Being a curious person regarding all things car related, the techs let me watch the uninstallation and installation of my windshield while I bombarded them with odd, obvious and sometimes complex questions about the process and other things auto window related. Not only were they encouraging with such, they were also incredibly efficient and highly skilled and professional at what they do. Had my '08 Corolla's windshield in and out within the hour.They said their best advertising is by word of mouth, and from this highly satisfied customer, they've earned one for life to evangellically preach praises on their service, professionalism and efficiency. Many thanks to The Glass Man techs!!!!!

A fantastic small shop!With the recent ice storm, I woke up to a huge crack all the way across my windshield. I called on a Friday morning and was lucky enough to get in Monday morning. The shop owner is very helpful and realistic, and drove me to Costco while my windshield was being repaired. I would recommend everyone call The Glass Man for all their autoglass needs!

I highly recommend The Glass Man, they were able to get me in for a rock chip repair next day and they gave me a quote immediately. No shady tactics there, just an honest, hard-working small business that I am happy to support. I thought about going to Safelite but it was impersonal and they wanted me to wait at least a week AND the quote was DOUBLE! Matt and his crew came to my home to replace my cracked windshield. They were total pros, pleasant and on time. It also cost a fair bit less than when it happened 4 years ago and I went to another Corvallis glass shop and sat and waited. I called around looking for a local business to replace my cracked windshield. The Glass Man had the best prices and was extremely responsive and professional. He told me how to go through my insurance if I wanted to make a claim then reached out right away once my insurance sent him the info. He got me in right away and had my truck back to me very quickly. Highly recommended!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great service! I called about getting my driver side front window fixed. It wouldn't roll up... I went in the same day. The man helping me got the window back up and ordered parts to repair it. Update: it's 2021, I've been using these guys for ten years now. They rock. Can't recommend enough. They take really good care of you. They treat you like an individual person, not just a customer using their services.Update: 3 years later I still love this place. I love it so much that when I lived in Portland for a year I drove south just to take my car to them, and so did my father. They stand behind their work and always make sure you are taken care of.These guys are so nice and so great. They will take you to work/school after you drop your car off and deliver your car to you later in the day. They will also come to your house! They also stand behind their work 100%. They will get the glass in for your car (if they don't already have it) lightning fast. The day before this post, my car had been broken into with glass shattered all over the place on the rear driver side. After numerous calls with multiple auto glass companies (8 total) and comparing rates, no one had the part of my car in stock until days later or even next week. Their rates were more expensive then The Glass Man as well. I called my insurance company and they directed me to The Glass Man, which was nearby. Jake told me that they can source in the part the next morning, which was less than 24 hours of when my car was broken into. He got the part very quickly compared to other companies, and created an easy experience for me. Jake kindly helped me out throughout the process, and I will tell you that he is a great and honest guy who enjoys getting to know the customer, while getting the job done. The laughs we made and stories we ve told made me realized that he is a humble guy. I am from California, and I moved over to Oregon to attend school last winter quarter, so I don't really know much people around me. I decided to skip my class early in the morning just to drop off the car, and Jake asked if I had another ride, or when I'll be back. I told him that I had no ride and he kindly offered to drive me back to school to attend my morning classes and will pick me up when the car is done; stress-free. Today has been a great day with everything Jake and his crew have done. Thank you so much for everything, and I hope this review helps everyone. Support local businesses like this!

I can t say enough about this company. Just when I thought all customer service was dead, The Glass Man showed me there are still businesses that go above and beyond. I had to have my windshield replaced. I called a competitor and they said it would be a few weeks to get me in, my windshield wasn t in stock IN SALEM! I called the Glass Man, they communicated with my insurance company and were able to get me in THE NEXT DAY!! Not only that, they gave me a loaner so I could go home while they worked on my car. I would highly recommend the Glass Man. I worked with both Jake and Matt. Very nice and professional. After trying a couple different shops through my insurance who couldn t seem to find the right windshield or call me back, I finally tried The Glass Man. Jake was able to order the right windshield no problem and fit me in to their busy schedule. The day after they replaced my windshield, I ended up getting another rock chip. They fit me in the same morning to fill it. If you have a choice, choose The Glass Man!

We were traving from out of state when an object caused damage to our windshield. The Glass Man went above and beyond to help us! The repair meant it had to go to the shop. He met us at a location and took care of our vehicle while we were busy with activities. It was good as new when he brought the vahicle back. I went in thinking it would take a day and might cost me well over a thousand, but my experience was quite the opposite. He gave me a quote and I made an appointment that next day. It costed me around $300 dollars to replace my front windshield an took about 2 hours. Truly a great experience. I got my windshield replaced for $50 through insurance. Jake was extremely helpful and courteous, my windshield was replaced within a couple hours and looks good a new!
