We purchased tires from the online site, it was user friendly and easy. My tires came in early and they got me right in at the time that worked for me, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and welcoming. It took a total of 48 minutes from the time I walked in to when I was driving away with all new tires. We are very happy with the purchase and overall experience!

Had a young man named Donnie that helped me over the phone and explained all the tires to me.. in detail. He had all the tires selection waiting there for me to look at.. Great customer service

They are awesome. I went in to check the air in my tires. They took my tire that was low, found a leak and fixed it, reseated it in the rim and put it back on my car. They didn't even charge me for any of that! I would recommend them any time!

Brought my truck in and left less than an hour later and 500 bucks poorer. Cheap, fast, and respectful, as well as helpful for my personal situation of needing to get the info for the old tires before they trashed them.

i ve came here twice and had good experience both times !!! first time i visited i had such a warm welcoming experience :) this time i got all new four tires and the service was outstanding! bathrooms were very clean, inside area is clean and nice staff! my go to place for needs

Awesome experience! Awesome prices! I went in just to get tires put on that I already had, and their customer service was outstanding. The manager was great and helped me out getting all of my tpms sensors replaced

Had my first visit to this new location. I love up on Washington but wanted to get my car in for a tire rotation while on the road. I called ahead 5 mins and they had availability. I was greeted by name when I arrived and in and out in 15-20. Excellent service as usual. Cool store as well. I'll be back.

Phenomenal business here. Josh was outstanding and everyone else I observed were top notch, too. I highly recommend this location. It's what you always dreamed a tire buying experience would be like. Also, the prices are very reasonable.

We came in today in a bit of a pickle with an unexpected flat on our only vehicle right before our kids needed to be picked up from school. Josh & team took the best care of us and we left with 4 new tires the same day with no issues! We ll never go anywhere else. Thanks for saving the day!

Shady as hell, told me I needed a new tire told me my tire couldn t be fixed. went next door after my trip and they were easily able to fix the tire .ended up returning the tire to discount tireShady business

This location is very new and across the street from a Les Schwab. I decided to give them a chance with one of my work vans. I went in knowing I needed at least 1, possibly all 4 tires replaced. I was informed I only needed the 2 rear tires replaced. I was done in 30 mins! They were very friendly! And they pulled up all my vehicle's information by the license plate, that's extremely convenient.

As an adult I am super excited there's a store in Albany now. I used to drive up to Salem. I just went today and since not many people have caught on to this store I was in and out quickly without an appointment. Ricky and the rest of the crew were super nice and helpful! If you buy your tires from them, I highly recommend getting the insurance for those road hazard on your tires!

Just got some new sets of tires. Josh the assistant manager was super easy to work with, to the point and very professional. I ve always been a Les Schwab guy but had to give these guys a shot. I ll be coming back for my next purchase. They were above expectations.

Went in my fleet vehicle for a tire rotation, and in and out under 30min. Our fleet is now mandated to go there for tire service. Not the company across the street.
