Had a great experience. Originally scheduled to have the two front windows tinted and at the last minute I chose to do the whole SUV. There was an issue that occurred with a window and they quickly fixed the problem within a couple days. I felt well taken care of and I am thoroughly please with the total wok that was done. George was great to work with.

A warranty means nothing if the return service is as bad as the original.No, I do not recommend this location.I thought long and hard about this review and it pains me to write something in such negative light but saying this; I m done with their services. Spend your money elsewhere.I ve spent enough time and money trying to have a vehicles windows tinted that should have been done correctly the first time.There are two batches of photos I m attaching; one is of the exterior of the car with white circles around the bubbles, wrinkles and debris between the window and the tint.The second is after the windows were redone and the bubbles, debris, blue cleaning towels are marked in red.What saddens me is that I spent $600 ($480 cash & $120 debit) for their services to be left with a job that s on par for my skill set. I ve done window tint before and I know I could have done a better job (I have).At this point they will not be touching my car again and the only amicable solution is a full refund plus the amount it s going to take to pay somebody to remove the tint so I can start over somewhere else.Precision Auto Glass & Tint: you have my name and number. I ll edit or modify this when a refund is in my hand. Please text me when it s ready, do not call.Original service was done on Friday May 5th when the car had 236 miles on it. Stopped in on Friday May 12th to review and arrange a time to have it checked out. Was informed my name and number was noted and id be getting a call. I don t work Fridays so those are my days that I m out and about during their business hours. Stopped in on Friday May 19th since I had not received a call to inquire. Informed boss would be there in a little while.I didn t want to wait around so I bailed, I have a lot of stuff to wrap up on Fridays. Hour and a half later I received a call saying to bring it down and they d get it taken care of. It was about 1:17pm according to phone log. So I dropped it off about 1:35 and walked home (2mi).Saturday the 20th I had not heard anything so around 3:30pm I walked back to the shop. (I d rather converse face to face). Got there and picked up keys. Car was done. Was informed that the car had been completed last night and I was called around 7:30pm & again at 9pm. I shrugged it off wanting to just leave knowing that s untrue.After further vehicle inspection, my rear deck lid was apparently used as a work bench because somebody scratched my rear spoiler. I never put stuff there and it appeared after the second visit to their shop.So my car has sub-par tint and was damaged in their shop.

Came in with a pretty bad rock chip, George really took his time on it, clearly cares about his work and the people he s working for. Also spent some time looking at the tint he did on a Lexus, and it was very nicely done. I d gladly give these guys my business again.

I had tint installed on my front windows, found a 2mm piece of debris under the tint. Place was quick to replace it but left more debris the second time all over the edge. Took it somewhere else to have it redone properly and they showed me scratch marks on my glass from the previous installer (precision). Brand new truck, less than a month into ownership before tinting. Scratches are consistent with blade marks from a dirty blade. Would not recommend. Albany Location

Excellent installation on my front windows. The technician was an honest dude. He showed me after the first attempt that the film had bubbles trapped under it, so he didn't charge me but asked me to come back for a second attempt. I wouldn't have noticed the bubbles if he didn't point them out. I returned a week later and this time the installation was perfect!

Had my wife s new to us suv detailed it was already very clean as it was cleaned when we bought it and just wanted it to be spotless for our new family. They cleaned it ok and did get some scratches out of the plastic but they did not vacuum the floors or clean under the seats I found crumbs still under the floor mats and and on the seats also some popcorn under the passenger seat so definitely not worth the money @ $225. This is not my first time using them but will probably be the last. You would be better off cleaning your own car I ended up re-cleaning a lot of the car.Service: Auto detailing

I stopped by to see about getting my dark window tint off and George was amazing. He came out to my car, then showed me the different tints and explained my options. Got my car tinted back in 2019/2018. I moved out of state and experienced some issues needing some warranty work.The staff here took to time to help me to try to get it resolved while physically being out of state; however that was was unsuccessful. But when I was able to return to the local area the staff was super friendly and caring. They could of rushed my warranty work, but instead took time to ensure it was done right and with care.

Good price and that's about it. Accommodation for customers could improve drastically. I am quite sure someone scratched my side mirror pretty bad and they didn't say anything..also broke the clips in my door panel (never rattled and popped before) I would have noticed as my car is brand new 2022 with less than 1000 miles and never saw it before until today. Also there is about an inch of flim never cut on my back window (oops must have missed that) they fixed the window tint they scratched during install so that's a plus. I will be calling back and coming in this week. Be ready... thanksOutcome: They re-did the back side little window, they said no broken door clips just some were not in properly, either way seems solid now. They replaced my scratched mirror that they tried to tell me was from a bird.. nice try. George needs a serious assessment and needs to learn not to be so stressed. Over all... all this just to get some tint that STILL has little bubbles in it

Got our windows tinted and they look stock the guy did an amazing job! I highly recommend precision auto glass and tinting. The price is fair and the windows are definitely precise. Thank you!

I was quite happy with the service at Precision Auto Glass. The repair on the rock chip in my windshield took exactly one hour, just as I was told. The waiting room is small, but comfortable. I took a book to read, but there was a friendly man waiting on his repair and we chatted away. Before I knew it, my car was ready. You can barely see where the chip was, and I was assured that it would not crack. I'm very happy with the repair, and happy with the service of the technicians. They tint windows there, and I'm sure they do just as great a job with that. Thank you Precision Auto Glass.

