I would definitely recommend Ranchwood Automotive. My car wouldn t start, so a mechanic replaced an expensive part in car. Next day it started but everything engine light on my car was blinking. The original mechanic wanted to charge me again to replace part. I drove to RA and told Ryan what was going on. The part was defective, but under warranty. He returned part to original store for replacement and installed it for me. Thank you Ryan and Steve for helping me.

I had heard good things about them before. I took my car in at noon and told them my alternator was bad. They replaced it, charged me a good price, and I had my car back by 4pm the same day! Easy

Ryan and Steve, along with the entire crew at Ranchwood Auto Works are top notch absolute professionals. I had an unexpected issue come up with my wife's 2022 Civic. She has a 12 hour road trip planned soon and I was afraid she might have to cancel. I reached out to Ranchwood Auto Works, Ryan had me drop the car off at noon today. To my surprise Ryan had the issue diagnosed and repaired by 5:00pm the same day. I was so shocked and happy. 5 stars, highly recommend. Thank you

Very honest crew. Took our car to our usual place to be fixed. They told me I had a head gasket problem. So they referred me here. It was not a gasket problem but a sensor. Again, very honest. Ranchwood Autoworks has a new customer. Thanks guys!

The guys at Ranchwood Autoworks are great. Took my daughters first vehicle in to be looked over for safety and maintenance concerns. They did a thorough inspection and discovered a complete brake job was needed. They replaced rotors, brake pads etc. quickly and at a good price. I expressed concerns about the fuel system possibly needing to be serviced as well(2010, 120,000) they went ahead and did the fuel service at no charge. A few weeks later brought the jeep back in for an unrelated problem that was difficult diagnose. They took their time and did their due diligence to find out it was the power steering pump. They replaced and made sure everything was running perfect before returning the jeep. I would highly recommd these guys for all your repair needs. Not only are they fair and honest, their repair prices are very reasonable. Had my car in for front and rear brake replacement. Service is first rate, quick and communitive . Price was 50% less than quoted at two other repair shops. When the brakes were examined, I was told in millimeters what shape they were in. Not just an eye balled % guess . Fully recommend this shop.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I found Ranchwood Autoworks by googling best oil change service near me . I read the reviews and decided to try it out. Let me just tell you how awesome it was! So much better than a dealership I pulled up and was greeted and went right in the garage area. They took all my information and started quickly. My daughter and I got to sit in the vehicle while they worked, which was nice. Me, knowing really nothing about cars, said I wanted the premium package and to my surprise, they suggested just to do the regular oil change as my car really didn't need the premium How awesome is that!! None of that get every penny mentality here. I even had the air filter changed and it was all very reasonably priced I am almost positive I saved some $$ by keeping it local! Before I left, they told me to come back if I had any issues in between services, and it was genuine! What a great business! Great Customer Service and Excellent Car Service! If you don t use Ranchwood Autoworks you will get messed over by the bad mechanics in town. These men are the absolute G.O.A.T they are kind they are quick and they talked to me a woman like I had a brain. On top of that they have an awesome fish tank with a turtle ! Super cute ! Back to their service I will never trust my car to anyone else their prices are fair the turn around is fast and they are incredibly kind I came in an emotional mess because my car is everything to me because I m a single mom with no support system and they assured me they would work quickly and they did they even gave me a ride to work that day ! I ve taken several of my vehicles to Ranchwood for diagnostic testing and repair. They are always super helpful and their service and prices are great. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repair.

Never have I ever had an experience with a shop as nice as this one! Employees were so polite, patient and helpful with every question I had (which was a lot because I'm not an automobile expert). I called them to get my engine diagnosed. They were very good about looking at my vehicle within 48 hours as promised. However, I mentioned there was a noise in the engine compartment that sounded similar to alternator or water pump. They called and told me they only found some exhaust leak. We live 18 hours away in another state. We hit the road and got in the middle of Kansas before we broke down. It turned out to be the alternator went out. The mechanics there were excellent and got us on the road after an extra night. After talking with other mechanics, I'm confident this breakdown wouldn't have happened if Ranchwood would have checked this out as I briefed them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Absolutely would not take them a bicycle. My girlfriend took a 07 Jeep Liberty in for alignment and alignment only and since she was a woman they decided they could gig her for all she is worth. They tried to sell her upper and lower ball joints at a extremely inflated price then charge 9 hours of labor at 100/hr then make her buy 2 new tires or they wouldn t touch it. What if we already had tires to put on after the alignment? $75 per tire to mount balance and disposal of the old ones. Lied that we couldn t take the old with us ( which you can) then wanted to charge $85 for a diagnosis fee the ball joints are fine apparently your techs are as worthless and the office is crooked. They will take advantage of you in a hurry I strongly suggest going elsewhereService: General repairs & maintenance

