Made keys for me that nobody else In town would do without having the car there. They even told me how to reprogram the key. Knowledgeable and quick. Was out in 4 mins and on my way home. I won't use anybody else anymore they have my business.

Keith came out and made a key for me. The dealer was a dead-end and could not make it. Keith had it done in 10 minutes and at a good price. Im super stoked to have my truck up and operating. Now we go racing at the Lebanon speedway. Thanks Swansons

Lost my keys to my vehicle they came to my home and in a short time made a new key and programmed it for my vehicle. Great experience under the circumstances all at a great price.

Had an electric issue on my SUV and then lost my chipped key. Called a few locksmiths none willing or able to do the job. But Swanson's staff was willing to hear me out and talked out a few options and then started working on the solution, In hopes that it worked. I went to their shop as well as had a service call. Everything went as planned and my lost key problem was taken care of. As a collaboration their crew was great. They talked out what would be happening, how long it would take, and were straight shooters about the cost- which was very affordable for such professionals. I was back on the road in no time when it seemed there were no options... You you got my recommendation.

Twice the price of the competition and claimed whole key assembly had to be removed to make key. Macs lock and key came. Made the key for half the price and didn't have to remove anything. 3 stars because they where able to come if I needed them.

they didn't have the key with transponder for my car so I ordered the keys online and I just needed them to cut them. they refused to cut them and told me that they only cut keys from their supplier. I told him, hey, I just need you to cut the keys, I'm going to pay you, I'm not asking you for a favor, and he said it doesn't matter, we can't do it.Thank God there are other places where their priority is the customer before their suppliers.

These guys did a great job making a couple keys for my 87 bronco when all I had was the cylinder from the door, and no key. They also fixed some weak springs in the cylinder. Very reasonable price as well...5 *

My wife asked about re-keying some Gumball machines, Ashton said sure, bring them in and we'll take a look. The next day she brought them in and Ron was working. He wouldn't even hear what she had to say. Just kept telling her he doesn't work on them. She was trying to tell him how another worker said to bring them in, he interrupted her with, "CAN YOU NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IN SAYING TO YOU???" So she politely left, came back in to ask his name, and then he lied to her by giving her a fake name. I'm not gonna let one bad apple ruin a good working history with this place, but I'd better never see him.

Great service! 2 hours from home and we'd locked ourselves out of our camping trailer. Called and within 30 minutes Ron arrived. Super friendly and efficient, he saved the day! He even offered to create a new key for us (we'd have to go into town to do that, but still very helpful). Thank you Ron!

Very nice and helpful. They weren't sure if the key they made would be the right one to start the motorcycle since we were only able to bring the helmet lock. However they said if it didn't work they would make another one at no cost to us if we brought the ignition in.

Garbage. I went in to have two keys made. The service was fast. Now I got these keys made to give to the rental company who was renting my house but the keys didn't work! I had a renter drive 30 minutes and didn't work! Now, my bad for not making sure the keys worked first. However, I only went to kiosk machines where they didn't work.So I called and person who made my key was like, "Maybe you had a bad original key."What? No responsibility bad service. There's no way they have that many legit 5 star reviews

I didn't actually use their locksmith services, though they offered what I needed. Instead, I asked them about breaking the lock since it was cheaper to break and replace than have them come out to my home and otherwise unlock it. They were super helpful, walked me through the process, and I was able to save myself a lot of time and money. They were knowledgeable and congenial while talking over the phone. I hope to never need to reach out to them again, but if I do I won't hesitate to contact them and use their services.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. They saved the day for me. My daughter s car key broke off in her ignition and I was halfway across the country. They were able to fix it for a very low cost and get her on her way again. Many thanks! Would highly recommend!

The guy there at the country, I had a key I needed a copy made and a couple of them little things to go on keys tomake them easier to find. Sorry I'm not a corporation needing 200 keys made, but it was almost like I woke him from his nap. He was kinda rude, and like he would rather have been anywhere but there. So I guess I will take my chances and go somewhere else. Anywhere else I think people would be grateful for a customer to come in. Sorry I was such an inconvenience to your day. Don't worry it won't happen ever again.

This is the second time we have used Swanson & sons. The first experience was okay, but this second experience was beyond terrible. Their pricing is decent, however you sure get what you pay for. I manage a busy dental practice and we needed to re key our whole building (mind you obviously we have patients during the day.... because we are a dental office) we have one exit door in a patient room... I explained to the young lock smith that I will try and keep the room clear so that he can access the door when he needs. He took so long with the other doors (which really isn t that big of a deal) that when it came time for the door in the patient room their was a patient in there so I asked him to wait approx 5-10 minutes while the doctor quickly finished up. The reaction I got the from the lock smith blew my mind.... he literally threw a fit about having to wait. Threw his tools on my waiting room chair as he huffed extremely loud and I asked if their was an issue and he said yeah I have to wait. I let him know if he wanted to leave he could come back and I could assure the room would be clear and he said he would have to charge me again. So as he waited he continuously jingled the keys, huffed and stomped his foot.... I asked if he wanted me to take care of the bill while waiting and he said he hadn t written it up yet... and decided instead of using his time wise he would stand in my waiting room causing disruption! AND I HAD A PATIENT IN THE WAITING ROOM. Talk about embarrassing. To top the situation off when I was closing our office I realized our front door dead bolt didn t lock correctly.... I had another company come fix it because Swanson and Sons customer service was the worst I have ever received from ANYONE in customer service. So terrible. I will never use this company again.

Stopped in with a couple blank keys for my Yamaha Viking. I was told they can only make keys with their blanks which do not work with the protective plastic covers from Yamaha. It s the owners policy that they can t cut blanks they don t sell. I have been doing business here for 20 years through the company I work for and will not be returning. I have watched the customer service go down hill over the years, not what it used to be.

What a rip-off, They refuse to cut a key that doesn't come from them. Taking a $30. expense and turning it into a $150. expense. Had tried to use them in the past and found them to be more expensive than anyone else out there. Steer clear of these clowns they want to convince you cutting a key is rocket science. If it comes to programing something, look it up online you can do it yourself with actually less aggravation and much cheaper. Got my issue resolved for $29 key, fob and programed vs. the $150 these crooks wanted.

I came on Sat not knowing what their hours were and before 2pm they were closed up. I called and found out they close at 2 on Sat. While I was in the parking lot calling for that info 2 more customers came and tried the door. I just wonder why you are not open later than 2 especially on Sats!? I drove a half hour to get there & to find out it was a wasted trip was disappointing to say the least.

We had such a great experience with Swanson & Sons! The guy came out right away on a Sunday. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained details about what he was doing and the differences between the locks for our home. I would definitely recommend them!

They were extremely rude to my disabled wife with Multiple Sclerosis. She asked a customer to close to her to wear his mask over his nose because she didn't want to risk getting sick they told her to leave him alone.