I bought a new Truck on Saturday and called to see if they could squeeze me in to tint the front windows. They did, they had to work late but finished it while I waited. The lobby furniture needs to be upgraded for sure but I didnt come there to sit on the couch. The windows look great and the price was comparative with other shops, But the difference for me was they got me in in a moments notice and did a Great job. Thank you TK

I have used this business several times and have been happy with the results. This was my first visit in the new location. New BMW X5 M SUV getting the front windows done. Took 3 times longer than expected because he had "trouble" removing the door panels. I had never had them or any other tint shop remove the door panels! This concerned me. It took forever but the job looked good. A few weeks later I noticed the LED trim lights in the front doors were not working. Took to BMW dealer for warranty repair. They said all the clips holding on the front door panels were broken and the wiring plug was damaged and that someone had obviously taken these panels off recently. They fixed it but I got stuck with part of bill that the dealer couldn't cover under warranty. I called and asked for an owner to explain what had happened. Lady who answered phone said she was an owner. Told her what happened and suggested she warns customers that they will be removing their door panels. She said OK. No offer to cover the costs of the repair or any apology. I will try someone else in the future and make sure they don't remove the door panels.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I have had 9 vehicles done in the last few years and every time they have done a great job. 1 of the vehicles was my truck and I made a mistake but they offered to fix it for free even though it was clearly my fault.Very nice and friendly people. I won't refer to businesses unless I trust and believe in what they do and I frequently give them referrals from my friends and family. Great business!

The guys did great! My car looks incredible and it was for a great price. They sent me texts before my appointment, 30 minutes before, and when it was finished. They helped me choose the best shade for my car and comfort level and even finished it earlier than expected! Thanks guys!

I would say this business is mediocre. They did a wonderful job on the window tinting and my car looks fabulous BUT in the process my car was damaged and it took a month to get them to respond to my messages regarding the replacement part. I must say, after posting my initial negative review, they did reach out to me and have confirmed they have the part and I am able to come by to have it repaired anytime.Service: Vehicle window tinting

4 stars only because they waited an hour to let me know my car was done. Yeah they were working on other cars & forgot to call me but it was suppose to be done by 12:30 & I didn't get a call to come get it until 3 & it was ready @ 2. Other than that my baby looks so sleek & pretty & they did apologize.

I've had Precision in Albany and Triffer in Eugene(owned by the same guys) tint my last 3 cars. I like these guys because they not only do a great job every time but a lot of the major dealers in the area also use them and recommend them. I've found they have the best prices as well. I've never had any issues with them and I recommend them to all my friends.

Would love to rate them by their actual product and service, but unfortunately I didn't get anything done.Your time isn't of much value to them. I drove all the way into town, 10 minutes early only to learn that they couldn't get me in for another 1 - 1 1/2 hours and even then it would take longer than expected to complete.I get that stuff happens, apparently people called in sick, but how about a courtesy call to let me know? Complete waste of time.

I got about 7 emails confirming my appointment... I took the morning off work to bring my truck to them only to find a locked and empty shop. I called them and they told me that they had pulled their guy out of the shop today. No hey we're really sorry how can we make it right... nothing. So im out about a $150 bucks taking the morning off. I will not return to their shop and will never recommend them to anyone.

Prompt and Excellent ServiceMarcus was friendly on the phone and in person. He got me a next-day appointment, and located the proper tinted glass for my 4Runner. He and Emmanuel worked hard for several hours to get my two windows replaced. They vacuumed up all the broken glass inside my vehicle, and cleaned up all the tape marks on the outside that was left behind by the duct tape I used to seal up the window openings. The job they did was above and beyond their call of duty. I am from out of town. My car was broken into at the Holiday Inn. I am grateful that they were able to fix my car quickly, so I can drive home safely without significant time delay. Their work ethics redeemed Albany from my tainted view of the town from the car burglary. Good people who do honest good work are very tough to find. I found them in Marcus and Emmanuel at Precision Auto Glass.

Pete & Marcus & Tanner are Amazing!My van was at another local shop who shall not be named. Suffice it to say they excel at Customer NoService and rudeness . Marcus & Tanner picked up my van from that other place on Wednesday and had it fully repaired by Friday.The entire experience has been excellent!They will have all my future business and I recommend them to everyone!Thanks guys!

We had two windows in our home re-tinted and they look stunning! The quote was less than the non-local competitor and the work was completed the same day as the quote. If you need your home windows tinted I highly recommend you give Precision a call!

Called about getting a chip in windshield fixed told me to come in a few days later and that I didn't need an appointment. Called ahead that day to make sure I could get in quick and they told me yes. When I got there was asked if I had an appointment and told them what happened. Ended up taking 3x longer than I was told on the phone and they didn't call me when done like I was told. Chip fixed fine, but would not recommend.

Very trustworthy and honest people. For months I couldn't find a water leak in my car and was told by Safelight I have to replace my windshield @$385.00 even though there was no damage to it. I call Precision Auto Glass and spoke with a gentlemen can't remember his name but it starts with a M. After explaining my situation to him the 1st thing he ask was if I had a sunroof. He told me to test my sunroof and explained step by step how to do it. Now he could of easily said bring it in and charged me but he didn't. And infact my sunroof was the issue. After booking an appointment with him the person who was working on my car was very polite and showed me the problem. I he told me how much it would cost which was $200+ way cheaper than what I was going pay Safe Lite to replace a windshield that wouldn't have even fixed the problem and even offed to drop me off at my home is I had no of getting back home. And when my car was done they called and asked if I needed a ride back to the shop. This will my #1 place to go to from now on. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