As always Ryan and his staff did an excellent job. I have used them for over 20 years for all my maintenance and repairs with little or no issues. The final price always comes in at or below what was quoted and will not do any work that wasn't approved buy you. Steve and the Ranchwood team were great to work with.We brought my daughter s car in to have an oil leak fixed. It was diagnosed as a valve cover gasket leak and repaired at a reasonable price. She had taken it to the dealership for the same issue and they said the turbocharger was leaking oil and would cost $2,750 to replace. That s when we went to Ranchwood Autoworks and they fixed the leak for far less.We trust Steve and his team to do necessary repairs at a reasonable price. Great auto shop. What I really liked.1. You can drop your vehicle off when they are not open. Have a drop box with envelope to describe the repair needed and put your key into.2. They are very good at contacting you quickly with estimate and when the repair is finished.3. They check everything on your vehicle, not just the repair needed.4. Repairs are done very fast. They will tell you when your vehicle will be ready. You can count on that date and time.5. They are very professional and guarantee the repairs they make.6. Took in my car to get it riding better and they determined the tires were dry rotted. New tires did the trick. Nice gentleman at the counter as well. Will return.

Honest service, honest prices and friendly staff.I was on a cross county and my car broke down, this shop came highly recommended by the tow company and but he said it would cost more to get my car there. I am extreamly happy i paid the extra money to get my car to Ranchwood Autoworks. The service was far beyond what i was expecting. The staff was super friendly and understanding of my situation of being stranded and needing to get back on the road as soon as possible. Even with my parts not being in stock they got me back on the road as quick as humanly possible. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to bring their automobiles to this shop.

Went in to get a quote to get my rear suspension fixed and was told it be $75 to have it looked at in order to get a quote because he didn't know what was wrong. I told him I needed to find out what shocks and springs would cost and a 2 inch lift kit. The man replied drag he don't know if they would fix my problem because he didn't know if the suspension was bad. But if I give him $75 she could tell me what all was wrong. So I asked him he couldn't tell me what the price would be for some shocks and springs in a 2 inch lift kit put on my truck would cost Lookout first charging me $75. When I told him I got an estimate without having to pay 75$ he asked what they were charging me. The man spoke to me like I was stupid for asking any questions.

Steve is great at Ranchwood. They service my wife s Sprinter as well. They gave me a great price on repairs on my VW Eurovan. These guys are the best in Yukon, Canadian county, and maybe even the whole OKC area. Most of the negative reviews on here sound so wrong I think they are talking about a different place.They've been servicing me and my family's vehicles for over five years and I have never had a repair done here that I think was unnecessary and in fact I am even told when something can wait or if it doesn't need to be done at all.Some here have complained about the labor cost... well yes, it cost a lot to employ EXCELLENT and experienced professionals. Labor is high anywhere you go, and the service here is superior.I am not a car guy and I find it hard to trust car people sometimes when you don't get the problem. I trust the guys at Ranchwood because they take time to patiently explain things I don't understand and I have never felt manipulated or conned. In fact, I really think they go over the top for customer satisfaction.I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all of my vehicles!

My car overheated on the way back from TX. I'm new here and had no idea where to take it. I had it towed home. On Monday I searched for car repair locations. Ranchwood had the best reviews. I called and had my car towed to them. I was not disappointed. My car a 2005 Nissan has been running great after a week. Blake did a good job answering my questions and keeping me updated on the progress of repairs. I'm so glad I didn't have to buy a new car. Thank you Ranchwood employees.P.S. They have a cool fish tank.

I have been taking my vehicles to Ranchwood Auto for the last 5 years. Over that time they have been honest, respectful, and most of all done excellent work. I have referred many friends and family and all have been equally satisfied and continue to go there. I have never had a bad experience and am thankful they are part of the Yukon Community.

I have been getting estimates for a repair to my vehicle. I have gone to 4 shops with in 2 miles of each other. This place was more than $100 more than every other shop. When I shared that with him, he said, " You don't have to get it fixed here"! Well sir you are right I don't and I will not ever use your shop for any repairs.

One star is required or I wouldn't have given them that. They charged me $82 just to look at my car. I was told I needed a water pump. They said it would be $850. I asked the lady the break down. She told me $100 for the part and $100/hour for 3.5 hours of labor. In my head that adds up to $450. I told her that and she explained it is out of coolant and that has to be filled up. So I guess they charge $400 for coolant??? The lady at the counter is rude (especially when you make her explain her calculations). I would not recommend this place to anyone.

These guys go above and beyond for their customers. I took my car in and they fixed what they thought was the problem, but the problem wasn't fixed so they took it back and found the problem and took care of it. Free of charge! It was more to fix than what i paid originally. I recommend them to everyone. Best guys ever!Thank you Ranchwood Auto for everything, i really do appreciate it.

This place, owner, and employees were great. I took my family on an overnight trip to Express Ranches Big Event. After we checked into the hotel our truck starting missing out. Drove down the road a couple miles and my wife noticed Ranchwood Autoworks so we decided to stop to have them look at our truck. Owner himself, after hours, on a Friday night come out and looked at our truck and arranged for my truck to be worked on Saturday at Ranchwood Lube next door so we wouldn't be stranded over the weekend. Even allowed us to use a loaner vehicle while they were working on the truck. We prayed for our truck to get fixed to make it back home and the Good Lord used Ranchwood Autoworks and Ranchwood Lube to answer our prayers.
