I ve had the pleasure of working with both Cutis and Derek several times on my vehicles and projects. They were courteous, very detailed in pricing, the plan of action and called me every day while working on my projects to inform me how things were going. The crew there is very professional, knowledgeable and have done a great job for me. I had one issue with a leaking airbag system and they worked diligently to get it resolved quickly for me. I highly recommend them for any work you need on your truck or UTV project.Thanks again VDP for all your help on my vehicles.Todd

A coworker of mine had his truck worked on recently and I d happy with Vision Diesel and the work he had done. When my shop could not troubleshoot the codes and warnings I called. Derek and his team were able to diagnose and resolve a limp mode issue on my truck..They were able to get me in quickly knew the right questions to ask to identify the location and cause of the problems.They were able to diagnose and resolve it in the same day! Made a stressful situation into a good experience!Thanks!

Vision Diesel really exceeded my expectations. My truck has been to quite a few shops in the area in the last few years. And, I'm happy I found vision diesel for my transmission swap. If any of y'all need a great diesel mechanic, and you live in Oregon or Washington, I highly, highly recommend Vision Diesel & Powersports! They helped me with a huge build list to get up to somewhere in the realm of 650 WHP in my 2010 3500. It wasn't an easy build, but they went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result! And I have got to say, the owners Derrick and Curtis are real stand up guys, and they have created a lifelong customer out of me! Give them a ring, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Vision Diesel is the only place we trust with our truck! Our 2001 f-350 7.3 runs like new after having a bunch of work done there! Thank you for keeping our truck on the road and saving us tons of money because we don't need to buy a new expensive truck!

I am Very happy with Vision Diesel.I have been having an intermittent loss of power problem with my Chevy Silverado Duramax for about three years. Several other shops investigated and found no problem and did not offer to go further. Vision Diesel was the only one who took an interest in additional investigating. They did extended testing with special equipment that found two possible issues. These were fixed. They also did a parts upgrade that may help ward off problems in the future.

I would recommend this business to anyone who is wanting to invest into their vehicles. When I called to talk w/ Derek the owner he was very helpful and explained everything to me. Told me what would happen and how long it would take. Really it was a very painless process! They truly respect you and your vehicle! We were very lucky as we got a new Randy's Transmission in our Dodge Ram truck. I am very pleased w/ Vision Diesel & Powersports. Thank you for taking such great care of us through this process!!!

I've been very pleased with the service and advice given by the Vision Diesel Performance team. I have dealt with many other so called "Performance" shops only to be turned away when experiencing problems after the fact. When presented with a problem they are very forth coming with the cause and solution to repair the issue and give other options to get better longevity and performance from my 2006 Dodge 2500. They have been quick to point out other potential issues that could have caused me a lot of grief and expense while working on my truck.They have always been very courteous and friendly on the phone and in person to deal with. Never have they used any pressure tactics in trying to sell me an upgrade not needed resulting in a more expensive sale.I would HIGHLY recommend talking to these technicians before considering going to anyone else!Jim

I worked with Vision Diesel when I lived locally. I was always satisfied with their customer service and service work performed on my truck. The same excellent service I have experienced before was true again involving a major modification to my truck. They kept us updated regularly but if there was a situation I should be aware if and make a decision of as well. I am a long time customer and have had a great deal of work done .. upgrading and maintaining my 1998 12 valve cummins of which I am very proud of and happy with thanks to the work done by vision diesel. I really enjoy working with Derek and Curtis.

As a rule I don t write reviews. Reviews are based on perception and must be interpreted accordingly and unless you were there . reviews leave too much room for speculation.But I m breaking my own rule and providing a review for Vision Diesel because they ve earned it, and they deserve it.I considered going into the details as this review covers nearly 9 months of working with Vision on my 20-year-old GMC but what s most important is that they make it right regardless. They re true to their word, work and warranty. The customer service I ve received since I originally had an issue has been outstanding. Their follow-up and follow through is second to none. They have gone over and above to ensure my satisfaction. Because of this I ve now gone back to them several times for other reasons and will continue to do so.If you re looking for a diesel shop, check them out.Thank you, Vision Diesel!Satisfied Customer,Todd

Vision Diesel did extensive work to our 2004 King Ranch truck and we are beyond pleased with the quality of work and their communication throughout the process. This shows great credit to who they are as a company. Would gladly recommend anyone take their diesel truck to Vision for work. Trust the process. Embrace the cost. Finding a good shop to work on my 7.3 F350 has been a challenge, both dealerships and independent shops kept falling short and I found them cutting corners. About 18months ago I started to go to Vision Diesel, from the beginning the experience was different and better. Over this time they have done a lot of work on my truck. Throughout the entire process they kept me updated with scope of work, we talked through changes, completion timelines and costs. Most importantly they followed through with quality work and when needed they honored their work after the fact with good service and good communication. I'll continue to be a customer and encourage others to check out Vision Diesel.

