Is sunset empire transportation still operating? I've tried multiple times to get info and it doesn't seem very positive, I'm reliant on the bus for work and have just lost an entire day's wage due to bus not showing and still unable to get somebody to answer the phone and I've only gotten the response on Facebook saying "thanks for reaching out"

Disgusting how the head person can still be working there after numerous insults being said over the phone. All need to be fired and actually hire people that have people skills and that are courtesy.I GIVE ZERO STARS

Everybody's heard all the massive rumors about the bigwigs at sunset Transit laundry all the money. Maybe that's why everything sucks now and all the buses are gone. It's sad, the bus systems now are a complete joke. And are making it so hard for so many families just to make a living now.

Drivers are great and knowledgeable, service is usually prompt even during tourist season (unless an unavoidable traffic accident). I'd of given 5stars if it wasn't for the homeless element leaving trash, playing radios, talking chit.

The people here are friendlier than normal! On the transit you actually don't have to be at a bus stop they get picked up! You simply wave them down and they will pick you up no matter where you are! This is the friendliest town I have ever been in!

Been riding the bus for years and this is a great service for the local community. Routes go up and down the coast, fare is cheap, drivers are friendly. The bus holds many adventures and characters to meet, travelers rejoice.

Astoria bus service is horribly undepebdable. It leaves early or comes super late a lot. When you go inside to ask an attendant for help you are met with a rude attitude and horrible customer service. The bus drivers are usually quite nice and helpful unlike the help desk personnel. It's a cheap service and needs a hell of a lot work!!!!

I haven't rode the bus in years. I took it twice recently. Two different days, two different drivers. I don't know why the heck you guys jump curbs, spead and wait tell last minute to stop. A bus isto big to stop on a dime. Y'all need to slow tf down. Every time you drive like that you risk lives.

They need more places to charge your phone while you wait. Nothing sucks more then an hour wait in between bus times and having a dead phone. Having to talk to anyone who walks by and wants to tell you a life story.

Most of the staff is nice and its clean, that being said there is one older lady that called the cops on a family that hadn't done anything wrong and weren't even on property for something that didn't concern her/ wasn't endangering anyone.

Very helpful and polite I like the prices on bus passes and for an extra dollar they will laminate it you can also buy buss passes across from the holiday Inn in seaside

This place is such a pleasure now, new management is truely visible, the employees are very nice, and this is theost cost effective way to get to Portland by far, good attitudes, thank you sunset empire transit

Wasn't allowed on the bus because I did not have a stroller that could fold up and there were no easily identifiable wheelchair accessible spaces even on the vehicle. The bus was also late to it's stop.

Great bus drivers yes some can be cranky but the good ones make up for it..new weekend schedule is now in effect for the seaside cannon beach run

The cost is is good and the maps are pretty easy to figure out. They don't run 24 hours a day being the only mark I have against them.
