Took my Kia into their shop for a new windshield and they were all very professional, fast and friendly. My new windshield looks great and they even gave me a ride to & from the mall so I could get some shopping done while they installed my windshield!! I hope I don't break another window but if I do Mid-valley auto glass is will be my first pick!!

ABSOLUTELY EXECPTIONAL customer service skills. Had a rear drivers window completely busted out by a thief! Came in Friday to check on scheduling and they are super busy (for a reason). They ordered the glass and said if I could bring my rig by and leave it Monday, they would work on it as they could between jobs. 5 hours later they called and it was done. Pick up was in, pay and out! Would DEFINETELY use again and recommend to anyone! Work was quality

Unfortunately when visiting Portland during the ice storm, one of my car windows was busted out. My husband contacted Mid Valley Auto Glass and they were extremely helpful and understanding. I was able to bring my car in same day and they repaired the next morning. Every single person we worked with was professional, kind and went above and beyond. Thank you for your customer service and quick turnaround. I could not recommend Mid Valley Auto Glass enough!

Wonderful experience from start to finish!I had a large crack in my 2022 RAV4 s windshield. I was worried about making an appointment just after the recent ice storm since I thought they d be very busy. They got me in quite quickly and let me know that the insurance info has come through from GEICO and I wouldn t have to worry about paying a bunch of money. I asked if I could get a ride home since I live ten minutes from their location and did not want to spend the whole time in the waiting room. They graciously agreed to do so and when it came time to go to the appointment it was all done quickly and I got a ride home right away. They called to let me know when the work was done and told me they d be on their way to pick me up.The windshield turned out great and seems to me (not an expert) that it s of the same quality as the original windshield. I was a bit worried about that as I had taken my 2017 Camry to get my windshield replaced when I lived in Arizona and they replaced it with a windshield that seemed of worse quality than the one I had. That was not the case here at Mid-Valley Auto Glass, everything from the service to the windshield were all great. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend using them. They fixed my windshield problems within a short timeframe, drove me to and from a coffee shop where I could comfortably wait, and gave the most genuine, wholesome experience I've had in a long while. Denny, the owner, personally worked on my windshield while Dan shuttled me about giving me great conversation. If you need repairs, go to them! You can't ask for a more knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly repair shop.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Thank you Mid-Valley Auto Glass!My son s car took hit to the back window from the Knights batting practice while at work on the OUS campus. Glass was everywhere, and all the way into the front seat of the car and onto the dashboard. We even found the baseball in the back seat of the car. The car is 12 years old and has 113K milage, so it only has liability insurance coverage, so this was an out-of-pocket expense. Mid-Valley Auto Glass had the best price from all 3 quotes I received. Also, when I called to schedule they were flexible if I could leave the car with them, they would work us into the schedule and the car was ready a day before they quoted. Nice guys, good prices, and great service. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future if needed.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Mid Valley saves the day! After another nationwide glass company removed my windshield and refused to install a new one because of minor surface rust.. This crew was like watching a surgeon at work. I'm so glad someone referred me to Denny when I was in need of a windshield replacement. Out of pocket costs are never fun, but Denny was respectful and had incredibly competitive pricing with no hidden fees (even when my windshield was shattered). I can t express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Dan and his crew. My front windshield needed to be replaced, paid for by insurance (pretty typical for insurance companies to pay for the lesser cost item/service), and that also required my camera sensors to be recalibrated. Unfortunately, my car was a wee problematic, resulting in Dan having to order a Ford factory windshield in hopes to solve the problem. He was very communicative throughout the journey. I genuinely appreciated his perseverance, attention to detail, and integrity to ensure the camera sensors were functioning correctly when the windshield was installed. One of the best customer service experiences. Thank you, Dan! I chose Mid Valley Glass based on the great customer reviews. I highly recommend them.

First impressions are everything and this business just proved that today. My first time taking my vehicle in due to getting a rock in my windshield and they made it a smooth process. I had my little with me, so they brought me and my son back home while they worked on it. And not only that but they brought me my vehicle back and didn t need me to follow back just to make it easier on a mom and child. Everything went so very smooth and with such a friendly attitude. I can't praise them enough! They did an amazing job replacing my window and matching the tint perfectly. What I'm most blown away about is the turn around time. These guys are highly coveted and booked out, yet they fit me in as fast and fairly possible. My window was busted out due to theft, so they wanted to get me fixed and protected. I pray I'll never need them again, but if I do....hands down the BEST service I've experienced.Service: Auto side window replacement

I highly recommend Denny and his team! I was devastated to find my car broken into and my side window smashed in. They got a replacement ordered and my car fixed right away. The whole process was super easy. I was impressed with the timeliness, the cost and the customer service. They go above and beyond!

Great customer service and affordable. Got me in quickly after getting a large rock thrown into our windshield under an overpass. Their service was excellent. We really have never had such great customer service compared to Dan and his crew! Dan was friendly, professional, and efficient to say the least! When we had to get our windshield replaced in Albany and drove from Newport he drove us to and from a coffee shop while we waited and he made us feel comfortable even though we are new to the area by giving us a mini tour along the way! We cannot say enough about our experience with Mid-Valley Auto Glass and Dan and the windshield also looks great! Thank you for making our experience so wonderful! Mid-Valley Auto Glass is great. After another company took my broken windshield off and were unable to attach the replacement I was recommended to call Mid-Valley Auto Glass. They responded to my call very quickly and got me a next day appointment. They were very friendly and professional and worked well with my insurance. I stopped by Mid-Valley Auto Glass for a small rock chip in my front windshield, and the guys were awesome! They were honest and up front, saying it wasn't deep enough for any work to be done. It's nice to know there is still some honest business out there. I'll be sending everyone to Mid-Valley Auto Glass.

Dan and his crew were absolutely fantastic. To you Dan, I'm sorry. I Was out of the house a little longer than expected but wasn't going to forget to get this review out.Service was extremely friendly. They had an opening and I just rolled up and immediately they were quick to service my vehicle. Had a crack on my front windshield and filled it beautifully! It's hard to even see the crack anymore they did such a good job. I have another crack another company did and I wish I had come to Mid valley for that one too. They've earned my business exclusively for as long as I live here in the valley. Not many people now days are down to earth and care about the customer experience; these guys, absolutely do. These guys were seriously fantastic. My car was broken into and the window was busted and they got me in immediately to have it fixed. They fixed it that day and were reasonable on price. They even picked me up when it was finished and brought me to their shop so I didn t have to pay for a cab. Their customer service is top notch. These guys are absolutely amazing! I brought my car in on Saturday, which they were able to store nice and safe inside for me, an said my car would be done by Wednesday, but he would try to get it done sooner. Well 1:30 Monday rolls around and we get it call that it was done. I am so impressed and will continue to take my vehicles back there from now on! Highly recommend!
