I'm so happy to have found this particular Jiffy Lube with these exceptional employees!! They were friendly, professional and helpful with the extras I needed, such as windshield wipers and an inside air filter. I couldn't believe how dirty it was. They explained everything and I felt no sales pressure. I had actually gone to another place and waited for 30 minutes and still was second in line. I backed out and found this Jiffy Lube and they got me in right away. This will be the place I go from now on!

I have been coming to jiffy lube for the last year and every time I go in I am greeted by a happy smiling tech that knows what the heck they are talking about. Krista was super friendly, down to earth, and amazing at her job! She and another tech found a few oil leaks I couldn't find myself, and checked my tires and let me know the left front tire was bigger and different than the other 3. (I just bought the van) so now I'm at Beggs tire and wheel because that's the only place I'll ever go for tires!Excellent customer service at Jiffy Lube!Thank you Krista!

I was driving through town on a Saturday afternoon when my alternator indicated it was about to go. No one else could get me in that day, but the guys here got me in right away. They replaced the alternator quickly even though they were busy and were so, so kind and accommodating. I cannot recommend them enough. Without them I would have been stranded away from home until at least Monday. Absolute lifesavers. My car runs like a whole new car now.

Great guys very professional. They had me in and out of the shop with the tail lamp replaced in less than ten minutes. I am very happy to recommend Jiffy Lube for any light replacement as well as lube and oil work that they do so well.

Had a great experience here today! Genuine, honest, and basically what everyone else had already stated. They even gave my dog some milk bones! Amazing service..P.S. shout out to David who was just an awesome dude. Treated us like a friend, even gave us tips on how to deal with dog hair. Highly recommend

Usually, my rating for them would be 5 stars, but my last visit was during a 90-degree day... I don't go often, maybe once a year, and I'm not sure if it was the heat or cause they had newer guys, but they definitely didn't do or check half the things on the sheet they gave me saying they did.... The type of car I have, the filter is always a b***h to close, usually takes me an hour to close after opening and them 15-25 minutes with 2 guys working together. They didn't even check it at all. I'm hoping the service I got this time was just due to the heat but I'm definitely weary of the Albany location at this time...

EDITED:When I got home my oil light came on. Checked my oil level and the dipstick was dry. A mechanic checked everything and no obvious signs of leakage. Added oil and has been running fine for 3 days, still showing oil topped off. I think Jiffy Lube might have forgotten an important step in the oil CHANGE process. I called the place and let them know and was told the manager would call back. But, two days and no call.Edit: Placed this review and received a call from the owner the next day. He refunded the price of the mechanic to check out everything. Car doesn't appear to have been damaged, so I'm actually satisfied with the service. It was a very busy day for them, and I don't believe it was an intentional oversight. The techs seemed like really good guys, very friendly. I would recommend this place.Service: Oil change

Great experience! I try really hard not to hit up businesses right before they are closing but this time I didn't look up the hours of operation for this shop and pulled in right behind another customer. These two service techs treated me like I was their first customer of the day instead of that customer that just showed up 10 minutes before closing. I apologized for arriving so close to their business day ending and they were quick to let me know there was no need to apologize and were cheerful and pleasant through the entire process.