They kept my appointment date, dropped truck off. Truck went into shop exactly when they said. They communicated every day, telling me exactly where they were in the repair process. They recommended other items for repair They found while the cab was off. This reduced the labor cost.They never pushed me to do anything extra, only stated why it was a good idea to do it at that time. The level of integrity vision diesel holds it self accountable to is unmatched.IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT, VISION DIESEL IS THE PLACE.Honest, straight forward, knowledgeable. They took the time to respect the amount of money I was spending.I am one happy customer.Thank you for being a shop I can trust.

Had the EZ Lynk by Calibrated Power tuner and cold air intake installed on my 2018 Ram. Derek was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. This is my first diesel so I didn't know much about tuners but he explained everything nicely and answered all of my questions. Wasn't originally planning on the cold air intake but he recommended it as he has the same setup on his truck, and boy am I glad I did it. The improvement in performance of the truck is night and day difference! Overall, highly recommend Vision!! Top quality service! I will be back soon to have them install a monster ram as well. Won't go to anyone else for diesel service now. They are amazing!

I was in the Aurora area a few weeks ago when my truck just died. Nothing I did could get it started again. The guys at Vision were able to figure out and fix the problem, going above and beyond by working into their completely booked schedule on down time, and got me back on the road with less than a week downtime. Then, the next day, a new problem came up and Derek talked me through the repair over the phone, even though it was after hours. This is now my go to shop, even though they are 30 miles away. I will recommend them to all my diesel friends.

The folks at Vision Diesel really know what they are doing. They have fixed a few things for me and along the way fixed some things that another shop had messed up. If you want it done right, this is the place to go. These trucks are too expensive to take to just any mechanic. Thank you Derek, Curtis, and the rest of the vision team for being so good at what you do. I won't take my truck anywhere else.

Contacted Vision Diesel about doing a reseal and some upgrades to my 2002 ford f250 superduty 7.3. They were prompt with a quote and very knowledgeable. I elected to go with Vision to do the work, and am pleased that I chose them. The whole process was good and timely. They kept me updated daily on progress and any issues or potential issues they noticed. There was a few issues once the initial work was completed that i noticed and so I called with what was going on. Vision was all over it and said bring it in and would get right on it. The problem was quickly diagnosed and it had to do with new injectors not performing correctly. Vision contacted manufacturer and got replacements right away. The customer service at Vision Diesel is excellent and they do care about the customers satisfaction. Only downside is there an hour away, but I'll be going back for all my truck needs. Thanks Derek, and all the crew at Vision.

Once again Vision Diesel to the rescue ! My truck was stolen and the thives took every electronic device..... I bought my truck used and they had it tuned. Well the monitor was taken of course. Called Craig at Vision Diesel "Great Guy" to see what I could do ?He explained a better legal way to fix it, got a new monitor! So now I know what's going on with all the all the performance stuff ! They got me in quickly, found a few little things that needed attention. Surprisingly, called let me know what was up !Never experienced that before.... Like I said Great Crew ! Charges were very fair as well. They've always been there when I needed them, and I will always come back to a Great Vision Diesel Crew !!! Customer satisfaction is a big part of there business, they've always made sure I'm happy with there work. I know I can count on them to treat me with respect as well as the rest of there customers.Thank You Vision Diesel

My 6.4 needed new head gaskets. Derek called me when the tech saw my motor had 2 cracked pistons. With 218k+ miles on the motor, it didn t make sense to go ahead with the head gaskets. Derek gave me a couple options which was nice. I chose the option of replacing the entire long block, turbos, injectors, and pretty much everything related to the motor. Although it was a huge expense, it was the right choice. The VDP people kept me well informed every step of the process and were very professional. I have just under 300 miles on the new motor and so far it runs great.The guys at VDP are great guys with a no nonsense approach to fixing your truck.I recommend them to everyone needing diesel truck repair.
