All I have to say is wow! This is one of those businesses that you wish every business followed. First of all let me tell you about Bill. He's the owner and he's one heck of a great guy. Besides being a great owner he's patient with his employees and every single instance with a customer's vehicle, he takes the time to teach his employees how to do a properly and safely. All in all a great experience thank you so much guys and thank you bill! I brought my 1992 school bus in for a new windshield, which most companies won't do and a bunch of flat glass. They got me scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and I was in and out within a few hours. Can't say enough good things.

I am so impressed by the level of service and amazing chip (bulls-eye) windshield repair job from Bill's in Ashland. The front desk was super friendly and the entire process took less than 20 minutes for the drop-in repair (no appt). I can't even see the chip in the windshield and I'll definitely be coming back again if needed. I'd give 6 stars if Google reviews allowed it.Service: Auto windshield repair

I called my insurance company about my broken windshield and this was the business they recommended to me. They got me in right away, they had a nice little area where I could sit and wait, and they did a great job. I am very happy with Bill's Glass.

The entire team was super helpful, pleasant and all around such a joy! The atmosphere was great, fun and easy going all while having a great work ethic. The gentleman that helped me was great! Fixed my car, saved me sooo much money and just an awesome dude. Could not give enough stars. Communication is just nonexistent. Spent 3 weeks trying to get a simple quote, filled out their online quote form multiple times, sent and responded to emails, left a message and tried calling several times. Really my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt and wasting my time.

Soo this is the first review I ve ever left! This place is amazing, and I wish all businesses would follow suit. Our brand new Highlander had the rear view mirror fall off and it s been so hot the glue we ve been using won t work. They got us in the same day, on a day they were closing early and fixed it free of charge! The office staff and the guys in the back were all amazing! I highly recommended this business to everyone!

I have a notoriously tough-to-replace windshield on my FJ Cruiser, and Will's technicians have the expertise and commitment to deliver 100% satisfaction. Also, Brook, the receptionist, provided excellent customer service. They all provide a wonderful family-owned-and-run feel, that no franchise chain will ever be able to compete with.

We had a problem with a window that we had opened so far that we had dislodged the mechanism. But, we had also had a problem since the window had been installed that the installers attributed to poor framing, namely that the window could not close all of the way, a problem that had nothing to do with Bill's. When Tyler fixed our mechanism, we found that the window now closed perfectly, so in 10 minutes he solved what had been a troublesome and long-standing issue. Thank you so much.

The man I dealt with gave me a runaround and was seemed hostile. When asked if he wanted my business, he said no. I have never ha such rude and aggressive treatment at any business in Ashland or Medford in the decades I have lived in the area.

Bills glass has always treated me right. They have donated to causes I support and epitomize the "mom and pop" service that has disappeared in the world of big box services. Prompt, honest, and courteous service is there standard, and the do pretty much anything that has to do with glass!

A rock hit our windshield while traveling on I-5 resulting in a 2+inch spider crack. We stopped at the shop in Ashland, OR around 4:45pm, and Bill's glass closes at 5pm. We were driving over to Klamath Falls that evening, where it was supposed to freeze that night. Not only did Monica look at the window for us, but got us right in to try and prevent the window from cracking further, and stayed late to make sure it was finished for us. On top of all of this, they ended up waiving the fee because we contacted our insurance company, and we had a $0 deductible on our insurance for replacing the windshield. If I could give Bill's Glass, Brooke, and Monica 10 stars I would! Thank you again!

Best find in Ashland! These fellas were professional, knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing and resolving our atrium leak issue. Highest recommendation, hands down the best in the business!!!
