I worked with Marcus on the purchase of the bike via text and he was always very responsive. I was able to agree on the price of the bike prior to driving to Albany from Hillsboro. Everything went smooth on the transaction and I was very happy with the purchase I made. Communication was great, I offered a 2 vehicle trade in for the 04-05 Chevy duramax that hadn t been through the shop yet. Was told they would let me know the min it got done and wouldn t be posted till he called. No call yet but posted on there website and auto trader. After I told Marcus I m keeping the car and only using my truck as a trade in I haven t heard one word! That s not customer service! Thank you.

A+!!Had my lift kit modified and front end repaired. Always great at communicating problems/issues that arrived. They let me make the decisions on how I wanted to proceed and they didn't just spend my money without asking (like a ton of other shops) and blindside me with some extra $$$ for repairs/extras I didn't agree to. Highly recommend from start to finish they were awesome! They provided great customer service and do quality work!!

Just got off the phone with service department. He was polite and upfront and hopefully will be fixing the issue or atleast finding out what is going on. Extra star added.Original post: Extra star for the fact off getting a car quickly with not good credit since we needed a vehicle quickly. The problem however, is that we have had electricial issues with our 08 dodge grand caravan since we got it home. We have no dash cluster. We can't see what our speed, our gas, our RPM is. The windsheild wipers goes crazy and we can't use turn signals or hazard lights to inform people the van is having issues. Addressed concern in the office and was told "disconnect battery for 30 seconds then reconnect" that did nothing. The drive train plus we were given does not cover the issue. When telling what we needed for a rig I informed that I needed a reliable vehicle for travel to and from lebanon to corvallis daily. This is the second vehicle we have gotten from South Pacific that has had issues since the start. I just wish they would have given us some sort of security of if it had issues, they would look at it so we knew where to start. Google has no answers. A lot of same problem but no real answer.

Terrible place to buy a car. Right after Signing the car broke down. I signed papers 10 minutes before and they would not unwind the deal. One month later needs a arm Bushings ball joints and Wheel bearings. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

Love it!!! Bought my first brand new motorcycle from these people and they were amazing. They didn't have anything in stock that was short enough for me so they special ordered a motorcycle just so I could look at it no strings attached. I bought it!!! It was perfect for me.

I've never heard of Pacific Auto Sales but they popped up online with the motorcycle I've been looking for. I was a bit put off when I saw they sell cars, trucks, bikes, trailers etc. and figured I would be dealing with your 'run of the mill' pushy car salesman. I was pleasantly surprised when Stanely walked up, introduced himself, stepped back and let the bike sell itself. No pressure, eager to answer any questions I had and after he threw me the keys and let me take a ride....well, I now own another motorcycle. Thank you Stanely!Thank you Drew in the parts department for your accuracy and speed in nailing down the parts I need. Excellent experience 5 stars all day!

We called the dealership and told the salesman Patrick our specifications for an ATV and what time we'd like to come in the same day. He had a full lineup of quads waiting for us at the appointed time for us to test drive that all matched the aspects that we needed, and he was very familiar with his stock. We did not find that he used any high-pressure sales tactics, just let the machines sell themselves.

Turns out they over charged us 4 grand for the car. They cleared the engine codes and lied about the service done to the car. The engine was bone dry on oil the internal cluster shorted out all four bearings needed replacing same with the front struts and the fuel gauge isn't fully functional. When confronted they denied clearing the codes and said none of the work was covered by the warranty and I had to pay out of pocket half the price they charged for the car just in immediate repairs. They're a shady dealership and will take advantage at the first opportunity

First off I want to say it is not the sales dept. they were kind and helpful, due to life circumstances I had to take an in-house loan. Now my problem starts in the fact that codes were cleared before sale, as soon as I left for college in this car I had to but transmission fluid and oil in it. While using the car it started to die on my in traffic at high speeds and low in town, I brought it to the shop as I had an extended warranty and they said I can t get the same problems to happen when I drive it, so I can t do anything . That is completely ridiculous so I brought it in two more times being patient and hoping for some form of professionalism; it did not come.Now you are out a loan and a future customer cause I planned on coming back due to the hospitality and help of the office. But no you are a crooked bunch and put me in a very tough position at the moment. I highly recommend business going anywhere but here.

This isn t a trustworthy company, they will lie and rip you off. Take your business elsewhere. To reply to your message you can t find my name (even though you ve sold to my family for years) because you put my name incorrectly into the system and after telling your office numerous times, you just confirmed it still hasn t been changed. For some reason your company has my name as Nic Barkdull which is HALF of my middle name.

I recently bought a car from Big Dan at South Pacific Auto. After a hiccup before I even got it home. Ryan went way beyond his job to help me get it back on the road. A big thank you to Dan, Ryan and everyone at South Pacific for helping me get a beautiful car that I love and deserve. I drove my old car for 15 yrs and didnt want a car payment until I saw this beautiful car. I would definatley recommend this place if your looking to buy a car. Ask for Big Dan..... he'll get ya what ya want even if you think you dont want it!!!!

