It was mostly clean. Opted for this establishment because online they offer breakfast, yeah if you consider breakfast a half empty bottle of Sunny D and Hostess coffee cakes and brownies breakfast. There were dead flies all over the bathroom floor. For a room booked for 4 (2 adults 2 kids) there were 2 towels. It is an older establishment and definitely in need of refurbishment.

We made reservations a week in advance. Spent 20 min on the phone with them. Before I gave them my credit card info I confirmed that it was for 1 room and 2 occupants. Upon arriving we were told it was 1 room for 1 occupant and 10$ more then what they stated on the phone and if we wanted 2 people in 1 room it be more expensive. We decided not to stay and when we told them they became aggressive to the point of following us to the car and leaning in the car window. I asked they to remove themselves from the car and they eventually did. HORRIBLE experince

Ok so I am not sure why people are so harsh on previous reviews, for the price it's a 4 star joint, staff was friendly and accommodated my wanting bottom floor, room was organized and clean, and is walking distance from a store/deli and a pizza place. Across the street is a waterfront park this is a convenient place. I think some previous reviews that given low ratings are just "that kind of people", you know ice water in hell type. Really though they've got my vote.Rooms: Comfy cleanNearby activities: Water front park, stores and pizza.

The desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. Sheets were a little small for the bed, but they worked. Looks like the bathroom is new. Fairly quiet in the room. Two of the lamps did not work, but there was still adequate lighting. Overall a very nice room.

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean enough (no issues with bedding), tv worked and had tons of channels, the front desk people were kind and helpful, and the area was quiet and I never felt unsafe.

For the low price it is an acceptable accommodation. The level of cleanliness is a bit low (as evidenced by the attached photos). The breakfast is quite simple but serviceable. If you have to stay here you will survive and your wallet will thank you. One note to the management: when checking in during the evening hours your guests would have a more pleasant experience if the shoeless children running around the lobby and the pungent cooking odors were eliminated.

I did not stay at this establishment, my vehicle had problems while on a road trip. I needed a tool to fix my exhaust. The young gentlemen at the counter both were helpful in loaning me a tool. Says alot about the quality of staff they have. If they see this please know im incredibly thankful for your kindness and i made it to my destination because of you.

The hotel's in poor shape. A very old mattress. Bed was not level. One corner was lower than the rest of the bed. Old mattresses. Ran the bath tub shower water and it came out brown for the first 10 secs. Rusty inlet pipes. Needs a significant plumbing over haul. A film of grease on most room surfaces. Needs a deep cleaning. No lobby Coffee at any time of day. No breakfast at all. Only those awful tiny coffee makers with a coffee bag - in the room. No USB sockets and not enough 110v outlets in the room. 'hotel badly needs an investor to renovate and seriously upgrade the entire building. But overall is a good location for a road trip stop ... and the pizza 'n beer place next door is really Superb!!!

Desk clerk was very helpful, room was cozy & clean with all the basic amenities. Hotel has a grocery, gas station & natural viewing area right across the street. Also across the street is the the most amazing pizza/grill " Big River Pizza- delicious! We called for last minute reservations, as our car had broken down - I would gladly stay here again.

Low budget place with basic amenities. Bedding & sink could've been a little cleaner in general. Strong points: great price, nice on-site staff, only $10 for the dog, squeaky clean tub & toilet. Big bonus points: right in quaint old school town's "entertainment center" with beautifully kept park and inlet lake with diving & fishing piers, a smidge of historic markers, local eateries, and HUGE dog area. To get to dog area, walk back down highway (great sidewalks) toward the Columbia River, less than a mile.

Absolutely wonderful and accommodating staff. The rooms were a very fair price. We stayed for one night. We had a problem with our car and had to stay several extra hours after check out. Harry the owner allowed us to stay extra with no hesitation. Sheri was super friendly and very good to us while we waited extra for our car to get fixed. This would be a fun little place to stay when the COVID-19 is over.I am super thankful we had a cool room to stay in. Thank you :)

The outlets do not work. I had medical pumps for my daughter that I could not plug in because NONE OF THE OUTLETS WORKED. Human hair particles were stuck on the sink as well as in the shower. The toilet seat was broken and we had to sit just right to keep from falling. The bathroom door did not lock. The towels were USED and just refolded and replaced. We asked for extra blankets, and they honestly looked like dog blankets. They were stained and had CHEW HOLES! The room was extremely small, the beds had sharp metal edges where I gashed my leg, and the sheets didn't look or smell washed. There was a shriveled up old coffee pod in the coffee maker. I saved my review, hoping breakfast would be ok, but it was stale cereal, a room temperature Ego waffle (that needs to be kept frozen at all times until cooking if they don't want the health department involved), and worst of all, NO COFFEE. The desk lady was complaining about how much trouble it was too make the place wheelchair accessible after I asked for a disabled room for my daughter in a wheelchair. I would not recommend this place at all.

