Everyone at the body shop is amazing!!! Their life time paint warranty is very reassuring. I had body work done on my vehicle and I didn t even recognize it when I went to pick it up!!! Very friendly staff, Larry Moss and Frank Robles were easy to work with, Butler Collision Center did a great job on our Sonata repair. Also, worth noting; my battery went dead while I was in the parking lot when we came to pick up our car; Frank Robles quickly responded! He fixed my battery (it came loose) and got my car running. How nice to have such friendly helpful service! I felt blessed!

Butler Collision Center repaired my car to NEW status! I was totally amazed of the quality job that they did. Frank was an amazing technician that kept me well informed of my cars status and when it would be ready for me to pick back up. I would recommend Butler Collision again and again I give their workmanship and customer service a 10 out of 10!

Butler Collision Center did an excellent job on the repairs to my car. After a winter mishap, I was so grateful for the work they did to get me back up and running. I highly recommend them all the way around. Butler treats you like a customer that they want to see return. They have always been honest and fair with me. If fact I have purchased three cars from them in the last 3 years and I have been extremely pleased with every interaction I've had there. I consider myself a lifetime customer. Thanks for your help this time around Frank & Joe!

Butler is the best place for repairs and service. I used to go to Lithia and was always disappointed with how they explained things, how long things took and how much they charged.When I hit my side mirror on a cement column and busted the casing, I decided to switch to Butler for the repair because I had used them years ago with great satisfaction. It was the right choice to return to them. They ordered the parts needed for next-day delivery (I m sure this depends on availability) and got me fixed up within a couple of days. I also got the car detailed and had some service done, and Frank in the collision center worked closely with Joe in service to make it as easy and painless for me as possible. Reasonable prices, friendly service, prompt communication. Thank you so much, Frank, for making this entire process positive and easy! I ll be back whenever I need anything done!

I picked up my Acura from the Butler Collision Center and was thrilled with the excellent job they did. It looks like new again and the collision team worked hard to have my car ready in time for my trip. Both Joe and Larry are very professional and I will always appreciate their kindness.

Butler did a great job repairing our new Sonata hybrid (teenage gal backed into it while parked). Frank Robles, the manager, took good care of the details and kept us informed.7 months after above accident, was hit again, this time we were stopped at light and was rear ended by a corvette that fled the scene. Again Frank and Larry at Butler took great care of Us and the shop did a great job, looks like new.

I just picked up my truck from the collision center. The repairs took quite a bit because of dealing with my insurance company. Butler Collision was very good about advocating on my behalf. They kept me in the loop along the way and the repair looks perfect! The quality of the work, constant communication, and over-all helpfulness of the staff really helped put the stress of damaging my truck behind me. Will be sending anyone I can their way from now on. Butler Collision Repair fixed a scratch on my Ford F-150! Frank took great care of us and the work was completed in a timely manner! The quality of work was awesome! I highly recommend them!

Frank and his team did an amazing job! They were courteous and professional. I got my truck back better than when I first bought it. Frank even did a lot of the work himself. Frank even paid for my rental when it went beyond his deadline. Amazing! Thank you.

I had a great experience working with Larry and Frank. Body shop did a nice job repairing my car. They were quick, friendly. It was a nice surprise to find it had been nicely washed, vaccumed and back to normal.Thank you Butler collusion repair. .

Got into a little fender bender in my Hyundai Accent. Thanks to Frank Robles and the awesome staff at the Butler Collision Center, My car looks better now than when I got it. Not only did they do an awesome job on the repairs and paint, they washed, cleaned inside and out and detailed it for me. When I picked it up, it looked like a new car. I couldn't be more pleased. They went above and beyond. Great Service, I highly recommend these experts.

I had a great experience. Since they were working with my insurance, I appreciated how hard the staff worked to make sure we were all on the same page. The staff made me feel well-respected during this difficult time, even when we were repeatedly reviewing information for clarity. Communication from them during this time was excellent: having a collision center actually call when they say they're going to call is priceless when you're waiting on your livelihood to get out of the shop.

I pretty much feel like Frank is my best friend by now. He has been so helpful with getting our van fixed. I showed up the other day to drop it off and pick up a rental, and was totally overwhelmed with my two toddlers and their car seats. He grabbed it all and helped me get the kids squared away. My little boy literally calls him Uncle Frank now! Seriously best customer service of my life!

We're grateful for the kind, courteous, and professional service rendered to my wife and I at Butler Collision Repair. Their quick response to our very damaged car helped relieve a tremendous stress we were under after our car accident during the severe winter conditions of ice and snow. Following the accident, our car was delivered to the Hyundai dealership in Medford on Saturday. We were able to contact the General Manager/Owner Frank Robles on his cell phone which put things into action. We also were immediately given a rental car and the process was underway. During this time, the management and employees, like Mr. Larry Moss, also made this process smooth. We felt very grateful for the pick-up and delivery of our car to the collision center in Ashland and back after repair. We appreciated the workmanship, explanation, and handling of details in this major repair service. We highly recommend this service to those in need.

Got truck front bumper, hood and grill repaired. Got truck home, noticed vibration and noise r/f area under the hood. Looked and found house clamps not tightened to air filter inlet. Also found bolts holding r/f fender to firewall bracket not tightened. Rather than go back and wait again, fixed this issues myself. Original repair took 1 month. Butler did a poor job of keeping me informed on progress of repair.Service manager made all this right in a very professional, positive response. I am now completely satisfied and will continue to refer others to Butler Ford Collision.

