Nice people and the work is good.(The photos above are not their current location. I was a little surprised and disappointed when I realized they are not working out of a large, clean & modern, multi-Bay facility.)The work was good, prices were standard rates, communication could be better - but all in all it was a good experience.

Very accommodating staff. Help me with my car and was very nice. I had questions and they answered all of them. I will definitely be going back to get all my cars serviced by them. Decent prices as well. And they have sodas for a buck!

5 stars. Had it towed and diagnosed next day. Was a simple fix, was not overcharged. Thank you for not looking for something else to replace that is not needed.We will be back!

Originally brought car to les schwab but after a quick look over they told me it was a bad engine mount. Beginning to sweat on this pricey problem I called Wreckamended Auto and set a diagnostic appointment up. After a simple 5 min look over the problem was located. Not a bad mount at all just bad wheel barrings. After that I knew I had brought my car to the right place. Absolutely amazing work done and the best customer service I've ever experienced. Zero stress in getting my car fixed. I would recommend to anyone, even my grandma. Thank you so much Levi for taking care of my ride.

My car had smoke coming from the steering wheel. I stopped in on a Monday morning and explained I was from out of town and didn't think I should drive it that way going home. They took time to look at it and fix it for me at a reasonable price. Another repair shop offered to make an appointment for me 4 days along. If you need help, look up "Independent Repair Shops". Wreckammended made my day.

Was working on my car, when the park rules changed, I could no longer work on my car here. One bolt left holding the engine in place, all the exhaust and intake taken apart, so I had Wreckamended come pick up my car and finish removal. No more than an hour work, right? WRONG! I got charged for 4-5 hours labor and they broke a halfshaft in the middle (something you NEVER do). Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to them for anything.

My daughter's vehicle was towed to this place late on a Thursday evening with a broken control arm, rim and tire problems etc. Undriveable. Friday morning when we spoke to them about what was wrong (we weren't aware of the exact nature of the issue) they explained and said it would be finished the following Monday. It was not. In fact it wasn't ready till that THURSDAY. With the only communication during that time coming from myself or my daughter trying to find out the status. When it was FINALLY "finished" we got a block away with MORE ISSUES! Called them back and was told that it was there for a specific problem that was fixed, blah blah blah. They fixed something that required an alignment to make the vehicle safe and driveable, that they did not do. They didn't contact us to say "hey, we should also do an alignment after fixing the control arm and putting a new tire and rim on the front driver side...." Seriously? So we had to take it somewhere else to have an alignment. They also told us they didn't put the rim and tire on correctly. So we had to pay to have that done correctly too. Basically, I absolutely would not recommend this place. Especially if you have a job. They might also cause you to lose a couple days of work as my daughter has. Super disappointed.

Took my car to 2 different shops and could not get a diagnosis. This shop not only diagnosed the problem (quickly), they did an excellent job of fixing my car. The staff was so courteous and sweet! They are also very accommodating; we were trying to get this fixed before a road trip and they did what they could to find parts that could be delivered sooner than expected. My daily driver lost oil pressure going down the highway. Called for Riteway towing as they are the only ones I trust. Out in record time. Tahoe towed and in a day I had a diagnosis and estimate. Next day it was completed and back on the road. Fast, efficient , professional. They are absolutely the best! They communicate well and back up all their work. I had a warranty issue on some work and they worked diligently to fix the problem. Work is done in a timely manner at a fair price and they will keep you posted all along the way. My car was there for an estimate only. They ran a diagnostic on my jeep without my knowledge, and without asking me, after I insisted that nothing be done without telling me first, I only wanted to know how much the work I needed done would be. They then refused to give the tow driver I sent to move the car to another mechanic (after they tried to tell me the service I had request a quote for would be over &600 but I found another mechanic who would do the same thing for $300) the key until I paid for the diagnostic I didn't want and wasn't told about. Claimed I should have asked before assuming they didn't do anything, which I did. I called the moment they opened in the morning and told them not to do anything without telling me first and recorded the message. The new mechanic also informed us it wasn't the starter, so Wreckamended's tech lied about what the issue with our vehicle. They were rude, threatening, and lied to me. Most disgusting business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They over charge, they are rude and lie to their customers.
