My wife and I were looking for a new used car and went to Brooks because we heard they were fair and honest.Yes they were!We got a fair trade for our vehicle and got the car we wanted.The whole experience was great.I ve bought a lot of cars over the years and this was probably the best experience I ve had at a used car dealership.The guys working there weren t pushy at all. They asked me what we wanted and delivered.Thanks Brooks for a great car buying experience!

Just purchased my dream truck from the Brooks automotive dealership.Compared to other used car dealerships I've been through over the past few months.This dealership is top notch.The salesman are not "pushy" and they offer great repair options.My purchase was a georgous 2002 Chevy Silverado pick up truck. Only had 164,000 miles! Thanks Brooks,. You guys were great to work with...... I love my new truck!Thank you Brooks

I always had it in mind to buy a late model Jaguar upon retirement. After doing some checking around with other dealers, I decided to stop at Brooks Motor Company. No Jaguars on the lot at the time, but I was directed to look instead at a later model Toyota Highlander. This is a much different vehicle than my dream Jaguar to be sure. However, the knowledgeable staff at Brooks convinced me the Highlander was a much smarter buy and will retain its value for a much longer period than a Jaguar. I did some research on my own and they were absolutely correct. It is a beautiful car, smoke gray in color, and I just love all of the features that came with it. Thanks to all of the fine staff at Brooks for helping me make a very good choice!

I bought a 2008 Chrysler Aspen about 4 years ago from them. It runs great I haven't had no issues. They didn't run my credit a ton of times, they did a great job! So good in fact a year ago I bought my son a car from them, A 2015 Honda Civic. It runs great we haven't had any issues and it was just another wonderful experience from a group of knowledgeable car salesman.. They weren't pushy and they were very helpful.

I bought my first car, a Chrysler Aspen, from Brooks Motor Company in 2017. 2nd car a Honda civic in 2020 and a 3rd in 2022, a Honda civic 2016. I still have all 3 and they run perfectly! They got me the best interest rate without dragging my credit through the mud from great credit unions. They sold all 3 at least a 1,000 below kelly blue book. They are honest and not greedy or pushy! They have my business for life! Thank you for being so amazing and trustworthy to a single mother of 5!

Came in & they were super accommodating! Ray was the sales person who helped us and I called in beforehand and he was willing to entertain my offer on a car. Got there and he was more than accommodating as he showed me the car and we worked on negotiating a price that I could afford. In the end we came to an agreement and put a deposit on the car came back today and paid half down with signatures on paperwork to purchase the car as my own and a promise to bring back the other thousand dollars on Tuesday. The music was cool they had lovely AC inside the building the owner was very reasonable and polite overall a wonderful experience. I would suggest them anytime you're looking for good honest car sales!!

GO SEE RAY, HE'LL MAKE YOUR DAY!Amazing customer service from this gentleman at Brooks Motor Company! It was like having a friend with me, not a salesman. I was super anxious not knowing if I'd be able to get the car I really wanted but Ray kept me cool and I walked away with something better and safer than what I had initially gone in to look at. The vehicles on the lot are in much better condition than what's at other dealers for comparable prices and they don't give you anything extra like Brooks does. I was impressed with the warranty and other extras like 24 hour Roadside assistance that came with the car. Great experience, even with bad credit! Don't look around, go to Brooks Motor Company and ask for Ray and he'll do you right.

I gotta say....the guys here at Brooks work fast to get the deal you want. I had to part with my Jeep that I loved, and had to pick up something bigger due to a growing family. Not only did I get the vehicle that would transport our little tribe, they threw in a extended warranty for a little extra cash. It was well worth the peace of mind. I want to thank all the guys at Brooks for a great shopping experience and providing a relax atmosphere I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Having a bit of car sales my self back in the day I was surprised when I took my daughter in law there. Like a lot of people her credit wasn't the best. I've worked car lots that would line you on a nice vehicle to start. Then the switch starts. Can't finance on the nice car because of credit problems. Then they bring out the money car. Yeah the one ya don't really like or want complete dents dirt and missing interior parts and the salesman tells you. It's not exactly what ya want because of your bad credit, but if we sell you this car, in six months when your credit improves and the car still runs. Bring the vehicle and we will trade it for your dream car.Much to my surprise they did switch vehicles on her, and the second car was even nicer than the first car found. Newer,lower miles, clean and very good condition overall. I kept waiting for that Ahaa moment. This is were they get ya. Never happened. Mark and Matt were great. Thanks guys.

