Great shop if you like wasting money. I need new brakes they tell me. The brake shop says 40k plus left. They give out quotes for work and try to charge you more double the money after they have done the work without a phone call or any advance notice that there was an issue

Out to the coast with my mom and blew a tire. Had to throw spare on and find the nearest tire shop. Point S was the first to come up so headed on over up and down the hills of Astoria. Only one person in front. They had two tires in stock and we bought them. Lucky us !! Everyone Seems nice here. Thank for the quick repair and decent price.

Had multiple people tell me to stay away from dels but I figured I would support the hometown tire shop, bad idea. Bought a set of tires and the front tires were installed on the truck not balanced making for a terrible vibration and damage to other parts on the truck. Brought truck back in and after waiting another two hours I asked for a refund on the balancing and was told I was being done a favor for not being charged for the repair. Never getting my business ever again.

I got a tire replaced because I wanted to avoid getting any flats and 1 week later I conveniently had a flat on the same tire that was replaced. When I called them they told me there was nothing they could do, couldn't I "put air in it" and drive 30 min to their shop. It is completely flat. And they said because it could be my fault they couldnt help. Absolutly ridiculous. Either this was a complete coincidence or I got a jipped.

They never let me down. In fact, they always give above average customer service and advise, and never with a sense of sales obligation. Quality work, reliable service and more than reasonable prices. I highly recommend any Point S, but especially happy to have the very best at home.

Stopped by to have a tire looked at, that had a slow leak. I was in and out in less then 20mins and the price was great at $20.00. Clean waiting area, friendly and helpful stuff.

Came here from Washington to save on the sales tax. Very accommodating and friendly service. They were quick to get my tires done and understood that I couldn't do them all at once due to funds and I didn't feel pressured to do them all. In fact, they made a deal so I could have 2 matching better tires :) Thanks for keeping me safe!

Wish I could give it a zero. Don't expect any service here. Waited an hour after they took a work order to fix a tire. The guys yacked in the shop, we finally gave up and left.

In July we were on holidays in Washington and Oregon with our family. We got a small nail in the side wall of our rear tire. Stopped at Les Schwab and Costco - both wanted over $1000 for a new set of tires (we just had new tires put on in February) as they couldn t fix it, or replace just a single tire. Del s took a look, gave a quote for $600, and when we returned to pick it up, they said that they could indeed fix it. Cost $20. Tire has had 4000 miles put on since, works beautifully. We are thankful for honest, reliable, efficient service. Much appreciated!!

Here for tires! It's my third time coming here, but first time with three kiddos. One of the awesome employees put on a movie and let us take over the waiting room while we waited for our new tires. Thank you SO much for making it a great experience. I was nervous! I'll only come to Del's for tires!

Service and integrity are priceless. We may never remember what you said. But we will always remember the way you made us feel.. this shop failed in every aspect of service. I brought my wife's car in because it wobbled at speed and pull to the left. After their inspection, they recommended two new tires and reballancing with an alignment. I agreed. After the service the car was worse than when I brought it in initially. They assured me there work was good. Apon re-inspection, they said I had a bent rim, and needed to pay 300 dollars for a replacement used rim to match the 3 others. I said OK. The rim took weeks to arrive and was un usable. I then insisted on refund for the rim and that was almost an act of congress to make happen. I then took the car to different tire shop and they discovered that car had 3 bent rims 2 wrong size tires and the alignment was still off. So after replacing all 4 tires and wheels and re aligning the car its perfect. Now the worst part of this entire situation is the manager of point s in Astoria is man named barney. When I told barney about this, he says sorry about my luck and offered nothing else. I asked him his crew were ASE certified and replied "no none of them are". He hires anyone. Now that means he is letting Un qualified people work on our vehicles. That does not sit well with me at all. Most of all his cavalier attitude toward service and most importantly safety is very alarming. Please consider other choices when choosing your tire service.

