We got an oil change on Friday afternoon to get our car ready for a road trip to Fort Worth Texas from Oklahoma City. Halfway on the way back, the engine cover popped off. I had to pull over and have an emergency mechanic come and fix the damage. They were able to zip tie the cover back on. We believe the cover wasnt properly bolted back on after the oil change. The mechanic also said the oil was low in my car so he filled it up for me free of charge. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with our service and Take 5 and we will never go back for a service. We will not recommend Take 5.**Update: Take 5 oil change contacted me and wanted to do whatever it took to make things right. The company submitted the repair charge to claims so that we will be fully reimbursed for the emergency repair on the road. They also ordered a new skid plate cover for our car and installed it themselves free of charge. They were extremely professional and courteous of the incident and to make the necessary repairs. For them to do this, this is a pretty stand up company.

The auto professionals were knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. With each change of a part I was shown the old part and then the new part they were using to replace it with, and when the oil change was completed, I was shown my finished oil level. My car was nearing 100,000 miles and they suggested a radiator coolant exchange since mine was low. It only took about 20 minutes and was reasonably priced. In all I m so happy with the way thing were handled. Thank you for your help Ethan.

My teenage daughter just left there and broke down on the way home because they didn t hook back the air hose (I don t know the mechanical terms) to her engine so the whole car shut down!!!Thankfully she was able to call a friend that knows things about cars and my dad was with her at the time so we didn t have to call a tow or take to mechanic shop or even worse get into accident for something Take 5 did during her standard oil change!!!!Also, tried calling to communicate this to the shop and was placed on hold for over 30minutes so that s why I m leaving this review. Would have preferred discussing over phone and just making management aware that their employees need to be WAY more careful!!!!!

Brought all my parts in for an oil change, fuel filters and air filters. Before I came in, I called the location and asked how much it would be for installation, the lady on the phone told me pricing that would be around $50-$100.Before pulling me in the bay, a gentlemen named Austin came out and told me that it would be $87.99 for the oil change, $52.99 per fuel filter and $10 per air filter. A big difference from what I was told over the phone before coming in. AVOID this location as they will try to over charge you. I went over to the location on Council Road about 6 miles down the road and they were FANTASTIC AND GREAT!!

I just want to give a huge shout to the staff at this location. I met my sister for lunch at Jimmy's Egg and when we came out she had a flat tire. We drove it next door to you guys and the staff went above and beyond to help her. You don't see customer service like this very often and it makes a huge difference. I will be using you guys moving forward and I can't thank you enough!

It was good and the basic price is okay but they have coupon deals (took about 10$off) and that really helps a lot. Changing my oil took about 20-25 min and the mechanic was really nice and helpful. Definitely wasnt taking advantage of me and informed me about a lot of things. Definitely dont mind coming back for another oil change.

Great service! Rex was awesome and answered all my questions. This is not an easy job and it was cold, but everyone showed professionalism. Please keep up what you are doing. Even the small things like offering water( which I didn t need this day) using customer name, helping us get out of the bays- the way you work together as a team- it all is noticed. Amazing job Take 5!

They charged me for my oil change along with some one else s oil change when I brought it to there attention they said sorry nothing they could do about it. My oil change for my truck with to transmission filters cost me $522. I would not recommend this place.

Had cars in every Bay, and 3 guys up top and one below. Took 40 mins to get an oil change. Friendly guys but Randy needs to slow down talking when trying to explain or upsell something can barely understand him. Like auctioneer fast almost.

Great service. They quickly dialed into what I wanted and double checked before commiting to the service, making adjustments as I requested. The service was fast and there were no surprises. This crew (about 5 or six) all worked as a team. They show the dip stick results at the end.

My first visit here was as smooth a baby's bottom covered in avacado oil and wrapped in Italian silk. The staff weas friendly and let me know what to expect. I gotta say I liked being able to just relax in the car while they took care of business. I'll definitely be back. They also have coupons online you can have texted to you so you have it ready when you go in. I was able to save $7 on my first visit. Not too shabby eh? Don't forget to honk on your way out to let them know you appreciate their work.

This is best oil change experience I have ever had. They are quick, efficient, accommodating, and offer but never push other services. The offer of a bottled water is nice too. They honored emailed discounts, no problem. Will only go to take 5 from now on. My wife took her 2020 Honda Civic Sport to the Take 5 in Yukon back in February. They double gasketed the oil filter within 2 miles the oil light came on and engine started knocking so she turned around and took it back. She asked them to notate what happened and she took it to meineke (where they told her to take it). Meinicke said she needs a new engine. Take 5 (corporate) won t weeks later still has not forwarded any information to the insurance co.

Won't be back. Expensive! They were friendly however they don't even pull the drain plug. Use some stupid vacuum thing which absolutely doesn't remove all the oil. Said they use that so they don't risk stripping a oil plug. So basically the cost of them not wanting any liability to do the job correctly you get some dirty oil left in the engine. I would recommend going somewhere that doesn't use a vacuum cleaner with a little straw to suck the oil out. They did pull the plug after I told them if i knew that I would have went somewhere else and said I wasn't happy.

I have used this Take 5 in yukon since it has opened and the last few times they have had no history and we had to create a totally new record. The staff is always great. Good job.

The prices are a rip-off, $80 after a $10 discount for the cheapest oil change is flat out theft. Id rather get the stuck at Walmart for 4 hours and pay an actual decent price for an oil change.

My first time! It was a great experience, from the minute i drive in till i drive out . These workers are serious abiut their work one thing i noticed was Team Work! They checked fluids, air, and replaced what was needed in my newly purchased used car. They go above and beyond with free bottled water (with ice in it,) to Milkbones for your fur baby! Outstanding service and price and quality. I was in and out faster than I could end my phone call. Very efficient, process driven and many guys working on your truck at the same time. I also got a wonderful veterans discout...25% and they did it with a smile! Great job guys!

Pros: very polite and professional employees. They always do a great job. Awesome 25% military discount.Cons: Not the employees fault, but every Take 5 location seems to be understaffed. I remember when you d show up and be done in 15-20 min. I haven t had that experience at take 5 since pre-pandemic, because they simply don t have enough employees to do so.Service: Oil change

Wait time was awful. Prices are steep and the oil isn t even completely drained. I just changed my oil and after 5,000 miles was black mind you it s supposed to be a 10,000 mile oil. They offered me a antifreeze flush for $180. Don t waste your time and go elsewhere.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Top notch customer service! Every time I have been to this location, the technicians have been very respectful and greet you with exceptional customer service. Everyone in the shop seems to be happy and working hard, together, to keep the flow moving. Sitting in my truck, I saw lots of communication and team work to ensure their customers are in and out of the shop in 5.Very satisfied with todays visit.Thank you Chris and the other Take 5 team members for your hard work.10/10 RECOMMEND!

Was forced by circumstance to give this location another chance. Jerry was my tech and the service and attention to detail were amazing. Even though they were slammed everyone was super outgoing and courteous. Changing my 1 star to 5 and would def recommendWent in for oil change on new car. They decided to remove my 2 air filters to try to upsell me. That's just business. I get it. But when I said no they wadded up my cab filter and just stuffed it in spot. They also lost the screws and didn't correctly reassemble the air box for main filter. Rather this was malicious or simply apathetic I have no idea. Nor will anyone answer a call and voice-mail is full so no possibility to address concerns with management. Would give less stars if I could.
