I spent more money than expected, but that was completely my choice. I drive a great but older Toyota model that s been really good to me, and I want to take care of it. I didn t do everything that was suggested to me, but I didn t feel high-pressured into buying more products or services than I needed. Employees are courteous and thorough.

These people they are always good communication good take care of my car. They always offer everything they have to do and this time they offer everything from my big to run. Great I m in Canada right now before I come to Canada. They did a good service to my vehicle thank you to everybody.

Always love going to oil stop. The crew is so friendly every time. I never feel pressured to do any of the add-ons...of which they offer many, but I never feel like I have to, especially because they say at the start that they don't work off of commission. They are incredibly fast, and always have $20 off coupons which helps so much. I always feel really well taken care of. Thanks

Staff was very helpful and efficient in getting the job done. I went in to get an oil change but they checked all the parts that might potentially need service and let me know the status. For every service they told me how much it would cost before doing the service. And best of all I didn t have to wait forever to get the work done.I will definitely be going back next time I need my car serviced.

I have been a customer of Ashland's Oilstop Drive Thru since 2005 and have always been impressed with the friendly, efficient service the staff provides. I really like how they act as a "team" by communicating with each other at each step of the job as a way of double checking completion and avoiding oversight. They have kept records of my service, and without being "pushy", they remind me of service that should be carried out according to a recommended time/mileage schedule. At my recent visit, one of the staff showed me a small black rubber "plug" and told me that the one on a rear brake drum was missing, and that they would replace it. I'm impressed that the undercarriage inspection of my vehicles is that detailed.

the folks here are SO amazing, and go so completely above and beyond. it's almost overwhelming how many questions they ask, how much they show you the progress as you go, how well they explain each and every thing - probably because we're all so used to how much other places don't put the effort in. from the friendly greeting, to a beverage while you wait, to a patient explanation of everything they're doing, and everything they could do - it's really legitimately FIVE STAR service. So nice and friendly and efficient, I can't remember having as good an experience ANYwhere else.

I love taking my car to Oilstop Drive Thru in Ashland. It is so convenient, they do a great job, it is cost effective, and I believe they genuinely care about their customers and making sure your car is in a better condition than when it came. I highly recommend.

Although this oil change was more expensive than what I ve previously experienced at places like Jiffy Lube, I believe I received a tremendous value and speedy service from this first-time visit. The service was above and beyond anything I ve ever experienced.A sharp-eyed attendant identified a bulge in the sidewall of one of my tires and recommended that it be replaced asap to avoid a potential accident or blowout.We took the car to Les Schwab to get an 2nd opinion and address the problem and that day we got a new tire.I m very grateful to the attendants at Oilstop for making me aware of a potentially dangerous problem.I would definitely recommend their services and I plan on taking my car there in the future.

Can't say enough good things about the Ashland Oilstop. Very kind, very courteous, very honest. I was amazed at how little time their 32 point service took. Nick and Jose were wonderful! They checked everything they said they would and put my mind at ease about a lot of the things I couldn't check for myself. I will definitely be a return customer!

Always friendly helpful and supportive. I ve used them for years. Staff is knowledgeable and never feels pushy. You get in and out quickly. Definitely recommend them.

I'll be back. Quick service done right. Proper customer service, not all in your face but enough contact to feel like they haven't forgotten you or that they don't care about you as a customer. They don't try to upsell you on anything, and I appreciate that! If you need a quick oil change this is the place!

Thorough and knowledgeable , very polite. Did everything the motor required . No long wait and I didn t even have to get out of my car. Relieved to drive for miles free from anxiety!

Very helpful. Professional and friendly. Went beyond to help me with the check engine light issue at the end. Let me know what I was looking at before going to a mechanic. There is always a lot of upsells with these types of drive-thru oil changes companies but they they prefaced all that by telling me that they don't get commissions and explained to me that they're not just trying to sell like things that it's just part of the process. Luckily my car actually needed most of that stuff cuz it's been soooo long so it was nice to just be able to get it all done at once. I'll go back.

Damaged my transmission while doing the service on it. Have to get it fixed by an auto repair shop. This is the second time I have experienced a problem with their service. They put on the wrong windshield wipers that permanently scratched my front windshield. I went back to exchange them, but the scratches remained. For a simple oil change, they are okay.

I ve been getting my oil changed @ my local OilStop for years now. I keep going back because they treat me with courtesy & while offering products there is never any pressure to purchase. They re fast & efficient and I m in & out!

I have a question. I changed the synthetic oil. But on the window stamp he gave me he says I have to return in 3000 miles. Is that correct? The service is perfect, they are very fast and friendly.

The experience was great, customer service is top notch. I understand everything is going up in price but 67.00 for an oil change, fluid top off and tire pressure checked seems a bit high.