We needed to work from a distance as the particular car were trying to find was not near us. We trusted that the car was as it appeared and was described by Dan Frazell and his team. We took the risk of working out financing and sending over a deposit without seeing the car. We were not disappointed when we arrived. Dan and the staff worked hard to meet our particular needs and were friendly and pleasant to work with. They also took the time to provide us with service records to aid us in our decision. I would very easily and happily recommend Dan and the team at Brooks for a stress free confident buying experience.

Amazing staff that worked extremely hard to get me in a car. Followed up with me before and after sale to make sure I loved the car and are happy to answer questions. They are truly great salespeople who don't try to push you around. I highly recommend Brooks motor company to anyone looking to get a great deal on a vehicle!

UPDATED 03/03/2022:Last February I purchased a vehicle from Brookes Motors. Initially there were some challenges with the purchase. Instead of bringing my concerns to the Dealership, and in my dissatisfaction, I opted to post a negative review.Brookes Motors did reach out, but in my dissatisfaction I decided I did not want to deal with them anymore and ignored their attempts to contact me.Fast forward a year later, I stopped by the Dealership because I remembered the vehicle came with some sort of warranty. While at the Dealership, I had the opportunity to speak with Gary the owner. I explained my experience to Gary and he wanted to make things right; even after a year and a scathing review.Gary made sure his team took care of my concern. They exceeded my expectations. They say integrity is doing the right when no one is watching. But to me integrity is also what you do even when someone speaks negatively about you. For that reason, I must also apologize to Gary and the team at Brookes Motors.Thank you to the Gary and the Brookes Motors team for exceeding my expectations!

Greg was my salesman at Brooks Motor co. He was very friendly and straight to the point. The truck I picked out is in great condition for a 99 and they were easily able to provide documentation to the repairs they did. Greg did wonderful, no pressure and got me a great approval from a local credit union. The paperwork was straight forward and exactly as it should have been!

Bought an X3 from Brooks and they went above and beyond standing behind their vehicle by taking care of some repairs to make the car right for us. They treated us very fair and would recommend putting them on your list if you are looking for a used car. No other place is going to offer you a free warranty like they do. I appreciate the service Greg and Gary!

Howdy,On July 20, 2018 I crawled under a couple of Chevy Astro vans at Brooks Motor Company.I left with a 2000 Chevy Astro who I've deemed Talula.I lived in my van between trail crew seasons, have traveled across the country twice, and taken her places I always dreamed of.She's honestly been fabulous.We've had a repair here and there (rear door seals which are infamous, alternator, rear differential) but never anything catastrophic! I've been able to do some work myself with the Haynes Manual.I suspect I've got another 200,000+ miles.Thank you to the folks at Brooks Motor Company, sincerely. I know everyone has a their own story but I'm grateful you were apart of mine!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They told me that the vehicle I bought was from one of the employees there and he took really good care of it. But turns out after I bought it not even a few hundred miles in to it I had so many problems. Secondary air pump, front and rear brakes, serpentine belt and the belt cluster was falling apart, needed a tune up because it wouldn't start and had miss fires and so much more. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE AND DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE FOR THERE FIRST CAR. they say they will help you and be there for you but all they want is your money and jsut please go to a better dealership!

Clean place, good quality cars. We drove 5 hours to see a xterra with cash in hand. Due to wear and tear, we asked them to come down $400 to help us cover rental and babysitting fees. Dave was ready to sell with us having cash in hand but the manager and owner are about their money and nothing else. They had it listed for $11,000 unknown to our knowledge as if we knew they had it originally listed for that price, and said they were already losing $1700 in repairs and sale value by lowering it. We didn't ask them to sell at $9,988, which is their listed price on all platforms, but they made it seem like we asked them to come down thousands. Out of pure principal, decided not to buy and instead are going to our repeated car dealer, Pride Motors in Eugene. Its upsetting when people make a 5 hour drive, and they won't budge $400. $9500 walked out the door with us. Don't expect any wiggle room in price. They are nice when you come in, but once you try to negotiate, they turn cold short worded.

Couple weeks ago I took my niece to look at buying a car. This place is GREAT. When it's time for me to buy a car this is the ONLY place I'm going to go. Everyone there is professional and friendly. There was no pressure. Yes I read the reviews especially that one from "Sara" and after listening to the whole story, I feel "Sara" wasn't being completely truthful. I mean really? They sell "used" cars there's bond to be some bugs that will show up however the staff will do everything in their power to get it fixed.