Worked with Frank Robles and his team to get my Kia Soul s bumper fixed after it was rear ended in a parking lot . They were great! Set me up with a rental, talked with me about the progress the entire time, very friendly and didn t even mind that I had two little ones in tow with me during the whole process. Loved working with them, my Kia looks brand new again.

My new Kia was keyed on the driver side and part of the back a few days after I go it. After I went through insurance I contacted them at the Kia dealer in Medford, they told me about Frank at the Collision center.Things were super easy and organized as far as all of the paperwork to get my car taken care of. I was able to get a loaner car while they fixed mine.The car looked great when I got it back! I needed to go back about a month later to have my car re-coated agsin. Everything worked out great and it looks good. Very happy with their services and people there.

After an unfortunate fender bender with my 20year old Subaru Legacy, I needed a new hood and some minor work done. Frank Robles the manager at Buttler Collision Center in Ashland went above and beyond the call of duty. He dealt with my insurance in a professional, knowledgeable way, explained to me all I needed to know, and laying out my options. While Frank looked high and low for a replacement hood, he went so far as to give me a loaner hood for safe driving from one of his own cars! Before my car could be fixed, Frank relocated to California to take on a new position, but trusting me with his loaner hood still. He never stoped caring. Larry Moss took over after Frank left. He guided me through the rest of the steps with ease and kindness. Larry also found a fitting used replacement hood, showed it to me for my approval and then got my car ready within two days. They did a great job, the dented and paint peeling replacement hood is unrecognizable. It looks completely new! Thank you Frank Robles and Larry Moss, and the whole Collision Team for your care and great work!

Our family has been long-term customers of the Butler Automotive Group, and have occasionally had to have collision work done on our autos. Our most recent interaction with Butler Collision Center occurred when a deer jumped out from an embankment and collided with the front passenger side of the vehicle. We immediately advised our insurance co that we would prefer to go through Butler Collision Center. We had Larry Moss and Patrick Hanlan as the representatives helping us through the repair process. As always, Larry was a tremendous help, and during the times where Larry was assisting another customer, Patrick was right there to step in.Thank you so much Larry and Patrick!.

Frank and Larry at Butler Collision Center did a great job of fixing my car. They took care of everything, made sure I had a rental car and delivered my repaired, freshly washed car right on schedule. They are terrific.

I have consistently experienced professional, courteous service at Butler Acura Ashland.Recently I had an accident and worked with Frank in Collision.He was extremely helpful as he interfaced with the insurance company and communicating repairs needed.I can not speak highly enough of the genuine care and level of service I received during that experience.I would also compliment the service of Joe Butterfield.I recommend Butler Acura Ashland to my friends when I hear they need vehicle service and/or repair.Much GratitudeCyndi Grewe

The service here at butler collision is impeccable.I am a single mother on a limited income and I had much anxiety about my ability to cover the cost.However Frank in the service department handled me with care, compassion and grace. Not only did he spend many of hours between my ins. And i, he also did research and took much time to make sure I was pleased and settled within the out come of cost He went far beyond "service expectation" and I tell you what he put a big smile on my face and tears of joy in my heart. this experience has changed my intire perspective on what "excellent" really means.Frank, I will do my best to raise my kiddos to become a person like you. The serviceI received from you and your department has earned nothing less than my respectat a level of beyond belief.

Excellent service and my car looked like new after my detailing. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I could have saved a little bit of money at another place, but I chose Butler because I have had my car detailed there in the past and I know they do a great job.

Butler Collision Repair helped fix my moms car after she was in an accident. They were so helpful during this traumatic experience. They drove out to Gold Hill to pick up her car and bring her a rental car. Once the car was done they met her in town to drop it off . The repairs were seamless and made the car look brand new. We will definitely continue to use Butler Collision Repair in the future. You guys are amazing!

I was thrilled when I took my new Explorer in for some minor body work and it was completed in less than 24 hours! I mean, who does that??? Well, Frank and his team at Butler Collision Center did! Not to mention my vehicle looked stellar! Everyone was so personable and friend I could have easily had a few cups of joe from their sweet little coffee bar and stayed awhile...it's just that great! Thanks guys!

Frank and the crew at butler collision center took great pride in repairing my new black lariat F150 after a kid peppered the entire left side of it with rocks from a weed eater...I was kept informed throughout the entire process, and the manager personally delivered my truck to my house! The work was impeccable and the service was excellent!

Just picked up my Kia Sedona from the Butler Collision Center inAshland, Oregon. The car now has it's "brand new" finish again.Inside and out all the damaged areas have been repaired and/orreplaced. Thank you so much Butler Collision Center for taking suchgood care of my vehicle.Also thanks to the rental car area that was able to place me in a vehiclefor the duration of the repair.I love dealing with Butler Ford and it's affiliates! Repairs are good but it took a long time for them to be finished.The body shop had to correct repairs done by another body shop on my one week old 2017 Kia Sorrento. Took about five weeks longer than estimated due to insurance issues and getting the correct parts ordered. I am happy with the car but missed out on 4 and 1/2 months of driving my new car after being rear-ended. If I am ever in a collision in a new car again, I will take it directly to the dealer body shop.
