It's a typical storage facility except everything is done online or over the phone. There are no personnel on property to talk to if you have an issue. Doesn't sound like much of an issue, til you can't make an online payment cause it won't come up, you call in the payment on the automated system. Sounds ok, sounds good til the automated system doesn't process the payment and you find out when you get a late payment notification. We'll now your only option is to have the payment manually entered over the phone ($8.00 for that) and you get charged a late fee as well since their system didn't register the payment. Mind you typically I pay a week to three days before the due date. Now this system error issues go on for 22 months and they opt to raise the rent, but none of the issues were resolved the only answer we got was they'll get it fixed. Upon moving out they had the nerve to send me a message hoping I'd rent from them again.... not in your life especially when the only answer I got was to adjust for the location, on-site personnel (of which they don't have any) system upgrades (never seen any as they never resolved the issues up and to including when I moved out 11/21/23. I rented a larger unit for less at a manned facility with working online access, if there is an issue there is someone at the office to assist. Stay away it's not worth it there are better storage facilities.....

I had a mobile business (cargo trailer) that was stolen from this location last Christmas. It was a devastating blow to my and my family's life. There is zero security here. Zero accountability. The thief just put in a code at lunchtime in broad daylight, took their time breaking all the locks off my trailer, hooked up, and pulled away. This company then continued to bill my credit card for 6 months or so after (knowing that I had nothing there and claiming I didn't cancel) . I canceled the day I discovered my business was stolen when I contacted them. -5 stars for taking advantage of the little people. WARNING. If you put your stuff here, it has a VERY HIGH chance of being stolen.

Been holding off on writing this hoping the company would do the right thing, but that s not going to happen. If I could give zero stars I would. Our unit was broken into in November 2021. We reported it immediately to SpareBox via the only phone number they will give out. We also followed up with e-mails to the general email box, which again is the only one they will provide. We received NO contact from the company for 30 days. After we did finally receive contact, they did nothing but provide the phone number for the minimal insurance coverage they sell you (and don t provide you any details on until you need it). We were told they were working with the police department - found out that Tina, the site manager, failed/refused, or whatever to turn over any security footage or provide any help to the police. Thanks to their delays, their lack of adequate cameras, and their negligence we lost over $10,000 worth of our family s stuff. TENANT BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY OR ANY SPAREBOX FACILITY. If SpareBox buys out your current facility - move as quickly as possible.

Will I tried to pay on phone service for two days. It was not going through. So I had to call and talk with someone and he checked and said they were having trouble with the phone system for pay. So he took my card and it went through. I did not want to get late charges and if I wouldn t have called you would have charged late charges. Not my fault your system is not working. It should say something when you call or give a confirmation number. But he fixed my problem for now. And was a very nice person. He is a keeper. Thanks

The sales guy that I made the reservation with had me unloading a 20ft trailer through a walk in door and 100ft hall, but when I called their 888 a very helpful and kind little lady named Kim hooked me up with a outside unit and paitently stayed on the phone until I located the unit and was satisfied with no further questions. There are still good people that care for more than just a check.

Easy to rent online and decent pricing. They keep the inside units super clean and I've never seen a bug or mouse. I spoke with Anna today at customer service to resolve a billing issue and she was great. FYI make sure you are paperless billing or they'll charge you $3 in the middle of your lease and send you a late notice. That's a little wierd but they fixed it for me. Also you can't sign up for auto pay until your first online payment which is a pain, but otherwise I've had no issues.

Today is our move in day and there's a lock on our storage that's mot ours. Called for help but they have no idea why there would be a lock on it and say no one can come assist because it's contactless. They said they can't reimburse me and they have no other storage the sane size. The only option is to take a much smaller storage unit and have a credit applied to my next months rent. It's now pouring down rain because we've been going round and round trying to get help and we have 2 truck loads of stuff currently getting ruined.

Unfortunately my experience at this facility was not pleasant! I had a brand new landscape trailer parked at this location. It seemed like a secure location based on numerous cameras and secured access both in and out. NOT SO! On 12/31/22 the hitch lock was busted off of my trailer and it was stolen. This facility does not have a manager onsite so I had to wait until Monday to report it via their 1-800 which was a waste of time ( I reported it immediately to the OKC Police Department).The company was full of hollow apologies but never once offered to assist with reviewing surveillance video or gate access, which should have been abundant if their systems in fact work. To date I have received no follow-up attempts from the company.During my brief experience tbere I noticed two occasions where the front gate was apparently malfunctioning and stuck in the open position. Some of the cameras do not appear to be maintained. IF YOU ARE NEEDING A STORAGE FACILITY, THERE ARE MANY BETTER FACILITIES IN THIS GENERAL AREA THAT I AM SURE WOULD MUCH BETTER APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE THIS COMPANY APPARENTLY DOES NOT!

They had a great promotion right now, 3 months for half off. I live by them and was doing some home remodeling so this was perfect. I got the inside climate control 20X20. It is a great size! Great customer service and everything looks very safe. I highly recommend to others.

I was referred to your storage by my sister-in-law and I m so glad I gave you a try. Your online reservation process was simple and you guys don t charge any ridiculous registration fee or anything like that. On top of having great deals I only paid my storage rental fees to start out. The woman who helped me was kind enough to reserve me a unit near the end of the hallway with the easiest possible access to load and unload and said if I needed another unit next to mine to simply move into it and let her know to bill me for it. By far the easiest and best experience I ve had at a self storage and to top it all off, it s only a few miles from my home.

I was treated very professionally by the manager Tina. She helped me choose the size of unit I needed and it worked perfectly. The unit was very clean and the price was excellent. This really helped as I was stressed over having to make a move quickly from a nursing home for a short time while the patient is in hospital and then to rehab. Thanks so much for the help during a difficult time

My stay was short but I was totally satisfied with the condition my stuff was in when I returned to my climate-controlled locker after three months away.Leasing the space online was 1-2-3. Human follow-up via Tina was prompt. Auto-billing for credit cards. Easy access, and close to the highway. No problem.If you've got books, papers, fine furnishings, or art that really shouldn't be stored in conditions less than full climate control this is a great, reasonably-priced option.

We were extremely pleased with not only the price but the service, as well. Our emails were answered promptly and Tina was very helpful in assisting us determine the proper unit to rent. We also appreciate the security measures they take to protect our belongings. We highly recommend Guardian Storage.

Have been here since before name change and price increaseIt s close and a great placeJust wish you could find your space easier the newer units aren t a problem but if you have an older one like I do you better have a good memory or you definitely are going to have to search because the letters and numbers are so faded you can t read them

Terrible security. Terrible communication. Been waiting to hear from someone that can tell me why i wasnt contacted after my unit was broken into and completely gone thru and trashed. The latch was replaced by someone that works there and a new lock was put on. But no calls were made to inform me. And no notes were made on my account. Seems pretty fishy to me. Inside job it appears so far.
