This is THE vintage shop to visit when you are in Astoria. I have been to all but maybe 2 shops in this area and absolutely none of them can hold a candle to the selection or the prices at this store. Owners are very sweet and chatty, but also happy to let you go about your shopping in peace. No matter what scratches your vintage itch, they've got it, though clothing is limited and the store is primarily other things. Fabric, notions, cookware, home decor, salvage, linens, toys, books, fishing gear, dishware, you name it. Make sure to set aside a couple hours for this one, because you will get lost in here .. and then you will realize they have a downstairs. They partner with a ton of vendors to stock insane variety. And to reiterate- hands down the best prices in town on most vintage products. Love these guys, almost enough to make the 2 hour drive more often.

This was a fun shop to go to. Lots of cool things all over. The staff was really friendly. One even took the extra time to tell me about a cool old rotary phone. Would definitely go back.

Nice two level antique mall. Found many things that I would be interested in buying but prices were a little high for me.

Amazing array of unique hard to find items among some of the most common oldies but goodies. Definitely something for anyone or everyone. Historic treasures in an historic building in downtown Astoria. Several specialty collector booths among the two floors of shopping space. Aisles are a bit narrow, and lots of glass items, so be careful. Street parking was available close by.

As with any antique place some prices are insane! But really good selection of items to browse through and the staff is always nice.

We visited the store on 8/22/23 on my birthday. The selection of merch/antiques was fantastic. The best part of this store is the two wonderful ladies who work there. Friendly, knowledgeable, they took several pics of our dog, Ferby. The store let us bring him in if we held him, we did. That made our whole day!! Thank You!!

Horrible my wife and I bought what was labeled antique sterling silver bracelet, within an hour it broke reveling it was cheap plastic or ceramic in the middle and not silver. Vendor 60 was there whom the bracelet was sold from, she got very mad at us for in her words breaking it. She insulted me and my wife, she was rude, abrasive, and overwhelmingly accusatory that we were in the wrong. Do not trust this vendor, she did however give us our money back but as she did so insulted us again and got mad saying she can't believe we broke it. Then we were told to get out of the store. Do not buy anything from this vendor at all she is a crook.

I found some old pins from the 40s for wife's birthday. Found a small brass ring box lined with red felt, really neat. Great place to find a hidden treasure.

My girlfriend and I recently went to Astoria for the night for a mini vacation. When bopping in and out of antique stores to kill some time we found what can only be described as our most treasured piece of art in our home. This is a great place if you are looking to find some old-timey things, or just kill some time.

Really fun place to treasure hunt for that must have item. Great and varied selection. Very nice people, clean (as any true antique store can be). Prices are reasonable.Plan to return again.

A sad day. I ve shopped here several times with my task trained service dog. I ve been met with skepticism before and used that opportunity to educate this business about identifying a legitimate service dog. Today when I came in I was greeted by the owner, Tom Schmidt. I told him my dog was a service animal - HE ROLLED HIS EYES and said service animal? Right. I don t mind educating businesses about service animals but after leaving written information with them twice (now 3 times) before I see this business is not open to serving disabled customers.

Every kind of collectible you could ask for. I picked up a double-dot Pepsi six-pack holder from the 40s

It has been a few years since l've been here because it's a two hour drive one way, but it's as awesome as ever. Such great finds! This time I brought my best friend who had never been there before and she absolutely loved it! Owners are friendly and helpful, restroom is clean. Phog Bounders is one of my favorite antique shops!

Our experience in Astoria was marred by one of the two ladies at the counter of Phog Bounders insisting that my service dog was not a service dog. Oddly, this was as we were leaving the store, but before we'd paid for our purchases. Her behavior was not just unprofessional, it was illegal. As I showed her proof of his legitimacy and my doctor's note certifying my need, she threw her hands up and said that I could show her anything I wanted, but "that's not a service animal." I was too flustered to get her name.I feel sorry for the vendors in the store with a woman like that at the counter. With her incautious behavior, she nearly lost the sale. Her employers should know that if I'd felt like pressing a legal claim, I would prevail. The ADA protection for people with disabilities does not empower random shopkeeps to decide what is and what is not a legitimate aid, nor to harass people whose disabilities are made obvious by the presence of a service dog. Please encourage all staff to educate themselves on working dogs, and together review the legal means for shops and restaurants to screen legit service animals. As a side note, any such inquiries should be done at the time a customer enters the store. Confrontation at the time of check-out is simply stupid.

After driving by for many years we stopped to explore Phog Bounders and I was impressed with the variety and quality of the vendors. Two floors full of goods, friendly and helpful staff. I ll definitely stop in again the next time we visit Astoria and would recommend this spot for antique shoppers.Good to know: Street parking Accepts credit cards No public restrooms Lower level didn t appear to be ADA accessible. Seeing eye and hearing ear dogs only.

I LOVE this antique "mall." It has so much variety. I almost always leave with a new treasure when I stop here. My $99 solid wood dresser is from here and I couldn't be happier with it. Light, but solid. Nautical antiques, kitchen items, old holiday decorations, unique fabrics, photography, Japanese items, signs and so much more. Over the 2020 holiday, I found a whale tale handmade mug for under $10. I love this place!

Much like the Tardis, it's bigger on the inside! However, that bigger is positively stuffed with a delightful and eclectic mix of treasures. There is, literally, something for everyone and for every interest. It's a feast for the eyes and a great way to while away an hour or two.

This place was a fantastic place for cruising around and looking for oddities and collectibles. They have a lot of nautical collectibles being that we are in Astoria, there is quite a bit of Asian and Oriental collectibles. The best part of bounders antique mall are the two people working the front counter. There's an elderly gentleman so polite but so friendly and his cohort obviously the lady in charge. They were so kind and informative to me and my wife, thanked us for stopping by and wanted to make sure we knew about the downstairs where there was tons more stuff but we ran out of time. The people that work here make me want to come back they were so kind and inviting.
