Had them flat bed tow my rig and all went smoothly. Kenny was awesome, easy going and spent some time showing my toddler all the cool features of his truck. A tow turned educational and fun. Can t say I d look forward to needing a tow in the future, but if I do I know who to call. Thanks!

Absolutely hands down, the best tow company I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of having to be picked up by. The dispatch lady I spoke with was beyond compassionate and helpful, she made sure I was taken care of and even helped calm me down. She dispatched someone to me immediately and he was to me within 20 minutes. Super friendly driver and even with the circumstances, he made sure to make good conversation and helped keep my spirits up.I will never use another company but this one. 5 stars guys, keep up the good work and thank you all for everything!Service: Car towing

Exceptional service! The tow truck company saved the day when my toddler locked himself in the car. Prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Best experience in Oregon during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

These guys are seriously dumb and great at wasting your time. They had a part out car posted on marketplace so I reached out about a specific part. They told me they did have it. I even asked if they could hold it for two days and they said yes they could. When I got there they were already rude and unhelpful and had told me to walk out to the car and grab it myself. Had to dredge through the mud walking out to the car... The part was already sold. Walking back to front super pissed I ruined my shoes for nothing I asked if they might have put it somewhere because they told me they could hold it. Low and behold they treat me like I'm the idiot when they told me they could hold the part.

Amazing service! Had a tire blowout on the freeway with no spare. Aaron came and saved the day, dropped my car off at the tire shop (closed for the night) and then dropped me and my surfboard off at a nearby motel for the evening. These guys will make you feel taken care of!

Terrible company, junk yard mentality, undisclosed fees, and use the fact that you are at a disadvantage to soak you for every cent they can take from you. I cannot fathom how they got a 3.5 score without the aid of fake or paid reviews.

Fast and reasonable priced, Locked my keys in my vehicle called all over to try figure out how to get in or get laser cut key no luck. Another tow company couldn't get in, called AA Towing was here in minutes and seconds later had it opened.Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

The folks at AA Towing were like Angels to us, the entire staff was friendly and nice. My previous experiences with impound lots was not good, clients were treated poorly. But AA Towing was very good to us, we picked up our vehicle even though we didn't have all the exact information, and the rates were very reasonable.

Made it all the way down to Albany to pick up a door for a Toyota Tacoma, tried to sell me a door off of a Chevy. They went to get the correct door and turns out they had sold it within the day without contacting us, so we made the trip for nothing. Disappointed.

The owner seems willing to place bills on anyone he can regardless of legal paperwork or morality. In his own words I m in this for business. As I have dmv paperwork in hand absolving me of any tie to the vehicle way to take care of the firefighters buddy.

My bro was about to get his truck towed off by the city and we didn t know what to do. It didn t run and we needed to move it from the street to the driveway. Since it didn t run we needed help. We called 3-4 places with no luck. Got the run around and a voicemail when we tried locally. We called Salem out of desperation (40 mins away) and they recommended AA towing. We called them right away and they were super helpful and they quoted us way less than I expected and said they would be there in less than 45 mins. We were even a town away. The guy was great! I purchased a transmission for 550 dollars put it in the next day it was missing 3rd and 4th gear...I called them and told them they said we have another one but they wanted to charge me 300 dollars.....But hey that's the America we live in now if it doesn't benefit you why help... Horriible way to conduct Business

Most if not all of the negative ratings for this business are around towing, not around wrecking & salvage. My business with them is around buying car & truck parts and in that arena they are great. Prices are fair. They are patient and helpful. I will continue to buy parts from them. Nobody likes having a vehicle towed. I've only given one positive rating to a towing company ever (out of several in 52 years of driving) so I probably wouldn't like having them tow me either, but the wrecking yard is one of the the best I've found.

