I replaced the serpentine belt on my Honda Civic and then decided to buy another one as a spare. When I brought the spare home, I compared it to the old belt that came off the car and they sold me the wrong belt. When I went to return it, they said they couldn't do anything because I didn't have my receipt. I guess I'm out $50 because they couldn't sell me the correct belt.

Tbis is am awesome NAPA Store, in my opinion. They have a lot of extracurricular items other than NAPA. Great staff.

The staff is very kind & helpful. I managed to forget my oil filter right on the counter. I went back the next day & they still had it on the counter & put a sticky note on it w/my purchase # on it. They were waiting for me to come back & get it. I had my receipt but didn't need it.

Amazing service - helped us with our old truck for a long time. Stopped to get an air filter, didn t have the right size. They worked in finding us an adapter so we could get back on the road. Thanks for your ingenuity and expertise!!

One of the better NAPA stores in my opinion. Maybe not the most knowledgeable crew in aggregate, but great attitudes go a long way..I do most of my business there. I cant see anything changing right away. I appreciate the daily deliveries in my outpost of a town, for when i need it by noon. Good business

Cannot say enough good things about the kindness of the folks at this shop.The gentlemen here on a Sunday afternoon didn't hesitate to offer all manner of assistance and knowledge, when I pulled with what thankfully turned out to be an easy fix.These are the right kind of people!

I cannot say enough good things about the employees at this location! They were helpful and friendly and got us back on the road when we otherwise would not have been able to figure it out ourselves!

This Napa store is full of incredibly helpful employees. Knowledgeable, humorous, and exceptional customer service. We had a wiper blade come apart in the pouring rain while staying in Bandon, we pulled into NAPA and they got us exactly what we needed, and he even came out in the down pour and put the new wiper blades on for us. His customer service was beyond exceptional, I will trust NAPA because of this one encounter. They made a happy customer out of us, thank you NAPA, Bandon, Oregon.

Little hole in the wall store with everything you need and more. Gentlemen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my needs. No visible from the road and very easy to miss. Glad they have that store in that area

Excellent customer service the moment you walk in the door! Here you are greeted by your name, and treated like a friend not just a customer! Really appreciate these guys and there willingness to help anyone figure out there problem!

Had a check engine light come on and I needed that machine that you put in the check the code so that way I could figure out if it was just the gas cap or something else and every other auto parts place that I've gone to they have one that they will do it for you and this place they had no clue anything about it I had to spend $50 to buy one I don't know if I made it work or not so I ended up having to go to a Kia dealer instead and as soon as I can I'm going to take it back because the Kia dealer was in San Jose to another Napa auto parts store so I wouldn't recommend this store they don't know what they're talking about

We walked in and not one word was said to us. We found what we wanted, a bottle of interior cleaner and one of protectant. Sign says 'Two for $10' so we got both. Get to the counter and the guy says it's $12. Claims the 2 for 10 is just the cleaner.Literally all the employees said to me was part of the argument.

Awesome guys, always helpful, polite, & funny. Anything they don't carry, usually arrives within 2 days. Decent amount of welding supplies, too.

Had what we needed, didn't expect them to have 27 mm deep socket, but they had it. Saved the day. Didn't catch the guy's name, but he was very helpful.