Very nice accommodating owners. Had just hired new housekeeper who had cut some corners. We went back and asked for a different room. With no problem what so ever gave us a new room and were very happy that we came to let them know about the problem with the first room. They accept pets only 10 bucks. Right off the freeway very quiet.

I don t recommend this place. The rooms were disgusting. You can definitely tell it wasn t cleaned. The sheets looked used and dirty too. After over a 6 hour flight and 2 hours of driving, I was too tired to keep going and it was my last resort so I just forced myself to go to sleep even though I was absolutely disgusted. I definitely don t recommend staying here. We slept like 6 hours and then got out of there as fast as we could.

The room was filthy. There was what appeared to be blood in the air conditioning unit. Dirty everywhere. The guy was not very friendly. The town was cute, the food at a nearby restaurant was good, and they have a very cute little park within walking distance. We used our own blanket and pillow, the shower was hot and other than that, not much good to say!?

The gentleman that helped our family was very nice- it was easy to tell that he loves the inn (maybe the owner?)The rooms are not the fanciest on Earth- but it's also not the most expensive: I firmly believe I got what we paid forThey also include free breakfast, which is a little on the skimpy end, but ain't really appreciated it nonetheless.Overall a nice place for the money you spend

This was the dirtiest and worst place I have ever attempted to stay. I use the word 'attempted' because my boyfriend and I had to leave at 1 in the morning because the owner wouldn't/couldn't quiet the people next door to use down.We ended up calling 911 and then were threatened by both the owner to be quiet (WHAT?) and the people next door. They finally quieted down after the sheriff talked to them but turned on music full blast about an hour later. The place was dirty, we felt completely unsafe and the owners were worthless. They promised to refund the night when we left...gave us their word...but nothing so far. I have called again for a refund. If I don't see it, I will go through our CC company.Do NOT stay here. You need to understand that there a LOT of windmill workers who stay here and they couldn't care less about you.

When you read reviews on a motel..believe them...especially when more than half are bad reviews. Let me begin with the good news- the women at front check in was very friendly and helpful. You could not ask for a more friendly check in. The rooms however, need help..along with who does the upkeep. The bed did have dog hairs all over. When I asked for clean sheets that I would change myself, they came in to change for me and as they were putting clean ones on, they noticed a large blood stain near top of sheet so they took off. Also a blood stain on a pillow. They came back and put a 3rd set on. I left room while they finished up.When I came to check on our bed later there was still dogs hairs, a long human hair and a small blood stain on bedspread top. We stripped bed of cover and only slept on bottom sheet feeling very uncomfortable. Not to mention the bed has wire edges that dig into you if you sit on edge of bed.The smoke alarm was hanging off ceiling, there was a hole in celing above toilet, the tub had black mold around edges near front, the sink had not been wiped down...there was soap rings from last time someone used room. The garbage had not been dumped outside our window and was overflowing and at one point a man was going through. We had been on road for 10 hours and no where else to stay in this town. I had made reservations thinking it would be ok since there were so many Rodeway Inns throughout the state. I found out to always check review's and trust if so many say negative remarks there must be a good reason.

My husband booked this hotel, and we were disgusted to discover the sheets in our room had not been changed. Although the beds were made, not only were the sheets covered in human and dog hair, there was other disgusting "matter" on them. The floors hadn't been vacuumed either. We asked to be moved to another room, and were given the room next door. Those sheets were clean, however, there were snot smeared all all over one wall, dried urine stains on the wall next to the toilet as well as dried urine and hair on the toilet base. The shower hadn't been cleaned and had black mold growing inside. The coffee maker had old coffee in it, but the thing that prompted me to write this negative review was finding a dirty, dried-out wash cloth covered with feces next to the bed.The rooms are obviously not cleaned after each guest.

Dirty beds, dirty bath tub. Pillows aren't great, but its spacious for the price. Would have been nice if the sheets were changed. They need to do a better job with this.

This place is NASTY! You flush the toilet and it leaks ALL around the bowl and the floor. The shower tile is patchwork with mold. The shower mat is BLACK with mold on the bottom. When you step on the floor by the shower, water oozes out of the floor. The sink drain drips onto the carpeted floor. Nice staff. That's the only positive with thos place. Will not be eating breakfast here! DO NOT stay here, move on down the road. Room 126
