We took our Momentum to them to fix water damage that was in the kitchen flooring, storage and under belly. We also asked if they could replace the "desk" cabinet with a more functional one. In addition we asked for an extension from the kitchen counter to the new cabinet. The entire team was very knowledgeable, professional and cared. They also saw some manufacturing flaws as far as the screws in our slides and the seals and fixed those. We are really happy with the work and outcome.Thank you to the entire team.

I brought my 2013 Arctic Fox Camper in to them for repairs. They had an employee that they assigned to my camper to do the repairs. They later fired this employee. It should have been sooner. When I was told it was finally done after them having it for months, it was obvious that this employee did not do quality work by any means. The owner then told me that I would have to bring it back to have the siding redone. We had to wait 2 months to get it back in and another couple to get it back. It looks terrible, shoddy work. Lots of bubbles, or areas that the glue did not adhere. I have pictures please see below if you would like to see there quality work. We payed in the thousands of dollars for the work, and we re left with something that we may never be able to sell. I plan to go to every site, blog, you name it, and warn people to steer clear of them. When the owners father owned the business, they produced quality work. This is my opinion and my experience with them. I have the paperwork and more pictures for anyone to see.Very unhappy !!

Needing to get water damaged slider floor fixed, we were directed to Northwest Rv Repair. We are extremely pleased with talking to Guy,Sherry and Beth. All were friendly and happy to help. They were able to get us in in a timely manner. When checking all the things we were concerned about they fixed everything in a very timely manner and was very pleasing to work with on the bill. THANKS to all @ Northwest. Will be seeing you all again. RECOMMEND them highly.Donnie Fetters.

The refrigerator in our RV died and Northwest RV Repair got us in very quickly. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and repaired the unit to get us back on the road for our next trip. Guy and staff were very professional and knowledgeable, we will definitely call them again as new repair issues arise. I highly recommend them them for your rv repairs.

I had a suspension problem on my trailer that another shop did not want to tackle. NW did and the clear top line parts and fabrication work they did have early my trust for sure. Fair price as well.

Great bunch of people to work with. Very busy but willing to take the time to help a guy in need of fast service. Honesty and integrity are the hallmarks of this business. Work done right the first time at a more than reasonable cost. Owner communicates well with the customer and his staff is hopping to keep up with the demands of a first rate shop.

I had a bad roof leak on my 5th wheel trailer. Guy was able to get it into the shop and dried out almost immediately.He had me come down to the shop and see what the problems were, what his plan was and what my options were.He finished the job quick and everything looks good.I'm glad that I called him.

Our trailer had a roof leak. We dropped it off early October. We were told 5-7 weeks because they were busy. They had our trailer almost 4 months and never covered it and never touched it. It sat for 4 months in the pouring down rain causing more damage consequently costing more money. Furthermore, we called 3 times for status updates and never got calls back. Had to drive by to find out it had been sitting in the rain the entire time.

Glad I found this business, and right near my home. I purchased a used class c Rv 3 years ago that had a roof leak that rarely showed itself but was doing unseen damage. Guy diagnosed the problem, quoted a cost and schedule, and followed through with excellent work.

Wbat a blessing it was to find Ed, Guy & the team. These guys really know there stuff. Good work, medium prices. Bring your RV here with confidence but don't be in a hurry. We are all going here too.

We had a water leak in our Coach 5th Wheel never good, and on the eve of Christmas go figure. Although we call them late that night, no where to go, snow and ice everywhere, not only did someone pick up the phone, they stayed late for us, and got us up and running. Thanks and more was in order, for NW.