I had a bad day at Lowes and locked myself out of my truck while it was running, I called every where which they wanted to charge me over 100.00 to use a jimmy and wait for 45 minutes to get to my location which they were located in Albany. I decided screw these guys I am calling AAA and they wanted to charge me 60.00 to help me back into my truck, took them less than 10 minutes to arrive and less than 5 seconds to unlock my truck. I tried paying the man with my card but he told me don't worry about it just go have a better day, of course after checking my ID and registration to ensure this was my truck. This man was respectful and very helping which I will not forget what he did for me

Thaddeus was amazing. We had a blow out on the freeway but the spare was already being used due to a blow out the evening before. He arrived quickly, got the truck loaded and to Costco all within 45 minutes of my call to the office.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Had a blowout on highway 34; called AAA and they issued out a driver from AA Towing within 15 minutes. A gentleman named Charles got my car hooked up, towed to my house and unhooked in less than 45 minutes! Amazing customer service, he was very pleasant and professional. Very friendly and personal service. I was stranded on the freeway for 8 hours after my semi truck gave out. Called a different tow company in the area and they refused to pull the semi off of the trailer so another driver could take the load. They also weren't willing to problem solve to get the truck towed, finally abandoning the job, making me lose hours of time. I called AA towing around 1am and the woman who answered my call also assured me they would do everything possible to get my truck towed. I was in tears trying to resolve everything in freezing cold weather and AA towing came to my rescue. I highly recommend their services and they have a new lifetime customer, me! They were very professional,personable, and efficient. Only problem was the billing to my insurance. .. but it got taken care of by then efficiently. But did not get my deposit refund yet due to the billing error. Either from the insurance or the rental place. Non the less. Service people 10

I had to have my truck towed this morning... I was impressed. It cost me $90, and I think that was a fair price. David was there within a half-hour of my call. He was pleasant, professional, and highly-skilled. I rate the whole experience at 100%.

In February 2022, my Jeep Cherokee began to make grinding noise from the front wheels, I stopped in N. Albany and called my roadside service. They in turn called AA TOWING. You can imagine how stressful this can be to someone, but it was even more frustrating considering that the car had just been serviced at the dealership for a similar issue.When the AA Tow truck arrived, the driver, THADDIEUS, promptly got to work on lift the jeep onto the flatbed, all the while with a smile on his face and a calming demeanor. He was very professional, and even walked me into the dealership for support. this made for the bad day to seem much better. thank you for the tow.Service: Car towing

I had AA Towing pick up my 2014 Dodge Ram, they were very careful with my truck. They got to there a lot sooner than was expected and was fast at loading and getting me to the dealership. I was impressed with the drivers professionalism. I plan to call them again if I ever need a tow again. The cost was very affordable, I had expected to spend a lot more. I will make sure family and friends call them first.

James was absolutely amazing in response to my call for assistance when my son's car died today! He not only assessed the problem and had my car running in less than five minutes, but also called and found a new battery for me! I drove immediately to Battery Exchange where my new battery was installed in less than ten minutes. I have never had such great service in my life! Thank you, James!Service: Battery

My Son died 3 days ago. He past away in his truck that also had all his personal belongings. These guys towed his truck. I understand they were contracted and had to tow it. However I have owned a towing company in central Oregon for the past 20years and I have never charged a family who just lost someone I have paid out of my own pocket to make sure they weren t burdened more then they already are with their loss however not only did these guys have the truck less then 20min they also charged full price and were completely insensitive to the loss of my son and what my family is going through. They added more burden to a already impossible situation. So great job taking from a family who has just last so much.

They towed my daughter's car on Sunday when I called dispatch they told me $95 to hook the car $6 a mile. I had the car towed home since no shops were open that evening. The next day I called dispatch asked them to tow my daughter's car from my house to a shop that was a mile down the road. I thought it was gonna be $95 a hook up $6 a mile, They never explain to me anything about pricing on the 2nd tow. If I known they charged clear from their shop all the way to my house I would have not had the tow done because I thought it was going to be 95 for the hook and $6 a toe but I was charged way more . They should have explained the pricing when I talked to him the 2nd timeService: Car towing

They charged me $417 to tow my car about 5.5 miles, after I totaled it in an accident. Then proceeded to charge me for storage. The car was totaled and they wanted me to bring them the title and pay $750 for tow and storage of a totaled car that they are keeping anyway. If I refuse to pay they said I would be charged for storage until the time of the auction and will have to pay $2177. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Don't let the police call for a tow for you if you are in an accident call yourself and DONT CALL AA Towing.Service: Car towing
