In the past 8 years, we've used Alpha Auto for various repairs on both our Altima and our Kia Sedona. From brakes to a new starter to belts and several other repairs, Sergio, Johnny, and their team are the best mechanics around.I feel so lucky that we have found such a great mechanic! I don't plan on *ever* taking our cars to another shop to get work done.They are honest. They do good work. They have good customer service. There is not enough good I can say about Sergio and his team at Alpha Auto Repair!I moved further from them, but I drive back every time I need a repair because I know they do great work for a fair price!Service: Brakes

Great customer service, reliable. They will let you know exactly what needs to be done as quickly as they can which has been always day of for us. Fair pricing and gets the job done right. I will definitely continue to bring my cars here.

Needed a fuel pump replaced quickly. Alpha auto repair got the job done efficiently and inexpensively. Would recommend for anyone in aloha needing auto repair.Had to laugh at the review on google about them not speaking english and being rude. I felt very welcome there as a customer and had no issues communicating with anyone there.

Best mechanics in town! Best prices in town! Wouldn t trust anyone else with my car. They re very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair and clear. It s hard to find a good honest mechanic these days and this is one of them. They re upfront with prices and details and they get things done in a timely manner. Customer service is great and friendly and I love that they re bilingual. Johnny always makes it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them. .

I have thoroughly loved working with this shop as they are extremely generous and hard working. I have had multiple situations where my car has needed to get into the shop and they have had the availability and effectively communicated my options. I fully support a family owned businesses and find everyone at the shop to be incredibly kind hearted and honest people. Highly recommend this shop!

Super fast and honest quotes with great prices! I will always go here to ask sergio for help when i need! Thanks you so much you guys! Other places wanted to charge me double for the same service and wanted me to wait a week to see if they can fix my car. I dropped my car off around 3pm and these guys had like 7 cars in the shop!I left my keys and number and then next day I was called at 9am to tell me I was ready to go! They help me replace my starter!

I am new to the city of Portland and I had some car issues with heating and cooling. The tow guy recommended this please and I towed my car there and the mechanic and the owner of the shop Sergio was so nice and took care of it and I got my car back the next day . All was well taken care of , the other mechanics that work there are very nice as well I recommend this place hands down. Then take very Good care of you and customer service is excellent they are honest hard-working people and did a great job on my car! They have a customer for life .

I have a serious brake issue on my 2012 jeep cherokee so I picked up a super ckrm 2000 Honda civic auto with 202xxx miles. I called alpha auto and the price they quoted me was a lifesaver.

Usually I hate when shops tell me to come by because they need to do an inspection before giving a quote. But he hooked it up! I needed my rear break pads replaced and air filter changed, he did it all within the hour and for $135. 10/10 would recommend

I was told by the place I get my oil changed, that my transmission was leaking; supposedly it wasn't a bad leak but I wanted to make sure it didn't get worse. My coworker told me about Alpha and how he only trusts them with his and his daughters cars. We drove there and Johnny put my car on the lift and said he would look at it right now and tell me what was wrong. There was nothing wrong with my transmission. It was not leaking. I also asked him to check the shocks and struts since they are the original when I bought the car. There was nothing wrong with those either.I have not had luck with mechanics in the past. I ended up paying for things that weren't the problem or I would have one thing get fixed but two other things broke. This is the first time I feel confident that I can trust what they say about my car.Thank you Johnny and Sergio. I have found my new mechanic.

Its never a pleasure when your car breaks down. I had called AAA amd was referred to this shop. The AAA guy claimed he had his car there and was very happy with the work. When the tow truck pulled into this shop it was packed with cars. Sergio was on it and had my fuel pump replaced in less than a day and for half the price the dealership wanted. This is a shop you can trust!

Me and a few of my friends came from California and took a trip to Portland, mid trip the check engine light came on and the car started shaking badly. We went to o Reillys they told us there was a problem with either an ignition coil or spark plug. The next day, on our last day in Portland we call a lot of repair shops many weren t available in time, some said over $200 for the repair, others said they had to see the car in order to give an estimate. But with this place they just told my friend to come down. found out it was the ignition coil, fixed it within a hour or less and charged $150 for the repair. Definitely recommend.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Great service. Ive been through a few times with a ford a lexus and 2 hondas prices are very fair and and work is of great quality ive never had a problem with any work or maintenance. 5 star

I went into this place last Friday to inquire on new brakes on my buick, the Hispanic gentlemen was very rude to me.He quoted me way more than any place else in the Aloha area too.He seemed most annoyed that i even stopped by there! If your not Mexican probably not the place for you.This guy needs to learn some proper English but most importantly some manners would be sufficient.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Alpha Auto Repair is owned by Sergio Martinez. He is very honest and hard working. He cares about his workmanship! I have used his services for many many years. He has always treated me well.

You might overlook the place just driving by but it is the best. They are very knowledgeable and been straight up honest about everything with me. I've never had a bad experience with them. You won't regret having them fix your car.

These guys are great! They got me in next day, even though they were busy. They it's you assessed, and fixed in just a couple days, and everything they did was perfect! I will be going back there in the future for sure!

This is my first time visiting this shop, it was recommended by my Neighbor, so I took my vehicle there...They had to replace only one CV axle, the driver side.After they finished replacing the front CV axle, I paid the bill $120 dollars (labor only) then left the place, I was driving on the highway and as soon as I reached about 20 miles per hour I did notice my car was pulling to the right side, then I stop on the side of the road to look if there was something wrong visible,I could see a visible tire position pointing to the right side.now I am here in the tire shop doing alignment because of that not so good job,Could be bad luck?I don't know,But this was my first and last visit.

Very expensive. Was charge $460 for spark plugs and oil change. Took it back 2nd time and charged $55 for oil change and wanted to charge $75 to diagnose why the engine light was on. ALlfa Motors sold us a jeep. We paid 5 dollars less if 4,009.00 dollars. They will not return our calls. Less than 2 months after the purchase, it will not start nor is no power. Shameful!!!

These gentlemen know what they are doing! There customer service is excellent and they stand behind there work. I have found them to be truly honest and that's rare. There prices beat all dealerships.

Went to this place to get my truck looked at as it was stalling was given a bogus list of unnecessary repairs.Took it elsewhere and got a proper assessment.Luckily i knew what the truck needed as i have experience others may not be so fortunate.The place looks unprofessional with cars just sitting in every nuke abd corner their service is just as bad as it looks The lady that gave the negative review before me was spot in as well!

I haven't had any issue after he ever due any job on any of my cars have 5 cars by away and never had any issue Owner and employees are the TOP of all mechanics i have went thru Alpha auto repair has affordable prices and they REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.I know this place since 2009 (NOT A SINGLE ISSUE AFTER EVERY SINGLE JOB FROM PLACE)
