Fantastic service, even better turn around time. The thing that I like most (aside from my car feeling like I just bought it again) is the customer service. They kept me in the loop the entire time and always took their time to explain things to me. Great team! Amazing interior, very retro, and I cannot say no to a warm cup of Coco. 10/10 on everything.

They have always been professional, honest (especially with family members) on vehicle assessments. Their pricing is reasonable and the work thorough. No need to visit another shop. Just do business with them.

I mean it when I say I couldn't be more delighted with my experience at Bassitt! Each person I spoke with was kind and friendly, and they always took the time to answer my questions and explain what I didn't understand. They gave me a far better estimate than I was expecting, and the final bill ended up being even lower because they were able to save one of my old parts -- seriously amazing! I left with a smile on my face, and a fixed car that works like a dream. Thank you, Bassitt!!!

No wonder this place is a 4.9 star, this guy is a good human being and a great repair shop.I won t go into how accommodating this guy is you have to experience this so you can also add a great review.We can always bring up past auto shops that don t care about our vehicles as well as our business but this place goes above and beyond not just for your vehicle but this place cares about YOU us .I highly recommend this place.You must make reservations for sure.

I had a check engine light on my truck and dropped it off for repair. Mike, the service writer kept me up on the status of three repair and took good care of me. I would definitely recommend taking you car there.

Do yourself a favor and get your vehicle maintained at Bassit. Jamie and the crew here are not only some of the kindest human beings you'll come across, no one ever ridicules or talks down to you about the state of your car, and you'll drive away from here without breaking the bank for even the most invasive repairs. They've worked on both my wife and I'm cars for 4 years now, and you can tell from every person here they are people who truly care about their work. You'll have to get an appointment because they're regularly booked out a couple weeks, but it is 200% worth it. I can't thank the folks at Bassit enough for everything they've done to help keep my car running.

This is your go to shop for your auto body maintenance and repair needs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We always receive excellent service all around. I enjoyed a free vanilla latte and my son really enjoyed all of the cool shop items on display inside and outside. Took my car in to Bassitt Auto cuz the light in the dash was on. Left it over night. When they called me to tell me the Diagnosis. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that all I needed was an oil change. They could have very Easily taken advantage of me and they didn't. I'm so grateful for the team over there. I have 2 cars that I take whenever I need anything done. And the pricing is always very fair.Thanks guys

I am yet to find a business in auto industry with people who are more professional and more kind than folks at Bassitt Auto co. I went here for DEQ. It took less than a minute and the gentleman in the front explained the process. He was very professional. I know where to take my car for service or any repair next time.

These guys are great. They are very fair, open, honest, and up-front about their services and pricing. They will explain exactly what is wrong and why it is or isn't a problem, and don't try to sell you service you don't need. That integrity is the best thing about them, never mind they are quick to diagnose and fix your car to boot.

My son was in an accident today and had in his stress over the situation, no clue where to have his car towed The first place that came into his head was Bassist, even though they don't do body work. They were kind and let him stay there until we could get to him and the insurance company could pick up his car (same day). Their service, mechanically, is always A+. But their kindness in this situation to a young, inexperienced customer is above and beyond and speaks to their level of service, ethics and humanity. You won't regret trusting them with your vehicle's needs. Highly recommend!

Great communication! Got my old subaru in to fix oil leaks. Went above and beyond to find the correct gaskets (out of 4) for my year ej25d dohc. Needed quick service and they slid me in while I was out of town on family business. Glad they don't cut corners. Thank you Keven!

We just moved here about a year ago so we are still pretty new to the area. Our car needed the usual work, an oil change, and filter change. However, we didn t realize all of the other issues we had. They called us back and spoke to us about everything the car needed and gave us a reasonable price. It was over $1,000 but I do not feel as if they took advantage of us. In fact, I believe they saved us from having to repair a lot more down the road. I recommend this auto shop. Very kind people that work there.

For the first time EVER, I left a mechanic without feeling like I have been taken advantage of or lied to. I have never had an official mechanic but now I do. Mike kept me up to date and everyone I spoke to there was nice and they changed my clutch for a reasonable price. It really was the best experience I ve had when dealing with car issues.Update: 2-16-14 I had to take my car in again and it was not able to be saved. But Mike was so helpful in making what is usually an incredibly stressful time to a very stressful time lol. I will never go to another mechanic and will always refer friends to this place.

First time going to this Auto Shop. First impressions were great! Clean shop, very friendly staff, great pricing and faster turn around than I expected. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. I will definitely be coming here again.

The overall experience was absolutely amazing! I first came in here to get my DEQ tested, which I showed up 30 minutes after they closed, but they still quickly checked my car for me.I came in to get my car checked because I had some lingering problems. They checked my car out and fixed everything within 24 hours of me bringing in the car. They have very reasonable prices, compared to other shops in the area.The service is amazing! I just moved from California recently and finding a trustworthy mechanic has been a bit of a challenge. So thankful to Keven and the team for getting my car fixed.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

I am not happy with the mark up in parts pricing. I called OReilly to the parts would have costed. They did share pictures of the rust etc which was helpful. Everything is so inflated anymore I don t see the need to screw the customer in cost.

Best shop I've been to! I've been coming here since I moved to the area over three years ago and I've had nothing but a great experience. Everyone there has been super easy to work with, friendly, and considerate. Bassitt has saved me money and headache with all my car issues. 10/10

I ve always been very pleased with the service and car repair at Bassitt. They explain and itemize the cost for repair for the problems they find. I also enjoy looking at the retro deco while enjoying a cup of hot chocolate or coffee! Very friendly people!

Excellent service as normal. Turned out the problem was under a recall from the manufacturers, so we towed the car there. In the past, I haven t had the best experience getting my car worked on at other places (pushy and dishonest businesses), so I searched all around the area for the best possible place to take my car, and that s how i found Bassitt Auto Co.The team at Bassitt were incredible in helping me through a lot of overdue work that needed to be done to my car and also diagnosing and repairing a few big things.
