We went there to get some snacks for the road trip ending up getting some corn dogs and hotdogs. After my daughter ate the hot dog, she became really sick and has been in bed for two days. So recommend don t eat there hot food unless you want food poisoning, also ended up throwing 3 1/2 corn dogs in the trash because they were really old. Worst gas station food ever stay away from this place

Came all the way from Washington ran out of gas trying to get to gas station and it was 3:00 in the morning come to find out they close at 10:00pm. I as baffled to find out they closed and didn t at least have the pumps available to use. Waited several hours till they opened.

They will not fill mounted propane tanks on Class A MHs. Only smaller portable bottles.

NOT A 24/7 GAS PUMP!! Awful experience here but also we re so unlucky. They have no hours posted online anywhere, but they close at 10 open at 5 you re welcome travelers. We arrived at 11pm and had to park overnight at the park across the street and nap in our car while we waited for the place to open, we just refused to stay in the inn next door. Only gas station on this exit and not another for 25+ miles. Please fill your tanks when they are 1/3 from empty so you don t get stranded like we did!

Some awesome people here ! Marry is great ! Thank you so much for the use of the parking lot across the street to park my trailer in occasionally! You folks are some good people I can t thank you enough

We arrived barely a minute or two after they closed and were pleading for a chance to use the pump with our card, not even go in, and they still said we couldn t. We were left stranded because the next gas station was 20 miles out and we had no idea this town only had 1 gas station. Just never thought there d be so little compassion and kindness. Just this one small task would ve saved us from so much stress and anxiety after traveling out to Oregon from Washington state. I couldn t believe the two workers couldn t have possibly done anything to help people out.

Stopped to fill up my car. Pump wouldn t pump fuel after many attempts and several calls for help backed up my car to pump behind it. Many attempts and, again, many calls for help on the call button, was finally able to fill up car. Help never came out. I still don t know how I made it work. Employees need a class in Customer care. I don t recommend this gas station.

I live in Arlington and went here on 2 different days at 2 different times to try to buy gas. Waited over 20 mins both times and gave up. Found out later that they are self serve. It wasn't before. Never saw a sign that said that, and no one who worked there ever mentioned that fact. They saw me sitting there and walked by my vehicle multiple times to other people. That's why I thought they are just busy. They couldn't tell me?? Rude, and unprofessional.

The attendant turned out all the lot lights WHILE WE WERE PUMPING GAS & CLEANING THE WINDSHIELD! He stopped the pumps as well, so we didn't even get a dollar's worth of gas. Apparently they close at 9:55 pm, not 10. Thank goodness we weren't running on E.

Needed gas after hours. All the pumps are off. Person inside store refused to give us any gas. Understandable beings they were closed. Explained our situation, that we did not have enough fuel to get to next town with a gas station. Still refused to even give us 1 gallon. Always stop here on our way through town to fuel up and grab some snacks. We will never give another dime to this store.

The Owner was super helpful and friendly. My husband and I broke down on Christmas night. She was kind enough to make some suggestions after a night full of others refused to help.Great gas prices. We will stop here every time we travel through.

Pump says self serve with card but still can t get gas if the store is closed. Driving late and literally have to sleep in my car in front of the pump for 6 hours so I can make the last three hours of my trip..

We have stopped here for snacks and a drink a couple times when traveling the gorge. Its a quick stop from I-84 to get off / On the Interstate. Highlights are 89 cent fountain drinks in Styrofoam cups that keep your drink cold for hours. The deli Items I would avoid as they taste like they have been sitting around for a while and were quite dried out. If you got time or need a break take a look at the park across the road.

Buy your snacks here and forget about the "grocery" store behind it. Especially, if you need to use the restroom. The prices are about the same and the selection on road trip snacks is better. The line to the restroom can be long because the grocery store either dosn't have one or won't allow customers to use it. Just skip the store and come here.

Had to wait 30 minutes when we got here at 630- pumps aren t turned on until then. This is the only gas station in 30 miles, so if you don t have enough gas you just have to wait.

They wouldn't accept my gas rewards, which isn't that big of a deal. But then the attendant filled my car with premium when I asked for regular, so I ended up paying seven extra dollars for my little sedan's refuel. When I asked about a refund, the poor old man said it was his fault and offered some crumpled dollar bills out of his locker. He was clearly worried about getting fired, so I just ate the overcharge and drove off. Best to avoid this mess of a business.

My wife stopped for gas in Arlington, OR. on 6/19/2019. The attendant filled our front tank without asking, which was duct taped closed because it doesn't work. He didn't ask, he put 15 gallons in a tank we cannot use and has a hole in it, so it leaked the gas all over their parking lot. When my wife went in to complain, the Owner decided to tongue lash my wife instead of taking any responsibility for the gas loss or careless actions of their employees. Her husband helped siphon out 11 gallons; which he proceeded to dump in the ditch, instead of disposing of it properly. The Owner refused to give my wife any kind or refund or compensation. Should be reported by an Oregonian to the EPA. HORRIBLE!

Jayme baker clerk frauded me for 30 dollars. I paid 32.49 then he said the gas shut off and charged me another 30 dollars on my card. Duplicate transactions, I reported fraud but my money is held up. Waiting until tomorrow to see if police investigation needs to take place. I hope management can fire him.

good price but refueling does not stop automatically when the tank is full. I don't know how many gallons, I lostbefore I saw the diesel pouring through. Staff absolutely not friendly, they know about probm and not willing to fix

Pumps are not working outside of open hours. Had to wait half an hour although cashier was already inside. No information anywhere about opening hours either.Do not go here!

This place says self served but the pumps are closed at night and closed on holidays. Horrible way to make money and retain customers. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.Love a friendly local

One of the few places left that has diet caffeine free coke on tap. Easy to get in and out of and very convenient very easy to get to, on and off the freeway, either direction! If you are going east or west, it doesn't matter. This is the place you want to stop and top up your gas if you don't mind high middle prices, then this is your place. As well as your quickest on and off freeway gas station until pendleton or biggs, and biggs gets very busy though.

Workers are lazy. Dont open ontime with store hours. If you want a bag for your purchases you have to buy one. Haha really?

Tried to get gas at the SInclair at Rufus, no one would help us nor could we get the pump to work. Drove to Arlington and gassed up at the Shell Station, attendant was friendly and speedy. This will be our place to get gas while traveling.

Old review from September-26-21 Good gas always , only downside there was only one window squeegee to clean your car windows. So when its busy 8 some cars there everyone had to wait to use it

Incredibly frustrated with the lack of posted service hours. My family and I are currently stuck waiting for a tow truck because we assumed a major gas station chain would having working pumps round the clock.

They shut the pumps off at night. I just started fueling and without saying anything the cashier shut the pumps off on me and walked out the back door. Sleeping in my car.
