take my car to dealerships for fear of price gouging and this experience reinforced it. When they quoted me the repair price, I asked them to break out the labor vs materials. They said they can't give me that, but when I checked out they had that info available. I think its shady that they won't break that out for the quote knowing that I might shop the repair or look up on YouTube how long the repair should actually take, which I did. The YouTube video showed the quoted repair taking 30 minutes but Beaverton Honda charged me 2.7 hours labor! When I asked the service advisor about it he just blamed Honda for the pricing guidance and suggested I make the repair myself the next time! I also called around to trusted independent repair shops and was quoted 1 hour labor. I don't blame businesses for wanting to make a profit, but I don't appreciate being gouged. I wonder what an audit would show of the hours the repair techs are paid versus what Beaverton Honda bills customers???

Buying a car from Mitch and Jeremy was a pleasant experience. Buy a car here! Schedule an appointment though, staff always seem busy.

My partner and I came in not knowing anything about purchasing a car but Nick was absolutely amazing! He was very clear and made sure we understood what we were getting into. Nick made this experience easy and smooth, couldn t recommend him and this dealership enough!

It was really cool. We just stopped in to look at the old Honda motorcycles and cars that they had in their display room

Service length severely underestimated. Oil change was estimated for 1.5 hours, ended up being 4 after a few minor items were added. Service rep was great, but it's not like he could pick up a wrench and make it go faster.

I called for my oil change for my Pilot 2022, and I asked them if they could check the wireless charger and the seat, they would charge me $188 for the diagnostic but my car is still under warranty. They even recommended me to go back to where I originally bought the car, a Honda Dealer , they don t charge anything to see the car and it s problems. Do not recommend this place.

Be careful what you're getting - recommend getting it in writing ... I was quoted a price for a Transmission Fluid Flush which seemed reasonable. I specifically asked and confirmed by phone that is was a "Flush" and not just a "Drain and Fill". After the service was done - I see that it was actually just a drain and fill because they only used 4 quarts of fluid (which is all that's required for a drain and fill) and not the 8+ quarts required for a flush. If I had known this was just a drain and fill I would have done it myself and saved 70% of the cost. They also told me by phone a transmission filter change would be performed for the quoted price - this was was not done.

Factory service: your churned onto the huge conveyor belt for service or repairs; seems like quite a bit of waiting around to actually pay the bill or get checked out to take off.Not a huge fan.

Purchased my car used from here - 3 star experience. Made an appointment for said car at their service center, a 3 hour appointment starting at 9:30 to replace a skid plate. 6.5 hours later I got my car back after seeing cars over 30 appointments after mine finishing first - 0 star experience where I was mislead (lied to) multiple times.

Nate Campos is an exceptional service advisor at Honda, and I highly recommend him. As a long-time customer, I have had the pleasure of working with Nate on multiple occasions, and he consistently provides the best service possible. Nate is knowledgeable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are satisfied. He takes the time to listen to their concerns and provides clear explanations of any issues that need to be addressed. Nate's attention to detail and dedication to customer service make him an asset to the Honda team. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy service advisor, Nate Campos is the person to see.

Beaverton Honda Service is what the Apple Store is to Apple products. They meticulously curate an experience of friendliness while showcasing their newer vehicles. They offer drinks and snacks complementary if you re getting service and it s notable that they Wi-Fi if you re needing to use your work computer. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have listened to my needs very well and kept the cost of their oil changes competitively. Having an appointment is crucial but in a pinch you can get pretty much get service as long as you get there in the morning. All in all, the best place to get your Honda serviced.

Beaverton Honda Service SUCKS.I took my Honda Element to them for a simple oil change before a road trip. It took them 2 hours to play around with it and finally release it to me with the summary that there was an "oil leak somewhere that should be diagnosed".None of my cars have ever leaked any liquids onto my garage or driveway. I didn't notice any drops on the driveway the day after the oil change, but of course on the day of the roadtrip, sure enough there were 5-10 drops of oil.Now I was faced with delaying the roadtrip with a service call - good thing I took it to Nick and the Gresham team. They found that the oil filter was improperly replaced and had splayed oil all over the bay. After they cleaned up the mess and replaced the oil again, it was released to me and functioned flawlessly with NO drops anywhere. Bravo Gresham Honda!

Will not be returning. This place is out to gouge customers unnecessarily. I went in for an oil change which was supposed to take no longer than 1.5 hours but it took an extra 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. My biggest issue is the cost of some of their services. I have and continue to work on many of my vehicles so I'm familiar with parts costs.- Oil Change $80, this is fine and expected with Honda Full Synthetic- Engine Air Filter $50, also normal for a factory Honda filterBut then, almost two hours into my wait I get a text message saying I need additional service.- New _front only_ brake pads $395?! This is outrageous. My last quote from a Lithia Honda dealership was only $291 and even that is a little high.- Cabin air filter $106?!?! This is insanity. A new cabin air filter from a Honda parts department is ~$50-60, aftermarket is $33. My cabin air filter replacement takes 2-3 minutes and requires zero tools. They claim to have actually inspected it so they already had done the work for free, why rip me off on the part cost?- Alignment $140, this is a reasonable price. Except I already said no to this when I booked the appointment. There were no signs of misalignment in tire wear so they didn't know it was out of alignment until they put it on the alignment rack which is ~75% of the work involved, especially for so slight an issue. So they probably had me waiting another 30-45 minutes to do that for no reason.tl;dr Very high prices, constant upsell for unneeded services, and very slow even when you book an appointment. If you need factory certified service to keep your warranty it might be worth it, otherwise I would go elsewhere.

They are friendly, no pressure, and reasonably convenient. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable, and includes refreshments. I really liked getting my oil changes here because they were much much cheaper than the competition, but my last oil change was twice the previous price without any warning when I made the appointment. They said it was because they now use all synthetic oil, but my car has required synthetic oil all along, so I m dubious. I really appreciate that they will give you an estimate for any work that they propose, but I guess I need to verify the price when I make the appointment.

Brought the car in making a terrible noise. They were able to get to the repairs quickly. It was covered by our AAA extended warranty. Alex worked with AAA and returned my car within 24 hours, which I urgently needed. They checked out the entire car and even changed the oil. Great customer service from Alex, who kept me posted frequently on the status of the repair. Very appreciative and I trust this dealership to always come through for me. 5-star service for sure.Service: General repairs

I took my 2021 Honda CR-V Hybrid in for an oil change today and was told that three other things needed to be done. 1) cabin filter replacement, 2) brake fluid flush and 3) transmission flush. What was suppose to be a $100 visit costed me $592. My vehicle is two years old and only has 28,000 miles. I won t be coming to this Honda service again. Especially after reading other reviews with similar statements. You don t keep customers when you re desperately looking for ways to profit off of them. I have also taken the time to call a few other Honda service locations and was told that based on the mileage of my vehicle and the codes B 1 2 prior to my oil change the transmission fluid drainage and brake fluid flush were not necessary. Beware next time you go to Beaverton Honda, it seems to be another Jiffy Lube in disguise.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Called for an appt. to deal with a seat belt safety recall on my CRV. The recall letter said to expect 1 hour appt. to replace seat belt button or 2 hour appt. to replace entire buckle. Beaverton Honda needs 6 hours and if they need to replace anything they will order the part and keep it overnight. They will not release the car out of safety concerns. No clue about when I might get my car back. Shouldn't a large dealership inventory some parts when a recall is in progress? Does it really take one of their trained service technicians 6 hours to replace a buckle. I'll try another dealership.
