I have experienced capable service when receiving oil changes and other services at Valvoline. My car has received the following services: transmission fluid replacement and replacement of radiator fluid. Several light bulbs have been installed. My serpentine belt was replaced. They have done good work.

Much better than the other place down the street. No problems, knowledgeable staff, in and out. And I didn't have to return the next day to get a mistake fixed.

I really like this place. I rarely have to wait and l like the fact that l get to sit in my car while they change my oil. I have been coming here for some time and have never had a bad experience. They offer other services too so you can get everything done at once. They have always been pleasant and friendly. They always let me know if something needs doing even if it s something they don t do themselves. I have been very happy with their service and the quality of their work.

Ridiculously overpriced. With my busted up old back, I'd still rather do the 20 minutes or less per vehicle of suffering to do all the oil changes on our fleet myself than go here.

What a Staff I had oil change done there, the staff was great I will not go anywhere else! Not sure got discount mentioned but will check on my return trip!

Quick and helpful service! I was in a service bay and being helped within minutes of pulling up to the business. I needed an oil change and all of my fluids topped off. They didn't try to upsell me when I chose mid grade oil, and they didn't push when I decided against other things that they wanted to do (such as air filter change).I would absolutely go here again if I needed to when in town.The only downside is that if the two front bays are being used, you have to back out, and their parking lot is very small and can be difficult to maneuver when other cars are in line.

Went there for an oil change with my own oil. They charged me $10 more than an oil change using their oil. Service was awful; slow, incomplete and in my opinion, incompetent.They were only interested in doing the minimum possible work. When I asked them to check the air pressure in my tires, they said they couldn't because they don't have a tire gauge!From what I could see on the poorly operating video monitor, I don't believe that they changed my oil filter either.Their attitude was rude and they seemed happy to charge me more for the oil change.There was no review of what they checked or did and the way they 'worked' was very inefficient and slow.After I got home and looked under car, I found that the access cover had not been reinstalled properly. It was hanging down, dragging on the road. See the attached picture. THANKS GUYS!!!I have been going to Valvoline for several years but that was the last time.Service: Oil change

This place is amazing. I went here on a recommendation from a family member after driving 8 hrs straight from Sacramento to Albany. I was not disappointed. They got me in right away. No appointment needed ever. They ALL worked together to make the place flow. It's not something uve seen in a while. People actually enjoying their job and working together. Seems like a thing of the past these days. Anyways, the work they did eas fast and efficient. The wait was minimal and the cost was perfect. I'll definitely be using their services again if ever needed while I'm in town!Great job guys!

Valvoline on on 2719 Pacific is where I have been taking my vehicles since 2020. They are very informative and make sure that you know what they are doing and even ask what and how you would prefer for services.Went this past weekend and it was hot, this team communicates with each other in such an organized manner. They even offered me a cold water while I waited in my vehicle. They really make the customer matter - not just a "this is what you paid for thanks". They go above and beyond - Thank you for the experience!

These Valvoline auto techs were like special ops meticulously crawling over my car checking off MORE boxes than was on their obligatory punchlist. When REAR DIFFERENTIAL fluid popped up in RED letters, I told them, 'That's a 'no fix'...I was told that because the drain plug is stripped no one can change the fluid in the gear box". That was not acceptable to Nathaniel the Manager who expressed his concern & referred me to a local mechanic who btw CAN fix the plug (& he also has excellent ratings on YELP). The Valvoline techs went above & beyond even make a small adjustment on my rear wiper which I mentioned was not working correctly....all done in a simple oil change. Single ladies rest assured these guys will go the extra mile! When you drive out of Valvoline it will be in a better maintained & safer car.

Needed to have my belt replaced. Was greeted and treated with high regard, everyone I spoke to was professional and very positive. Work was done quickly and with a smile. I will be a regular and recommend others. Well .

What an amazing crew. I showed up with my wife's European car that they don't typically service due to the odd oil and filter. I brought my own parts and the Mgr went out of his way to remove the ridiculous skid plate and service the car. Hats off to this team of great people. Will definitely come back for more outstanding customer service.

Very easy to fit into your schedule, no appointments necessary. Quick service while you wait in your vehicle. They seemed to be very through checking different levels, radiator etc..

Good place. Russ amazing funny makes sure everything is explained and shown to you if you have questions. Manger Nick and assistant Josh funny good personality could talk your ear off and definitely explains to you every detail, all good workers there!!! I trust them over and over with my tahoe. Only place I ll go. Very clean organized store!Services: Transmission, Oil change

I was busy today but we'd been putting off an oil change too long so I figured I'd just get it done. I've never gone here before. Being that I had other things I wanted to do and a short amount of time to do them, I was happy to find there were no other vehicles when I arrived. I was immediately directed to a service bay and greeted. I told them I was just interested in an oil change and was shown some different options for that. After we established what I wanted, there was some upselling which is to be expected, but it was not pushy and they offered me services which were appropriate given mileage, etc. I was happy that they respected my answer and did not continue to push services I told them I did not want. I wasn't interested today mainly due to time constraints but may consider them in the future. The gentlemen seemed to be well coordinated and worked together well. They had me in and out in about 10 minutes, which is about 10 minutes faster than I thought it would be so I appreciated that they didn't waste time trying to find problems to fix for me, they got the work done I asked for and had me on my way. I think this is the best experience I've had at an oil change place and I will likely come back here when it's time to do it again, I'm very happy with how I was treated.

The assistant manager was very condescending. He wouldn't provide advice on how to remove the back light fixture, whereas he was about to change the brake light bulb, when he discovered they did not have it in stock. In addition, he kept saying he does not know the complete work to be done on the car, but I had explained the entire work to his assistant. He was not helpful.

Always treated so awesome here ! And I love that they tell you everything you should get done to improve you vehicle but they never push you to buy the service. Very respectable people and a great business. They are also speedy :)
