I recently just bought a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport.Matthew Wright showed me the features that came with my vehicle. He was honest and friendly throughout the whole process. This guy is who you want in your corner. He fought for me to get my dream car: within my budget. I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone in the market thinking of buying a used or new vehicle. Max is a genuine person who made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process at Butler Ford: great listener, no pressure, enjoyable test drive, very knowledgeable, and good about further research when needed. He went through the whole truck with us and took the time giving us a great review when picking up the truck a few days later. We love our truck and the buying experience was superb!

We had a great experience at Butler Ford! Matthew was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we found the right Bronco for us. Ken made the financial process smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Eric was also very friendly and made us feel welcome! I would definitely recommend this Butler Ford to anyone in the market for a new car.

We had a great experience here, Alberto, Steve, Craig and Jeremy all helped us with our new purchase, with another purchase expected in the next few months. We re expanding our painting fleet and these guys were professional and helpful. We didn t feel pressured and felt supported throughout the process. I've been looking for a vehicle on market place for over a week. One morning the Fiat appeared. I instantly fell in love! My son called Butler Ford and set up an appointment. We live in GP, so we had a drive. We got to Butler around 6pm. The car was up front ready . Everyone there was awesome! The services we received was great! We joked, laughed while we did paperwork. I felt totally relaxed. I felt like I've known them for years!!! I love my lucky bubble (that's her name)!! Thank all of you at Butler Ford for making my experience memorable!!

I had a great experience at Butler Ford. Firstly, please note that I haven't owned a car since 1999. (I've lived in big cities where a vehicle wasn't necessary). So purchasing a car was a big deal for me! Nathan was my guy and he was perfect - encouraging but not too pushy. He communicated with me for a couple of days leading up to the purchase, answered all my questions and guided me to get insurance. He even came to pick me up to take me to the dealership. He seemed honest about the condition of the car and like he genuinely wants people to find the right fit. They helped get me financing (which I had previously been discouraged about) and I drove home in my new (used) car. Now I'm on the road for the first time in 25 years! Thanks guys!

Alberto was awesome to work with! I called a few minutes ahead of stopping by the dealership and he was able to have the vehicle we were looking for parked out front, ready for us to check out.He and Jeremy were very helpful in the trade-in and purchase process, and worked with us to make the deal that made sense for our family.Overall the process was made better by the kindness and assistance of these guys. Although, my daughter is certainly going to miss her first car. Thank you both!

I cannot say enough good things about the guys at Butler Ford! Car shopping is something I absolutely hate. Usually you deal with sales people that don't care about you, just making money. The guys at Butler Ford I dealt with are truly good people. They cared about me, and I never felt like they were trying to just make a buck. Eric Edgar and Matthew Wright are the best! I bought a beautiful Explorer ST from them in October and less than a month later I was t-boned and my car was totaled. Being in a major accident is both frightening and emotional. Eric and Matthew were kind and helpful when I needed it. Even helping me to file my gap claim. I called Eric and he found me the same car and had it waiting for me. I picked up my new Explorer ST last week. Eric and Matthew were such a tremendous help getting me back on the road. I would not buy a car anywhere else!

I went to Ford Butler in Ashland not expecting to find anything that fits my needs. I ve been discouraged because of how my credit was not getting me anywhere. I m grateful I took a chance with Ford Butler. From the moment I walked in the double doors I felt welcome. I felt that this was IT!!! Matthew Wright was very helpful and very patient with me. I highly recommend him to anyone who s looking to buy. Trust me he s your guy!!! The whole staff and different departments were very professional and very helpful. If you want a place where you are never pressured or feel like people are hustling you This is the place. They care and they go above and beyond to meet your needs. Thank you guys so much!! Crater Ford has a fantastic staff both in sales and service. Megan in service always gets us right in and out with our repair needs. She definitely knows her stuff and is always kind and professional.Jake in sales just sold us our first Ford Mach 4EV and we love it! He was very patient and thorough with no sales pressure. I really appreciated that from him. A fantastic sales experience.Nick in finance is amazing as well. Nick always makes the process for us quick and easy. He too is very professional and kind.Bottom line is Crater Ford has an incredible staff which my family and I greatly appreciate.