As of right now I'm giving this place a 3 star. I have bought 2 cars from this place and my van was alright for what I paid for. I just bought a GMC last night from them and I went to get into it this morning and found under the glove box was leaking water and by the Air bag, I'm pretty upset but going to speak to the owner when he is in because I have had the car for less then 24 hours. I will update this as soon as I speak with the owner. But for now I'm going to give him a chance because he does seem like a nice guy.I am updating my rating from this morning when I gave it a 3 star to give the owner a chance. I have dropped that 3 star to a 2 star now that I had a argument with the owner telling him I don't want my cash back I just want to know what is wrong with the car. They tried to sell me another car that I was not interested in and just want to see what is wrong with the one I bought in the beginning. Now I am left paying a fee of $54 to see why it is leaking through their mechanic tomorrow. I'm so upset I have to pay a fee to see what is wrong with the car they sold me less then 24 hours ago...........I would give them a 1 star but he did say it wouldn't be more then $500, Needless to say I am pissed and will never go to that car place again. Oh and watch out people the owner tries to make you scared by saying he is recording you on his cell phone. I think the least the owner could do is pay to see what is wrong with it since I came back less then 24 hours after buying the car.

I really appreciate the service and care i received from Brooks Motor Co. They went the extra mile in finding the cause of my auto issues. Most impressive is that they could have done more expensive work, but suggested an alternative course. I will definitely bring my work to them in the future.

Ray at Brooks Motor Co. helped me find a new (to me) car that I feel SO good about. As a single woman walking into many dealerships, I feel like I m talked down to or raked over the coals financially. Ray and the team were so chill and easy to work with. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. I love that they offer warranties on the vehicles, too. I shopped all around town, but came back to Brooks in the end. I walked away feeling like I made a smart investment in a car I love. Thank you, Ray!

Working with Trish to get a 2006 Convertible PT. Pleasure purchasing and working with her and the sales staff.Follow up pending with a 66 mi breakdown after delivery. Will follow-up.After I had car towed back to Brooks Motors from Salem, Brooks Motors repaired 2 sensors at no cost. I am out the $174 towing charge. Car runs great after repair. Not happy about tow fee not being refunded back so changed 5 stars to 4, but happy with car working great. I will follow up if refund of towing charge and give 5 stars. Trish great though.

I bought a truck from these people. I was told it had multi function remote keyless entry. It was advertised exactly that way. When I got it home I noticed they didn t give me any remotes. I ve emailed them several times for nearly two weeks. All I get is the shove. They say they ll look for them. Right. Unscrupulous at best. I read their response,..they lie! Also watch the bait and switch on any repairs. They said I d get to new front tires. Switched it to at their cost on the paperwork. Their cost was more than I paid for 65,000 mile A.T. s at Les Schwab.

To was looking for a new car, thought Brooks auto would good. Dan was very friendly, paitent with me, let me test drive the car I was interested in. My USSA insurance was being picky on what car I could get due to a loan they were giving me. So I found a 02 Subaru Forester, the owner of Brooks worked with me so I can have the vehicle. Yes it's used, yes a few scuffs but runs great, my fiance loves it. Thanks guys.

We were searching for a first car to establish credit for youngest daughter. She found and fell in love with her perfect car. We agree on payments and interest rates. After work my daughter and I head to get her new car. She is so excited. Ray (sales guy)comes in on his day off to sign papers. Bank said no! We need more money down and higher interest rate. We left so upset, daughter teary eyed. Ray determined to make this work for us, finds another car, same model slightly more miles but can work with our payments. We go back sceptical, not sure what expect....that car gets damaged before we get there.Back to first car, LOWER payment & LOWER interest !!! Thank you Ray for working tirelessly and making this happen for my daughter.Cindy Paxton

I read all these reviews of how this dealership really works with people, to get them good cars at awesome prices. I bussed to the dealership, took me an hour and a half to get there. Came here looking for a specific car, took it for a test drive, took it for a prepurchase inspection, vehicle had a few issues.Gave them an offer, they came back with a counter offer of the full price which is about $1000 above KBB value. Offered them an honest price for the value of the car, taking into account the repairs that must be made, and offered to pay all dmv fees. Told them this is my limit. They denied my offer and I walked out.I wish I didn t wast my money on a pre-purchase inspection.Hope other people have better luck.-Brandon

A few days ago my car blew up and I was very stressed. Dan Frazell and the amazing staff at Brooks Motors helped me finance a 2011 Ford Fiesta that is much more than I thought I could afford. Dan put my mind at ease and made this whole process so simple and easy and I cannot thank him enough. Before you shop anywhere else please stop at Brooks Motors and ask for Dan, you won't be sorry.
