My husband and I highly recommend South Coast Express Lube Tire Pros !! They are so quick and efficient and always respond quickly if we ever have any issues. We had transmission issues and originally started out at another shop who gave us a runaround for weeks so we got it towed to south coast and they were so quick to diagnose and get the new transmission ordered and put in less than a couple weeks!! The owner of south coast, Sam, personally updates/responds to us which we really appreciate.

This place is the best! We take all of our vehicles here for whatever issues we encounter, plus the routine maintenance stuff. Sam, Kelley, and their staff take great care of us, and the price is always right. We have complete trust in the work they do.

Thank goodness for this place! They squeezed us in when we had an issue with our camper and we re stranded over 3000 miles from home. They even drove really far to get the part we needed AND stayed after hours on a Friday to complete the job! They were very professional and did great work too! We are so thankful they got us back on the road safely! Everyone that works here is amazing and they actually care! Thank you thank you!

We stopped by in need of some air in our tires. The guys working there are very professional, they treated us like we had purchased 4 new tires! It was wonderful, they got us back on the road in about 5 minutes. Thanks guys!!

New to Bandon and wanted new tires for my Jeep. Even taking into consideration of the current pandemic climate- everyone from the owner to the technicians were absolutely proficient, friendly, polite, & professional. They walk you through the entire process, explaining everything!I love my new tires and would not hesitate to return for service(s). I highly recommend this establishment.

Holy smokes these people are fast and courteous. Had my tire off, removed the bolt, and back on the road in 20 minutes. Thumbs up!

Always a good experience here. Employees are polite & know their business, although sometimes they're very busy. I will definitely bring my car back next time it needs anything done.

I went through the oil change part of this business 1st and everybody was extremely helpful. I learned several new things about the car I was driving which is fairly new to me. I had been unable to solve one problem which was driving me crazy regarding tire sensors.. Although it was the end of the day they directed me to go to the tire part of their business and sure enough in no time the problem was sobed. Add little cost to me everyone. At both the oil lube and tire center was very good natured and eager. To help I'd never been to this business before and no will get our oil changes done. There from now on.

I think they have a very nice and clean facility. Good staff. Quick service. My only issue is I brought an oil additive and asked them to put it in. When I received my bill I left. Upon examination of the bill discovered they charged me 10 dollars to put in the additive I brought!If someone will charge you for something so simple they should state that. This was after hearing them not charge a customer for checking his charging system.

I was towed here by AAA when my truck suddenly lost power on 101 a few miles south of them. They looked at my truck as soon as I got there. Diagnosed the problem as dirt on the air filter sensor, fixed it, and I was on my way. The check engine light came back on but the truck ran fine. I went back the next day. They ran diagnostics and my catalytic converter is going out. I was leaving the next day, towing a trailer, back to NM. They could have made a lot of money telling me I had to get a new catalytic converter, but they said I would need to fix it eventually, the light would stay on, but I should be fine getting home. That is exactly how it went. The only thing they charged me for was a new air filter. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I am really grateful to them and highly recommend them.

While traveling through Brandon we had a flat on our class B RV. We stopped by South Coast Tire Pros and they had us back on the road within 45 min. They were fast, professional, and very friendly. The price was great too. Highly recommend. Thanks!!

Our truck battery died just down the road, one of the employees gave us a jump and suggested we head to his shop to get it replaced. We were in and out of there in under an hour, with a great price on a new battery. Thank you for making sure we didn't get stranded!

The best customer service I've ever had in an automotive shop of any kind. Integrity and honesty. They will keep their word, and stand by their work. As a mechanic myself, I would never let anyone touch my personal autos.. I had them put exhaust headers on my truck as I'm without a garage right now. Yes, I checked their work and the quality was far beyond my expectations. They run a clean shop, and always busy. Make your appointments early. I went into South Coast Express Lube Tire Pros today for the first time to get an oil change. I have never experienced such great service in my life! They were not only polite and kind to a senior lady who gets confused easy, but they were professional and quick too. No hard sell on anything and a price was quoted for everything I needed so I was able to decide right then and there if I wanted to replace things that needed to be replaced. I am so happy that I have finally found a place that I can trust.Service: Oil change

Blown away by the service and staff at South Coast Xpress Lube. I had been needing new tires for a while and decided to shop around, and I m so glad I decided to make the drive from Coos Bay to visit this business. They were prompt, professional, and had a great price on the tires I needed. I was able to get an oil change, alignment, and new tires all in one visit. The employees were friendly and helpful, the establishment is extra clean and has a socially distanced waiting area. I will be coming back here for all my vehicle needs! The crew at express lube are incredibly experienced and versatile in different styles of rigs. They fixed my ford f350 diesel in under a weeks time from when I dropped it off (and that's without making a prior appointment).They put my father-in-laws flat bed on his new 2500 dodge and modifying it to fit as well. The owner is very easy to talk to and is good at keeping you in the loop. Thank you all of them for the great service, I highly recommend.

We were down in Bandon on vacation and car started overheating. Pulled in there and they took the time to find the problem even though they were busy. They fixed the problem and we were on our way. Absolutely the best quick change service I have experienced in my travels. No gimmicks, no attempts at up-sell for services I didn t need. More importantly, as part of the full service while checking the rear differential, the technicians found an odd fluid, likely ATF, mixed with my differential fluid (different color and viscosity).Time considered, they offered to drain, flush and refill and had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Kudos to this crew and this service! I didn t know the names of the bottom side crew but a huge shout out to them. Thank you Corey and Ryan on the top side. If you re in Bandon, stop by this shop for that great hometown service!

Traveling to Eugene we blew a tire. Normally that wouldn't be a big problem, but our Tesla Model S does not include a spare. So, we were stranded and called all over the area looking for a new tire. South Coast Express Lube came to the rescue, getting us four new tires next day, while others would have us wait four days!! On top of that, they got us quality tires, cheap! service was exceptional and our car is riding smoother than ever!!! Go with South Coast Express Lube, you won't regret it.

Excellent service. Sam and his staff took care of my car's serious problem quickly and were very pleasant and friendly. I wouldn't take my old Ford truck anywhere else! They also fitted a new hitch for my trailer in record time. Great place!

These guys were the best. I had brought my car in for a transmission fluid change for my mini cooper, which would have been a simpler job except for the fact of my mr fixit duct tape and milk carton waterproofing repairs I had done underneath my car, which stymied their fluid replacement efforts somewhat, easily adding a couple of hours to the work. Not only did they let the extra work ride, they also replaced my most excellent but extremely questionable self repair with some much smarter rubber coating. And then at the end of it all, they charged me the same as their original estimate, despite the additional labor effort on their part. They are great guys.

I was visiting Bandon and as I was preparing to return home I noticed I had a very low tire. South Coast was recommended and I am very glad I went there. They immediately responded, found a nail in the tire, patched it and had me road ready in under 45 minutes. They were friendly and professional and I returned home to Ashland safely.