Was driving through on my way back home to California, and had an issue with my brakes. Not only did Tommy Gibson fit me in to the schedule, but they took care of it in a timely fashion and were very welcoming to my dog who was making the trip with me. Every person working stopped and said hello to him and made us both feel welcome and comfortable in a situation that could have been stressful. Turns out there was gravel in my brake pad, so they removed it and sent me on my way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience across the board. If I lived in Ashland, this would be the only place I brought my Ford. Kevin and I both thank you immensely.

Joel and his team were wonderful to work with. I live in Brookings which is 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership and we were able to work out all the details ahead of time before making the drive out there. Rocky in sales was wonderful to work with as well, and did a great job taking care of me when I got there. He also did a very thorough walk-through of the new F150 that I purchased and even got my phone set up before I left so that I could use all the features on the way home.Everyone there was very professional, and willing to help in any way that they could. They had the vehicle ready to go before I got there to minimize time spent in the dealership.It was a no pressure sale and the finance process was easy and quick. Very friendly staff. I appreciate the transparency and willingness to help from the finance manager Ken as well. I will be buying all of my vehicles from here in the future.

Butler Ford made me pay $6,000.00 for a transmission failure that was supposed to be covered under my 3 year lease and 36,000 mile full warranty after I had only leased it for a year and a half with only 12,000 miles on it. I have paperwork that shows it was supposed to be covered under warranty. The dismissing arrogance of the GM and rudeness of the service manager were the worst I ve ever experienced at a dealership. BEWARE with them, don t say that you weren t warned!

Today I visited Butler Ford in Ashland. They were absolutely amazing. Matthew Wright was a delight to work with. He asked questions in order to match the perfect vehicle for my needs.Joel Nickerson didn t stop working until he landed the deal of the century for me. This was not an easy task and I didn t expect to drive away in a brand new BRONCO.Rocky Moore took over and downloaded the Ford app on my cell which is the most helpful app on my phone! My family and I purchased a used vehicle from Butler Ford today and the process was reasonable and the folks were helpful. Steve Green helped us from start to finish, along with a few of his associates. We didn't feel pressure from Steve and he took the time to show us some other options (some less expensive) before we ultimately purchased the vehicle we went there to see. If they have a car there you are interested in, give Steve a call. We are happy with the purchase and the experience.

Hands down the BEST car buying experience I ve had!!Joel the manager, went out of his way to make us comfortable and help us get just what we wanted. Definitely a no pressure environment!Rocky was so sweet and helpful! He was very knowledgeable! He patiently took the time to show me everything my car had to offer and how to use all the bells and whistles! Keith was equally as helpful and patient with us! Even though we kept everyone a little late, everyone was smiling and never once made us feel like an imposition. I love my new car! I received an email to review Butler, the email stated call them first if there are any issues. The salesman also stated this. So I contacted them about an issue before I left this review.I Bought a used F150 from them on trade. Overall decent truck for the mileage and price. But, the salesman and I heard a buzzing sound in the dash when test driving. Salesman said it s the radio which I could have lived with. Found out after I bought it by a simple internet search that it is the recirculating/fresh air door actuator. A common problem apparently. This is a $2000 job per my research because it involves removing the dashboard. The general manager said to bring it in for a free diagnosis and I ll see what I can do. Service said everything working fine. I then sent the general manager a video with the abnormal sound from the dash clearly present. He has not replied. They didn t follow through on my issue, or didn t want to, and service didn t do a thorough job investigating the problem even after I told them what I thought the issue was. Not satisfied with Butler Ford.

Everyone at Butler Ford was extremely helpful! When I played my order for my 2023 Bronco, Craig was there all the time keeping me up to date on my order. When it arrived, Joel and Eric were extremely helpful and Ken in finance worked his magic on finance rates. I was given the tour, and Tommy and Jeremy in service will be taking care of my service needs! When all is said and, never done..Butler Ford is the place to create generational experiences as we will return many times as well as my friends and family!
