Went in for a part that wasn't supposed to be in stock, dude checked every nook and cranny just to be sure and ended up finding what I needed, now that's customer service.

Took advantage of us because we were on the road. They charged $380 to replace 6" radiator hose on top of the motor and fill the radiator. They get a star for getting us out the same day.

Calling in is fruitless, you cannot call direct to them and you wait forever to talk to anyone and usually it is someone without knowledge but just picking up the phone.

They are the worst, expensive and they scratched the whole side of our motor home and refused to take care of it. Do not take your motor home to them, espically if they have to test drive it!!