I have been told for years that people who work here are idiots and I did not listen and now I am paying the price. So story time I bought new tires for my all wheel drive car 5000 Mrs pass it get a screw in my tire take it ask for it to be fixed under warranty and have them other warranty work done a.k.a. rotate the tires. The rotation does not happen 9000 mile tires fall part and they tell me sorry sir your tires were not rotate we can't warranty them. Another story around 10 year ago when i was a young lad I bought some cheap tires for my truck from them. 900 miles later the tires is falling part I dont really care because I paid close to nothing for them but at this point they are completely smooth the guy working here dear good why are you still driving with these on your truck well you guys put them on less then 1000 mile ago. Guy working here goes. To back comes back hey we are running special 300 dollars for new set of tires

Very nice staff! I got a flat tire and the wheel fell off on my way back to home to Washington, had to nurse my car all to the shop amd wait until they opened but once they did, they were on it!(: the whole staff was awesome and made us feel at welcome and not like we were in the way or a pest for being those "first!" Types of customers. And on top of the A++ in customer service, the car ran like new once they were done! So 10/10 for the whole crew, the repair and honesty!

We were visiting Astoria and got a nail in our tire. The guys at Del's OK were super friendly and got us on our way within an hour. Would definitely recommend.

I LOVE these guys! They helped me when I couldn't find anyone else to work with me. They are courteous and professional. I think they are speedy, honest, and Respectful, I absolutely trust Deld with my tire needs! I keep doing the same thing needing a new tire...same one I needed last time....coming In again this morning... and they have not been seen laughing at me yet. :-) They are the first ones here I think of, and they came up with a creative solution for me last time. I have faith in them. Love Les Schwab, but I'm on a budget right now, so For this problem I'm always choosing Dels okay tire. I know I'll be okay because they can find a tire for me. :-)

Im From Out of Town had an Emergency ( Cheapest Tires in Astoria ) Yes I called around, but even better they got me out with a patch but had needed tores this place is Reasonably Priced and the most kind professionals I met Thanks-The Oregonian

Awesome service, nice fellas, I always come back here. Affordable and friendly. Would and do recommend to everybody. I came into Del's most recently to have 2 tires with air leaks patched, pretty easy and affordable fix at $14 a tire. When it came time to pay they told me not to worry about it and to have a nice day. I have taken all of my vehicles here for repair and they have always been good to me.

Words cannot explain how grateful I am for Klyde and his crew. I was traveling from out of state and got a screw in my tire (thanks bridge construction). I was in need of a tire patch/repair and this shop happened to the closest. I had a car full of people and stuff for our road trip and we were far from home/our destination. Klyde was able to squeeze us in even tho the shop was pretty full, and it was getting towards end of day. My tire was quickly repaired and we were soon our way. Thanks to all at Del s OK Point S Tire for going out of the way to help us and ensuring that we were able to get back on the road safely.

Emergency situation occurred where a local dealer didn t correctly tighten the lug nuts on our vehicle. Del s instantly jumped on it and got us back on the road safely with no hesitation! Great customer service is an understatement to describe this shop.

Great people, good service, good recommendations. They take care of my commercial truck and personal vehicle tires, and I keep coming back because of the people and the service. A new set of car tires almost doubled the value of my car but they still took the time to use seat covers and wash the wheels, which I found hilarious.

Great group of employees. While sitting in the waiting area , we heard numerous phone calls where the responses were positive and friendly. While vacationing on the coast we had a tire blow out. They were promt in ordering the tire on and fit us in for install even during the busiest time of year (stud tire installs). Good job guys!!!

They were knowledgeable about what to do about the staple in the "shoulder" of our tire. They were honest and very fair priced. We appreciated their servicing our vehicle in a timely manner, as we were visiting the area when we needed their service.

The BEST customer service!I was an existing customer and I got a nail in my tire. My spare was stuck due to a bad bolt and Del's came to my location, filled and temporarily patched my tire until I could get to their location. They patched my tire and freed up the stuck bolt on my spare!