Drove 4 hours to buy a 45k truck from Tim and Ryan truck was filthy outside with no floor Mats inside ,and 30miles till empty when I picked it up pretty much did the deal over the phone (mistake on my part) but was led to Belive this was a mint condition truck....ended up going home with it and getting it washed to find all the paint chips and scratches and terrible bondo job on the bed , followed by having to replace the battery's in the first week then finding out the heated seat is broken and several other things . Called and talked to Ryan to see if they had any plans to make things right after not coming down on price AT ALL and after dodging me for a couple weeks finally said they weren't going to do anything about it .....DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE

3 months ago I bought a Toyota tundra. Salesman was great and that is why they recieve the one star. However, after purchasing the truck. It started to leak from the drive line. Took it in and their machine said he could not see the leak. I left work to go down to show them the leak and in plan site right under the driver side was a 4 inch leak of oil. They fixed it and sent me on my way. Month later had another issue regarding the starter. Took it back and confirmed it was the starter but I had to pay for it due to the extended warranty did not cover wear and tear which was not explained. So I was taken advantage of after I said I want the full coverage and paid for it at signing. The work would cost me $1200 which I was able to find it somewhere else for half the cost. I sent a tow truck to pick up the truck to take it to the new auto mechanic, but south Pacific refused to let it go due to I had to pay for the service of running diagnostic. I was never told I had to pay due to I paid at purchase the extended warranty plan. Also they said at drop off we will take care of it. I never signed any paperwork for service. I called to complain and the best they can do is discount the $1200 to $1050. Are you serious. On top of all this. The staff were very unprofessional and rude. I will never go back nor buy anything from them.

The sales guy was awesome (Stanley Hicks). He was willing to waist the day with me test driving everything. It was a vary fast process once I found a vehicle I liked. I got the warranty and need to have the truck checked out. Their service department isn t as nice as the sales people and the management. The service people has treated me more of a chore then a costumer every time I ve been there. (I have gone there 3 times before buying a vehicle from them) beside that I would recommend them for buying a vehicle. Just check out the vehicle well and if you find something you don t like about one you may buy they will fix it to your standard.

I happily decided to spend my $ here because Jimmy was fabulous in helping me from the start. I spent time over the phone before hand and was pleased with his friendly/personable, quick, and informative responses. He went the extra mile in person at the sales yard to get me what I was asking for. It s when you have positive experiences with employees like this that you feel happy in spending your $ there.

South Pacific Has the BEST STAFF. I came in on a time crunch with my tire lights on. They worked me in quickly to make sure I was safe to get back on the road and I was able to make it to my work meeting in time They also advised me on the best time to buy new tires and sensors because they had a sale coming up and knew I could save some money if I held out a little longer. Truly exceptional service. They made me feel like they cared about my time and appreciated my business. You can buy tires ANYWHERE but I choose where I go for the exceptional service. Thanks guys

I am very pleased with the service that I experienced today! Ray started me off on Monday by answering all of the questions I had over the phone. He was friendly and informative. Marcus helped me today with my car selection (Ray was off). Not only did he help me pick up the perfect car for me but he worked with the finance department to find a GREAT deal (I have really bad credit). All was smooth and I left the lot with a beautiful brand new, pre owned car! I will recommend to anyone!

I m giving Ray 5 stars as his personal service was amazing. He was attentive and engaging and really met my dads need. I love when a person in service shares some of their personal selves so we can get to know them and he did just that. Like he takes pride in what he does and also for the company.Hands down one of the best experiences. And he got my dad THE BEST DEAL!!I highly recommend.

Their "buyer" Monty "cold called" via email in a highly unprofessional manner wanting $1000 off the asking price of my vehicle for sale online WITHOUT even bothering to look at it FIRST. My advertisement clearly stated that I would entertain offers in person only, but I guess he thought he was special and did not have to respect my wishes. I can only guess that they must treat their customers with the same level of disrespect. I certainly will NEVER do business with a bottom-feeder dealer like this one!Follow up 6/17/22:Thank you for taking TWO months to reply to my review.Also, I am humored that you omitted information such as in my Listing where I CLEARLY stated the following: "Selling for $3800 or best In Person OfferOffers without viewing it first will be ignored/rejected".I find this VERY disrespectful that my basic request was ignored.So much for the "honesty & integrity" you claim to pride yourselves in.I did end up selling my truck for $3500, a thousand dollars MORE than you ridiculous "bottom feeder" offer.I have driven by your lot before and have seen the mark-up prices on the windows of the vehicles you're attempting to sell.If I would of accepted your lowball offer (according to your "homework"). I would've expected to see the truck listed SEVERAL thousand OVER my original asking price-Once again, I find South Pacific Auto Sales a dealership that give car sales a bad name!
