I absolutely love this place. It's the only place I'll take my car. Every time I walk in the door, they really make me feel welcome like family. They do an amazing job, and you can't beat their prices!

I have been coming here for about two years now since i moved to Yukon. I use to go to a different precision tune in the city and decided i would stick with them due to the great prices. About a few months ago i had to ask my brother to take my car to get an oil change for me since i could not get off work. When he came back and gave me my receipt i was shocked and confused thinking they might have not done the right service requested. Sure enough a oil change was done and today i put it to the test once again and had my brother take my car once again and sure enough same price. I have been paying for the past two years almost each time $130 - $150 while when my brother goes for me its $69 and some change. Same service same place same vehicle just different prices depending on who goes. Not a trustworthy place after all.

The only mechanic that I've heard tell people you don't need to get your replaced just yet. It can wait until next time. They also got me in last minute when it was a bit of an emergency. If I lived in this town, they'd be my go to!

$306 for diagnostics only. When I left my car yesterday, they sent me home with a quote for $900 worth of repair services. Then called me and said they couldn t perform them, but I still owe $306.00. Livid.

Had a traction control problem, went to 2 other places, waste of time in money, these guys however fix the issue in less then 30 minutes, these guys are awesome, definitely will do business with them again, highly recommend

Came here over needing a water pump on my engine replaced. Seemed really honest until I got the quote of $1100. Paid the 25 dollar inspection fee and took it to another shop that charged $300.00 the water pump alone they up charged to $370.00 and told me I could not go to AutoZone and bring a new one to them. Auto zone sold it for $120.00. If you re wanting to get ripped off this is the right place. Make sure and bring some lube.

Went here for a little over 3years while in OK until I just recently moved. Used them for everything from brake replacement, oil change and rotations, and any other maintenance and major issue. They are up front and honest with what needs to be done and whether it needs to be done sooner than later. Never once felt like they were dishonest in anything they recommended that needed fixing and they are priced very fairly too. Visited Precision in Yukon while traveling from TN to AZ. We had hit some road debris on I-40 and wanted the oil pan checked out after noticing an oil leak overnight. Justin was great! Found our leak and took care of it quickly and got us back on the road. Can't say enough about the service we received today. Thank you Justin for keeping us on the road.Service: Oil change

I have a 2007 dodge ram 1500 hemi that is my baby, and these guys know it. They replaced pretty much the whole front end, it is a beast now .I don't think anyone can match the service ,customer care, and eye detail that they have for your vehicle. This place is great! I had quick service and customer service was very helpful. They even called later to check on how the service was to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely be back with my personally vehicles and my commercial truck!100% recommend this location.

AC REPAIR ! 1600.00 ! 50� FIX ! I took my car in to precision tune Auto Care this morning to get my AC checked. They drove my car into the shop after I checked in.5 minutes later they drove the car out. The shop foreman came and talked to me and told me that my compressor gasket was blown , that there was oil all over the compressor and that I needed to replace the AC compressor and condenser. He told me it was really easy to spot because of the oil. I then proceeded to take my car home and upon further examination I found that there was no oil leak or blown gasket or anything else. I checked under the car and under the hood and I decided to check the fuses ,after I replaced the fuse the AC worked perfectly. Do your due diligence and get second opinions and have other people look at it if you can. It makes me wonder how many of the five-star reviews were quick fixes that they paid a bunch of money for. I'm a bus driver on a meager salary and $1,600 is a lot of money for me. I have been doing business with these folks for many years and this breaks my heart to know that there is such dishonesty. He looked me right in the eye and lied to me t,hat says a lot.

I have been coming here since we moved here 7 years ago. I ve used a few other places of course, but I feel this place is thorough and detailed and have always had good service and they have earned my loyal business. They are professional, and timely. They went out of their way to make sure I was out within a reasonable time when I dropped in during my lunch break. You definitely want people who know what they are doing to service your car, even oil changes.

You guys are absolutely amazing. Got stuck here and live out of state and had a pretty hefty damage to the car and you guys were transparent and honest which is something I ve never seen before with car shops. Thank you for the amazing work and being so kind and understanding because without you guys I wouldn t have known what to do. Literal life savers and I will always now drive out of state just to see you guys because I ve never had this kind of service before.

I am a young woman and this is the first and only shop to not make me feel intimidated or dumb. I have been coming here since I was 17, and I am now 24. They do what you ask, keep you in the loop, examine your car, make recommendations AND explain what those recommendations actually mean and what they cost. They do not do anything without your permission and will let you know the urgency of the issue so that if you cannot afford it at the time, you know how much time you have to save up. The staff is incredible and they treat each other like family. Their front-woman, Fallon, currently has breast cancer and they have decked out the shop in pink and have ways to help her out. Truly amazing. I send everyone here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was absolutely blown away with the quality of service that I experienced from the the people at this shop. Both the ladies at the front desk were so friendly, and Jeff made the whole experience one of the best I have had with people in the repair industry to this day. From the way he handled things while doing business with me it was apparent that he cared about doing the right thing to help me out in my time of need. They did a wonderful Job and I can not remember a time when my car was running better as well as very reasonably priced. Super sweet, fast and fair. I went in for a noisy belt and after the diagnostic review, Jeff advised before anything else and for my safety to go get tires right away. I had work that needs to be done there but he sent me off for tires first bc he showed me how bad they were. I got them that night and returned my car for the new control arm that night. It was finished today by 11am and for a very fair and reasonable price. He explained it all carefully and made sure I understood what was being done. I appreciated the kindness of the employees and the care put into my repair.

I appreciate the workers that worked really hard on my vehicle (shot out to the mechanic that owns a jeep, and the young supervisor with curly hair...both male type). My vehicle runs well and communication/service was great! The reason they received a 3 star is because this is advertised as a veteran owned business and as a veteran it felt like a slap in the face that no military discounts are authorized. Especially with it being down the street from one of the largest military installations. Just my opinion...I like to support veteran owned businesses especially when they take care of my brothers/sisters that are/have served.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to listen and answer questions. I didn't have to wait very long for my car to be taken care of. I'll definitely be going back for any additional service. Just beware if you have a beard. I came home with my beard smelling like the nice lady behind the counter and had to answer a few questions...

Did services that I did not approve "because what they quoted me originally ended up being cheaper so they did things they felt needed done to get the cost back up" instead of giving me a pleasent surprise of bill being cheaper. I did not see the unnecessary charges until after paying.

They supposedly replaced everything in the frontend but it had a shimmy still. When I took it back in the guy drove it said he didn't feel anything. Here I sit with something in the frontend busted the wheel is leaning inwards and won't turn. Never use these people

Iv been here many times over the past year due to my car issues but not a single time I haven t had anything negative to say about my experience! All of the staff has always been extremely helpful and very communicative with me. They worked on my car in a quick matter and never made me feel like I couldn t trust them. I will always go to them for any future services!

I cannot tell you what a God send Precision Tune Auto Care was for me and my family. We were passing through OKC on a cross country trip when we had an issue with the exhaust system on our Subaru Outback. We were able to schedule an appointment online and be seen right away. The Mechanic, Jeff, was able to diagnose and have the part delivered and installed quickly and we were in an out in an hour.The staff were very professional and incredibly friendly. I am so thankful for the help and care that was provided to my family and I and cannot recommend Precision Tune Auto Care in Yukon enough. What a true blessing they were for me. I especially am thankful for Marty s care for us as we had the absolute worst weather to navigate, but we made it!
